Everything was enjoyable with the exception of the air conditioning going out in our room. Once we notified the staff, we waited on maintenance man for 40 minutes. He couldn't get it resolved and said he was going to work on it. Waited longer until we had to leave for dinner reservation. Called desk to ask about leaving, they said to go ahead, they were still working on it. Got back from dinner, still no air. Called front desk, they wanted to know if we had contacted maintenance. Kind of annoyed at this point. Went down to front desk to complain about the time it was taking to resolve the issue. After checking with the manager they decided to move us. In fairness, they upgraded us from a regular room to a seaside bungalo. This did make up for the delay in resolution.
