We visited their Porsche dealership. Wifey wanted a Cayenne so we can be an all Porsche family. We were stuck in the back no one came to help them after 45 min they closed. We are now owners of a new Q7.

Go somewhere else to buy a car and for Warrenty service! I bought a Porsche somewhere else that gave me a much better deal. Being a Pasadena resident, I gave them first opportunity. Regarding Warranty. It's been over a year that I have been waiting for them to replace a defective part. They keep leading me on with excuses. I will NEVER SERVICE my car there.

Wow what a joke these lot are I called to buy a car and a lady said she would ask about the car but she never called me back and then I called another sales man, Claude, who took his sweet time to attend to me. He pulled my credit without inquiring if the car was available or not. He then sent me a text like a coward to tell me that the car was sold after he had pulled my credit. I asked him why he did that and he never responded.
Thankfully, I found an awesome dealership BMW of Myrtle Beach, that sold me a better car at a better price with an awesome service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people. As with any dealership of luxury cars you might expect that they might not take you seriously if you walk in off the street wearing average clothing. I found that in my situation, taking the time to speak with a salesman, allowed me to preorder the car I want, and be taken seriously.

One of my friends was looking for a F-Type and she asked me to take her to Russnak in Pasadena since she knew exactly what she wanted and that dealership had the car and color available on their lot. She called the dealership while letting them know that she was coming over and making sure that the car was available.
The newly employed gentleman got her info and was available upon our arrival.
Once we got there, a couple hours later, that specific car was no longer available.
She then started asking about different options and - after finding another $75K car - the young sales guy took us to talk to his manager.
That manager was / is probably the rudest human being I ve ever encountered.
He was rude, short and not concise.
He spoke to her in a very condescending way and when I tried to politely jump in he looked at me and said: I m not talking to you .
If it was up to me; I would have left right then.
After the conversation with the manager was over she asked to test drive the car - the dealership had 27 minutes left before the end of the business day - and that manager said that it was too late to get someone to go to the lot while getting the car.
So.... They ve gotten all of her info and we set an appointment for the next day.
On the next day early in the am the not so professional sales man - he was wearing a nice suit but knew absolutely nothing about the F-Type - called while asking for her Social and confirming the appointment.
She gave all the pertinent info to him and - once again - I ve taken her there.
Upon arrival to the dealership we ve realized that the car was not there.
Once the car got there - over an hour later - the car was very, very dirty.
The whole situation was a mess.
The store looks nice but the people are just horrible.
After everything was set an done guess what?
My friend found out that Russnak had run her 800 credit 4 times.
Not only that but she turned her nice BMW in and they assured that everything would be handled properly and guess what?
Russnak didn t properly inform BMW since she was charged for another car payment after turning the BMW to Russnak a few weeks earlier.
Upon calling Russnak to have that addressed the store manager - a different one this time - was nice and apologetically but did absolutely nothing to help.
She had to handle it all with BMW while waiting almost a month for a refund.
After driving for a few days she realized that the F-Type was very noisy and guess what?
They didn t have any availability for weeks and once she could finally get her car in - the car stayed there for a few days - and once she got the car back it had cobwebs in it and it was dirty.
Their excuse was that they were very busy and overworked.
Is that for real?
They probably left the windows open overnight.
The bottom line is:
Nightmare from beginning to end.
I ve been driving luxury cars for a while and I would never, ever and ever go - or take a friend - to a Russnak / Jaguar / Land Rover dealership.

I am very unhappy with the way Inland Empire Hyundai handled my paperwork of my trade-in. several weeks have passed since I purchased my new car, traded my old car in, signed the release of liability, and weeks later I'm still the registered owner of the old car, according to DMV. What takes so long in turning in that paper to DMV so my name is no longer on title/responsible for that older car in the eyes of DMV? Had I been told it was going to take this long, I would have walked it in to my local DMV office myself.

My husband purchased a 911 from Steven in December. Steven knew we had a 2 year old at home and limited time so he drew up all the paperwork and personally delivered the car to our house so that we could finish signing the documents at our kitchen table. He even programmed the garage door in the car. It was incredible personalized service. Steven is personable and responsive and best of all, not pushy. He made it such a great buying experience that we purchased another car from him, this time a family Porsche, six months later. We have yet to try the service at Rusnak but if it is anything like the sales department I know we won't be disappointed.

I was a little nervous as a first time buyer, but buying the car and the whole process was easy, I called the dealership and let them know I was coming in an hour, and they got the car ready, the representative I was going to be talking with called me shortly after to touch base, and when I got there everything was ready immediately. They showed me the car fax, the car, and all information upfront, I didn t have to pester them for all the important content which shows they stand behind their products. Kyriakos konitotis was great, he made the car buying simple and enjoyable. Will definitely be thinking about returning here when it s time for a new car.

A gentleman named Tim was exceedingly helpful in attending to my questions on a recent unplanned visit. He was walking by and I asked him a few questions. He spent a good deal of time on something that was out of his way and not necessarily his issue, but I was amazed at his kindness. Thanks, Tim!

This is the worse car service center I have ever been to.

I have been here many times.

Let's start with what they do well, to be fair. Raffe is extraordinary: responsive, courteous and effective . Melody is always courteous. Drivers are courteous. They pick you up and drop you off. They sometimes have great loaner vehicles. That is the end of what they do well.

1. Poor quality control. They have returned my vehicle to me as fixed many times when it had not been properly fixed. And they have returned my vehicle to me multiple Times with faults it had never had in the five years before I took it in. When I left them my car, its rear view camera worked. When they returned it, it was broken. When I left them my car, its radio worked. When they returned it, it was broken. When I left them my car, its clock worked. When they returned it, it was broken. When I left them my car, its 12V battery worked. When they returned it, it was draining. When I left them my car, its fuel gauge worked. When they returned it, it was not working. They charged for a replacement of the visor and it was still broken when they returned it. My neighborhood mechanic showed much more aptitude at fixing my car than the Rusnak service center --not to mention he charged a small fraction of the Rusnak price.

2. Management is rude. When I asked Courtney whether they would take responsibility for fixing something that broke while my car was at their service center, she said they would not, but much worse, she immediately smirked at me, told me to go find another dealer (knowing full well the next closest for Now is in San Francisco), said she would see me in court, and walked away. Her stated reason was that I was a difficult client (because they had been unable to fix my car despite charging me for the fix and I was pesky enough to go back to ask that they finish the job). Her one saving grace is she can be funny: she pointed out correctly that industries like the car repair industry exist to profit from their customers' misfortune. When her boss first called me, he told me he was frustrated before I said a word.

3. They don't stand behind their service. After I reported that a fix they charged me for had not been properly carried out, they failed to repair it. After I reported that another mechanic had stated that Rusnak had left a critical cable disconnected after my airbag service, leaving my car's battery drained, they failed to take responsibility.

4. They don't stand behind their word. CFO Randy Jones told me they would repair the issue that first occurred while my car was in their shop without charging me for the labor, and promised me to get me the cost of the parts the next day. I never heard back from him or anyone else at Rusnak again.

5. They have no integrity. Randy told me I had insulted one of his employees, which is 100% a fabrication. No wonder he failed to explain himself.

6. Perhaps the ultimate cause of the rest of their issues is they have poor leadership: Their CEO failed to respond to any of my letters. With that kind of example, it's no wonder customer service is not a priority here.

The trigger for all of this is that two wheels of a loaner that belongs to a manufacturer were scratched while it was in my custody, & I told them that I would happily pay for the damage, & that I expected them to likewise pay for the damage that happened to my car while in their custody. This request for symmetry incensed them.

Their diagnosis of my car's issues was completely off. They wanted to replace the muffler to fix a coupler, & replace the infotainment unit for thousands of $s instead of simply fixing a software error for less!

They took $ from me while they could milk me for a profit, but let me stranded when they were on the hook for an unprofitable repair they had already charged for but failed to complete.

If you like to pay for repairs that don't get properly done, get new maladies for your car it didn't have when you brought it in, & get mistreated, then this place may be just what you are looking for.

Update; I have originally given them 5 stars. Everything was great, got my Maserati back no problem. Once I left the dealer my car didn't have no sounds from the radio, GPS, nor Bluetooth work. I called Andrew back to see what happened? his answer was "well we didn't do anything to the radio or connections with the radio"! I couldn't believe it, so I took it back for them to take a look, they couldn't figure it out.
I left my Maserati Ghibli and got a loaner car, now Andrew calls me and tells me it's the "Amplifier"
Total cost to repair it will be $1,071 but since I have insurance, I only have to cover the Deductible.
Can you believe them, I'm not upset over them fact the amplifier is not working? I'm just in disbelieve that they connected their system to my car and now its not working.
Wait I have more, I asked Andrew for a manager and guess what! they don't have one! Yes, he told me it was just him and his partner running the service department!
I'm just over it, will probably never come here again! If they don't fix this issue...

Took my Maserati Ghibli Q4 in for a recall.
They gave me a loaner, called me a few days later.
No hassles nor problems. Will definitely keep bringing in my maserati here for years to come .
My service advisor was Andrew, had great customer service and help me through the process.

Dealer

Who enjoys going to get a car fixed? RIGHT!

Who enjoys going to get a car fixed? RIGHT!
BUT ... If you have to go, why not go to a dealership that: 1. KNOWS your car, 2. Has well trained service personnel who are trained on your specific vehicle, and 3. Treat you like they want you to return.
I had a RECALL on my AUDI ... CATALYTIC CONVERTERS and AIR BAGS. They scheduled an appointment, went over exactly what the recall entailed, and arranged a LOANER! Who does that anymore? I had my car serviced during this visit and I WILL return. Why would I not?
You WANT quality? Go where quality is the normal procedure.

They were under construction when we visited. Seems they don't have a lot of high-end vehicles and we were steered to the used executive models. This was not a luxury experience I expected from the BMW brand.

Great place for repairs. Professional, efficient and friendly. I have had my car serviced here a year ago and was very happy with the service. This time, I had lost my keys and needed to have it replaced. I called another dealership and they needed to keep my car from 2 to 5 days and have my key made back in TEXAS. I called Rusnak Auto Group Serra and they had it done within 24 hours from my first phone call. Needless to say, I was very happy with the outcome. Price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Rusnak Auto Group Sera.

Had a great experience with here , had a hard time with ACH payment due to banks issue (cash is key for down payments in my opinion) and here did everything they could to help out as much as possible. Very casual experience, Ivan Perez was really professional, patient and a great help. Tom helped out a bunch as well and was very kind and supportive. They both did their part in informing me and my co-signer on the entire process. Thank you, I love my vehicle and appreciate the wonderful business.

We bought our car , months ago here. It was painless. I just got my oil changed or as well. I was able to walk home, because it does take a while. I am glad we booked an appointment ahead of time. They took 2 hours to get my car done. The time before last there was a mess after they worked on my car, which is why they get a so so rating.

The way they treat you in the service department is not how they make it seem when you buy the car. I have a car that has not worked properly for 6 months, and they keep giving me the runaround even thought I have been in person multiple times to get it fixed. "We dont have the part - We dont have time right now - It will take longer and I am not able to give you a loaner right now"

My experience with Rusnak was excellent as usual. Rusnak accommodated my last minute change of appointment dates and the service was accomplished on time and on budget. Even though my regular service agent was on jury duty, she had everything already in the computer for the guy that actually handled the service order. Every one was nice and professional.

From the minute I spoke with Eric Satchwill at Rusnak Porsche Pasadena, I knew he was not selling me, he was a Trusted Advisor. Good advice, amazing experience and was calmly candid. Which was really cool for a change when trying to buy a car. Found the right Porsche for me and most of all was right on point for price. Would recommend Eric to anyone who asked me where should I buy Porsche? He's a Professional and good guy.

The sales manager Ray is a POS. i purchased a BMW I8. i Drove Down to California from another state and when i was purchasing the vehicle i told them i wanted him to pay my sales tax from my state which is idaho at 6% and they said they would do that. well when i signed the contract i didn't really look cause it was a 82K vehicle, and taxes was up there so i just figured it was all ok, well once i looked over my contract they charged me california taxes which i believe is 9.5% and that is almost 3 thousand dollars difference so i just figured id contact them and they would just refund me the difference easy fix. well Ray the sales manager was pretty much saying they were not going to do nothing about it and thats my problem now, so they basically are committing FRAUD and going to steal my money and get more profit off the vehicle. BECAREFUL with this dealership they seem all cool when you are going to buy but after you purchase your vehicle they could car less. I will be contacting the Motor Vehicles about this situation.
