I purchased a Q series TV, Samsung seem to not car...
I purchased a Q series TV, Samsung seem to not care about the customers that purchase their high end products, still waiting for customer service to get back to me after 7 days now and counting. This is after they failed to resolve another issue with this product and in fact made it less usable. I have their phones but will not purchase another Samsung product after the lack of respect they've shown.
DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!
The customer means nothing to them. Spend less money and get, not only a similar product but also, a company that will remedy any issues brought up. Whats the point of a smart TV if they dumb it down to make to stable.....It is supposed to be a premier item but its often the worst image if ever seen. They should be contactable and ready to fix the issues, after all aren't we their best sales force? Don't fall for the salesmen buy something else.
