A gentleman named Tim was exceedingly helpful in attending to my questions on a recent unplanned visit. He was walking by and I asked him a few questions. He spent a good deal of time on something that was out of his way and not necessarily his issue, but I was amazed at his kindness. Thanks, Tim!
