Our transfer from mainland room to the OWB was very long and when got over to island we had to wait when we asked for the mask & snorkel while we wait we didnt get them until the next day and they charged them to the room since they were not here and later we had to ask them to remove the charge. When I book the OWB I requested one facing the sunset such as OWB 6,7 or 8 and again made the request when we checked in, but the lady at check in said to wait and tell our butler so we told Marjorie and we never heard anything back from her. Then towards the end of our stay Tamara asks is there anything they could have done better and we told her we would have liked to see the sun set from our room and then she said if i would have known that then I could have moved you into OWB 8 when the other guest check out. This make me very frustrated as I told everyone I could about us having that preference, however nobody seemed to care and for the money we paid we felt we should have been able to have our preferences even if it was only for a few days.
