This companies after sales service is VERY POOR.
They have your money and they are off.
Fridges should last more than 6 - 8 years, yet they will charge you to come and look at it.
Samsung have made this product too cheaply, and it is now playing up.
Their call center is offshore, and that in its self is a problem.
WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN!

After 3 days I've been contacted by a technician, who tell me to allow the fridge/freeze unit to defrost for 48 hours and it will work again.
So buy a frost free fridge, but still have to de-frost it from time to time!?

Samsung NZ finally took the fridge away, and replaced the mother board, but it still is not right. Guess buy a new fridge is the answer.
The staff on the truck did a good job, but tell me they are always meeting unhappy customers. These fridges are failing even earlier that mine!

DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!
