I have never experienced customer 'care' as bad as what I am experiencing with Samsung. As a loyal customer for a good decade, I invested in a top of the line front loader washing machine 8 months ago. At their most expensive model, I was assured this was the best choice for me. The internal electronic main board and display board needs replacing. It is a lemon. After Samsung cancelling my first request for the job to be sorted because I was supposedly unavailable (I was likely at the laundromat!) a second job was lodged a week later and then the machine was picked up and taken away. We are now in the third week and I STILL have no washing machine. I have called several times a day and boy does our Case Manager (who can actually make decisions) has a lot of lunches, because he, or she - or do they even exist is always at lunch or on a break. And what do you know, he or she has gone home for the day before 5pm - this happens EVERY DAY. Callbacks are requested, they never come. They do not respond to emails. You are never allowed to talk to someone above the customer support team who are like a bunch of trained robots.
NEVER buy an appliance from Samsung. I want my $2K back, reimbursement for my laundry costs, compensation for my time and added stress - so I can go elsewhere and I will be sure to warn everyone!

Samsungs Technical team are the best.They helped me out this week with my Samsung galaxy 3 & software issues.Polite, patient and totally professional with great knowledge and integrity.Fixed a problem that i had been told, by elsewhere, would need a full recovery and would have cost me $$$ , when it was just a glitch in an app. THANK YOU .You are stars..

Worst service ever! Expensive induction cooktop la...

Worst service ever! Expensive induction cooktop lasted less than 12 months. It took 6.5 weeks with no cooktop, an continued battling with various Samsung customer services people to finally have the 2 year warranty honored and a replacement hob installed. No apology, no communication, and escalations ignored. I will NEVER buy samsung again

I have Galaxy S8+ phone, it so far has been back in for repair 3 times and still not fixed. The issue is that it has very poor in call sound quality and there is alwas a background hiss when a call is connected. It is the worst phone I have owned for call clarity. I have gone back to using my old 5 year old phone the S8+ sits in the drawer not used. I would not recommend this phone to anyone based on my experience with it. It looks pretty has a good screen and camera but is a poor performer as a phone.

Got phone back from repair again still mediocre performance, constant hiss in the background and call is distorted.
This would appear to be as good as it gets for the Galaxy S8+ phone. I strongly advise not to purchase these phones, the in call performance is very poor and quite frankly not acceptable for a high level phone.

Google needs the option to give 0 star reviews...... Worst Possible Service I have EVER received. DO NOT TOUCH THEIR HOME APPLIANCES! If you do, pray it never breaks.

My NEW dryer got an error code 10 days after installation. Long story short, its almost 2 months later, and I still do not have a dryer. I have contacted Samsung (multiple times) and I receive contradictory information about my dryer. It took over 8 days for a case manager to be assigned to review my case (even though it was escalated multiple times and by multiple people). I was denied contact with a Supervisor TWICE. Once I finally got in contact with the supervisor, I was told that I (yes me) was being unreasonable and unfair for requesting a replacement and further information. This is not even half of ridiculous service I have received from this company. My issue is still unresolved, and I feel the only way to deal with this company will be to show up in-person as phone calls are time-consuming, frustrating and no can help me.

I purchased a Q series TV, Samsung seem to not car...

I purchased a Q series TV, Samsung seem to not care about the customers that purchase their high end products, still waiting for customer service to get back to me after 7 days now and counting. This is after they failed to resolve another issue with this product and in fact made it less usable. I have their phones but will not purchase another Samsung product after the lack of respect they've shown.
DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!
The customer means nothing to them. Spend less money and get, not only a similar product but also, a company that will remedy any issues brought up. Whats the point of a smart TV if they dumb it down to make to stable.....It is supposed to be a premier item but its often the worst image if ever seen. They should be contactable and ready to fix the issues, after all aren't we their best sales force? Don't fall for the salesmen buy something else.

My s9+ screen broke in under a week from being in my front pocket whilst getting into my car, a task I have done thousands of times with my trusty s8+.
S9+ has Full hard case genuine Samsung with flip cover.
They told me I had been abusing my device that's less than a week old, insisted I was lying to them and generally poor customer service for something that is a genuine manfacturing defect on a device that is not fit for purpose under the nz CGA.

This companies after sales service is VERY POOR.
They have your money and they are off.
Fridges should last more than 6 - 8 years, yet they will charge you to come and look at it.
Samsung have made this product too cheaply, and it is now playing up.
Their call center is offshore, and that in its self is a problem.
WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN!

After 3 days I've been contacted by a technician, who tell me to allow the fridge/freeze unit to defrost for 48 hours and it will work again.
So buy a frost free fridge, but still have to de-frost it from time to time!?

Samsung NZ finally took the fridge away, and replaced the mother board, but it still is not right. Guess buy a new fridge is the answer.
The staff on the truck did a good job, but tell me they are always meeting unhappy customers. These fridges are failing even earlier that mine!

DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!

After sales service (call centre support) is non-existent for kitchen appliances. As a long term supporter of Samsung found this to be extremely disappointing. I had to work around the call centre to get action. Shame.

Charged me $460 to repair a faulty psu in my tv. The repairmen scratched my tv screen completely ruining my picture. Now they are refusing to fix their damage.
They are the only c.o who can supply a new screen. I asked them if they had the part in stock. They refused to tell me and insisted I pay them $115 to come out and inspect it. They came out and guess what, they dont have the part in stock.

Do not get samsung to fix your stuff or better yet do not buy their products. I certaintly wont be buying anymore samsung phones, tvs or appliances!

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus a black coloured but yet they sent me a grey one instead and when I complained they should know that's the one you ordered but I know for a fact I ordered up like 1 go on Samsung I've been all dream stuff from you for a long time it's pretty unprofessional to be honestand I'm a loyal Samsung customer may be old move Apple instead pretty disappointed and there won't even fix it

I have had my Samsung fridge/freezer repaired - it has come back with dents and dimples. I have been trying to get this remedied as consequential damage caused by Samung.
They are telling me we are lying! They have changed their story several times telling me they photographed damage before moving, then sent me evidential photos taken on the back of their truck saying it was always damaged.
Samsung agreed to order new doors in an email - then reneged. Each time you phone - it takes 24-48 hours for a manager to call you.

Worst experience ever. Samsung S9 phone is faulty, and still under warranty. My email registered on my Samsung account is now obsolete so I cannot access my account to backup the mobile prior to repair. Three days. Numerous phone calls (including to the Phillipines???), three separate online "chats", more phone calls and still I cannot get the email address on my Samsung account changed. Promises, promises. No action. Terrible customer service at every level. I regret my loyalty to the brand.

The phone that kept breaking with the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

The Samsung S10 left me disappointed, let down, frustrated and angry. Expectations of a phone at this calibre is high you expect premium, high quality and service that goes above and beyond. How could I be so wrong. Within 8 months my back camera malfunctioned and never worked again, i was on holiday which was unfortunate - a purchased a cheap backup samsung phone so i could continue taking pictures, the phone was later fixed in New Zealand on my return. 1.5 years in my screen all of a sudden malfunctioned and slowly went black, yet the screen still responsive. I sent the phone back to the Customer Repair Centre in Auckland. I spent 4 weeks trying to get answers and never was giving any explanations or given any information, updates, news etc. on anything I felt abandoned, the customer service team just did not want to seem to help or provide any answer or connect me to a case manager. I then requested to send my phone back as Samsung just doesn't care. I now have a S10 that doesn't work. What really frustrated me is at the beginning they said it was manufacturers error only at the end then changing this to user error - i was devastated and lost and angry that this happened especially when i take good care of my phones, also confused that they can change the verdict? it makes no sense. I do not recommend samsung ever, anymore. They are horrible - bad service - faulty products. DO NOT BUY. with a price point they have service and quality should be most important.

We have bought several expensive Samsung products ...

We have bought several expensive Samsung products over the last few years. (2 tv s, American style Fridge Freezer, mobile phones) but will not purchase anything from Samsung again. Service is the worst experience.
Our 55 inch 4K tv is defective just a few months out of warranty. Clearly the product is intentionally made so poorly to last as short a period of time as possible. We called Samsung to service. They made us prepay the $100 + gst call out fee. Service repair man turned up for about 5 minutes to say major problem with board and will send us another bill for $445 to fix and left.
I will now ensure any of your potential customers are well informed about how bad Samsung are.
Samsung look after your customers as in the long term you will fail as a business.
Do not buy Samsung. Spend your hard earned money on ANY other brand.

Terrible Terrible customer service and after sales support. I have a faulty Samsung s20 sent it for repair a month from buying it and still have not heard back nor do I have my phone back its now 5 months later !!!!
Have your money and they are off. NEVER TRUST SAMSUNG !!!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! STILL WAITING
Will never buy a Samsung product again.

Rear glass of the S9+ broke falling from less than 1m and the phone was in an heavy duty case. No wonder why Samsung flagship sales are slumping... The NZ Samsung customer service also has been terrible to deal with. I will never purchase a Samsung product again.

I have brought nearly every flagship Galaxy mobile phone when they came out. Asked about a repair to a old Note 8 (which Samsung's update broke) and they refuse to do anything about it, despite quite a few emails asking about the simple fix. Must subscribe to Apple's throwaway society thinking.

reccomend them to anyone who has an issue with these cook tops. thnk you again
