We have bought several expensive Samsung products ...

We have bought several expensive Samsung products over the last few years. (2 tv s, American style Fridge Freezer, mobile phones) but will not purchase anything from Samsung again. Service is the worst experience.
Our 55 inch 4K tv is defective just a few months out of warranty. Clearly the product is intentionally made so poorly to last as short a period of time as possible. We called Samsung to service. They made us prepay the $100 + gst call out fee. Service repair man turned up for about 5 minutes to say major problem with board and will send us another bill for $445 to fix and left.
I will now ensure any of your potential customers are well informed about how bad Samsung are.
Samsung look after your customers as in the long term you will fail as a business.
Do not buy Samsung. Spend your hard earned money on ANY other brand.
