The phone that kept breaking with the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

The Samsung S10 left me disappointed, let down, frustrated and angry. Expectations of a phone at this calibre is high you expect premium, high quality and service that goes above and beyond. How could I be so wrong. Within 8 months my back camera malfunctioned and never worked again, i was on holiday which was unfortunate - a purchased a cheap backup samsung phone so i could continue taking pictures, the phone was later fixed in New Zealand on my return. 1.5 years in my screen all of a sudden malfunctioned and slowly went black, yet the screen still responsive. I sent the phone back to the Customer Repair Centre in Auckland. I spent 4 weeks trying to get answers and never was giving any explanations or given any information, updates, news etc. on anything I felt abandoned, the customer service team just did not want to seem to help or provide any answer or connect me to a case manager. I then requested to send my phone back as Samsung just doesn't care. I now have a S10 that doesn't work. What really frustrated me is at the beginning they said it was manufacturers error only at the end then changing this to user error - i was devastated and lost and angry that this happened especially when i take good care of my phones, also confused that they can change the verdict? it makes no sense. I do not recommend samsung ever, anymore. They are horrible - bad service - faulty products. DO NOT BUY. with a price point they have service and quality should be most important.
