I have never experienced customer 'care' as bad as what I am experiencing with Samsung. As a loyal customer for a good decade, I invested in a top of the line front loader washing machine 8 months ago. At their most expensive model, I was assured this was the best choice for me. The internal electronic main board and display board needs replacing. It is a lemon. After Samsung cancelling my first request for the job to be sorted because I was supposedly unavailable (I was likely at the laundromat!) a second job was lodged a week later and then the machine was picked up and taken away. We are now in the third week and I STILL have no washing machine. I have called several times a day and boy does our Case Manager (who can actually make decisions) has a lot of lunches, because he, or she - or do they even exist is always at lunch or on a break. And what do you know, he or she has gone home for the day before 5pm - this happens EVERY DAY. Callbacks are requested, they never come. They do not respond to emails. You are never allowed to talk to someone above the customer support team who are like a bunch of trained robots.
NEVER buy an appliance from Samsung. I want my $2K back, reimbursement for my laundry costs, compensation for my time and added stress - so I can go elsewhere and I will be sure to warn everyone!
