Had a great experience here getting a lease. Helpful but not overpowering service. They gave me space to make my own decision yet were on hand for any questions I might have. I didn't feel pushed in any way. And I'm very pleased with my new car

This is the worst dealer to ever deal with specially the salesman name Richard they tell you one price with one kind of down payment and then you go through the whole paperwork credit check approval on at the end of the day they change the price on you and they say sorry.When you speak to the manager the manager s attitude is even worse than the sales people that work there. I will never use this company to purchase a car from save you time and a headache and buy it from somewhere else

Brought my 2015 RRS SVR in with a couple warning light issues, in addition to having the annual service completed. Service manager Michael Colavitti handled my appointment.

The staff were all immensely polite, communicative, and friendly. A rental was arranged for me with the on-site rental agency (Enterprise), while I left my car in their care. The rental staff were of similar professional caliber and friendliness as well.

All involved were cognizant and respectful of my time, and had the vehicle repaired and serviced and available to be picked up in less than a day. All in all I personally only spent about 30 minutes there dropping off and picking up.

They even had my car washed and vacuumed for me when I picked it up. Nice touch.

I purchased a used 2016 Jaguar F-Type R from Hornburg Jaguar in Los Angeles less than a month ago. I have to say that this experience has left me incredibly disappointed. My used car, which supposedly had an inspection prior to sale, has now been sitting in the shop for almost two weeks. That means I haven't been able to drive my new car after paying an exorbitant amount of money for it.

After purchasing the car, I noticed a very small dent (less than 1cm) and started receiving a low battery warning when starting the vehicle.

I dropped off the car two weeks ago for what was supposed to be 1 day of service. The service team has been evasive, has not communicated the status of my car, and keeps pushing the date further back. Supposedly, my car is going to be ready on Monday now.

I have owned this car for less than a month and haven't been able to drive it for half the time. Jaguar has made no good-faith effort to address this issue. Covering at least half of my monthly payment would go a long way toward ensuring I have a good experience with this brand. I also would like to know why it's acceptable for service to take a car and not communicate at all with the owner.

This entire experience is leaving an incredibly bitter taste in my mouth. I am already regretting my decision to switch from BMW to Jaguar. I never had to wait longer than a couple hours for work like this. I specifically asked the service manager to call me and tell me if the car was going to the body shop. They did not do this.

They don't deserve any stars. Worst customer service ever. The financing guy Kevin said he didnt even want to try and help with financing because it would be to hard for him. He didnt even have the decency to call or email me back. The online help person wasnt helpful after I told her that the customer service guy was lazy. She actually didnt even bother responding but she sure was responsive before I complained.
Horrible service, dont buy anything from here ever. They even sell lemon cars. Smh.

I had a car break down that I had bought private sale that same day! With no mechanic shops around and while in an uber, I asked the driver to stop at this dealership and the people were so awesome! We ended up taking a high powered jumper back to my car in a brand new Range Rover to get it jumped! I tipped the guys as it was well deserved!

I'd certainly go to that dealer if I'm ever in the market for a car. Thanks again, guys!

Took our vehicle in for service and they could not tell us what was covered under warranty. Told us that they would have to charge a diagnostic fee to determine the issue (the same issue they had previously not repaired/diagnosed correctly), and if not covered under warranty, we would have to pay the fee. Again, for an issue that they previously did not repair/diagnose correctly.

$450 for a 40K mile service, which was really expensive for an oil change and a few filters. Taking our business elsewhere.

Of course, they do not have any of the maintenance history on the vehicle even though all of the service has been performed by an authorized Land Rover dealership. What's up with that?

Horrible, just horrible. To begin with, the car, for which I came a test drive, was at another dealership at the time of my appointment. So, I lost about an hour of my weekend time.
Second, I was told the car would have extended 5 year/100k miles warranty, which they did not honor, explained as a sales person mistake.
Third, paperwork completion was extremely slow. The whole process took me practically whole day, from 11 am to around 6 pm.
Fourth, cooling tank was leaking, which I noticed only on my way back, so I returned back to the dealership, and had to use my trade-in to get back home, since it was too late for them to repair it. Was not offered an equivalent loaner. The car was delivered to me next day finally late in the afternoon, following my numerous attempts to get an ETA from them.
Fifth, I was told that my trade-in payoff has been scheduled to be processed the same day, i.e. of purchase. Naaaah. They did it only after numerous reminders, some of them still remain unanswered. So I had to make another monthly payment for my trade-in, as it was still under my name on the bank records.
Sixth, the payoff amount was insufficient to become actually a payoff, since they were late with it, and there's still accrued interest they have to pay me back. No idea how long it will take them, considering they way of communication. Most likely, I will start charging them an interest on that one, just like a credit card company does.
Seventh, I just replied to an offer to leave a feedback on their site, which I am reiterating here now. And I am doing it here, on Yelp, replying to an invitation to confirm a beginning of excellent service, signed by General Manager Martin Dogsworth, possibly right after they read my review. So, it is going to be published here, and on Facebook and Google, providing public with my experience, as asked.

Have most of the Cars on display. Could try sitting in many cars. Had gone to get a car. But, despite spending half an hour in there, none of the staff even greeted; and the showroom being a small space. Came back dissatisfied with Customer Service. Had gone there without an appointment though.

Hopefully they give better service to their actual customers or people with appointments.

Probably one of the worst experiences shopping for a car. After seeking interest in purchasing a Range Rover I was treated with disrespect and even laughed and cursed at. My sales person was Kevin Soufi. Even after leaving the dealership, I was still interested in the car and he treated my with utter disrespect on the messages he sent. Look for yourself in the photos. If you ever go to this dealership, MAKE SURE TO AVOID HIM.

Purchased a new 2016 LR4 here. Later cannot find a paid accessory anywhere in the car but list on the window sticker. (Never saw that $300+ worth accessory from day one, and they never told me it was included in what I've paid until I happened to check the window sticker by myself one month later.) Tried to contact the salesman to solve this issue, and he just kept to promise me that he will locate one for me soon(why not just find out where is the one I paid for?), but after 6 months I still get nothing except bunch of excuses.

UPDATE:
Finally received the missing accessory after waiting more than a half year. Since the issue got fixed eventually, I'd like reset the feedback to 4 stars.

Richard Zierhut from LandRover in West Hollywood went above and beyond which is hard to find when shopping for a car these days. Being in sales I know how sales people can be and not once did he come accross as a sales person trying to make a sale. This was my first LandRover vehicle & a Valentine s gift for my wife. He was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly patient with my busy schedule, punctual, with good communication skills who listened to my every need. Not only did he find me the right car at the right price, but he personally delivered it over an hour away to surprise my lovely wife of 25 years.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a New LandRover who are looking for an Exceptional personal Experience.

My wife and I recently leased a Range Rover Velar from Los Angles Hornburg Range Rover. I cannot express enough how well we were treated and how the entire staff made our experience 5 star. Our Salesman Landon was great, coupled with his manager Dean helping us get an incredible deal!!!! Once we hit finance, Jason was great as well. We drove all the way from Huntington beach and were stoked we did! If you want a range rover or Jag, I highly suggest this dealer!!!!

How a not so great experience turned into an amazing experience. On Friday the 16th I arrived to Hornburg Land Rover/Jaugar in hope to purchase a new vehicle. When I enter the dealership I was immediately greeted by Ron. I went in with the idea of buying a SUV but unsure of what kind of SUV. Ron was very informative and helpful into narrowing down what exactly I wanted. He gave me a few moments to think about it and browse around. After walking around the dealership I stumbled upon the new 2019 Jaguar I-pace. Always wanted an electric car, but was under the impression Telsa was the only all electric luxury fleet that was available. Long story short, after completing all the paper work (online and physical). I was later informed that this car requires a system update due to it being an all-electric vehicle (again understandable). The car was not ready until Tuesday the 19th, a little upset but still excited I arrive to the dealership to pick up my car. As I got into my new vehicle and drove off, immediately the car started to drive funky and the entertainment system & the entire dash board froze. I pull over and attempted to troubleshoot by turning the car on and off to see if that will solve the issue but it did not. So, turn right back around to the dealership to report the issue. Unfortunately Ron had already left and gone home but he still made himself available via phone and even offer to turn back around. I had the opportunity to speak with the manager Dino who informed me the car will need to go back to the shop for another system update and place me into a loaner for the time being. At this point I was completed infuriated not only did I have to wait 4 days to get into this car but now it needs to go back into service once again? I was already ready to bash this dealership, Ron, and the company all over social media, file a complaint with BBB, I mean the works. I honestly felt like I got, got and that not right. After calming down and really thinking this over, I needed to understand this is NOT the dealership nor Ron s fault. This is an electric vehicle, a new one for this company so not everything will be perfect (things happen outside of our control). So it would only be fair to at least give this dealership/Ron a chance to make this right before reacting.
So I set an appointment with Ron and Hamid (Manager) to go over other option. I ll be honest, I prepared myself for the back and forth. But I kid you not, Hamid made it as simple as possible; We don t want you to be unhappy, how can we make this right . I was shocked, I was not expecting it to be that easy. By the end of our conversation Hamid and Ron got me into my beautiful brand new Range Rover Velar. Not only did they get me into it, I got an amazing deal. When I say amazing, I mean A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! This had change my whole experience with this dealership. At the end of the day the staff at Hornburg Los Angeles where all great. Special thank you to Ron, who was very patient and understanding through the whole process. Hamid, who was very understanding and willing to work with me into getting the car of my dream and created customer loyalty. I cannot forget the two finance guy Luke and Kelly who were both hilarious and very transparent on getting the right protecting & coverage for my new purchase(s) lol. I purchased a CPO Range Rover Sport on 4/14/17 from Hornburg. Less than a week of having the vehicle I experienced issues with the vehicle along with certain issues that were against the CPO (certified pre owned) rules. This not only makes me think that the dealership is properly trained to certify vehicles but how they even handle vehicles in service and if they service them properly or not. After many attempts with the dealership staff/management I got no response I wrote an email to their marketing group which I found online. I wanted to give them a opportunity to make things right so I didn't write a review since I know people make mistakes and deserve a 2nd chance. Well I was hoping it wouldn't get this far but I am sitting in the same position since when I purchased my car. Nobody returning my calls, I have written to the General Manager and no response. Only one who has been great so far is the sales person and he can only do so much and relay the message so many times.

After taking my car in for service on 4/27 they made an appointment to fix the issues that were supposed to be right the first time. Well, the car sat there for 2 months. I picked up the car on 6/24/17. They could not figure out the issues with the vehicle and it took them 2 months and they figured it out. I don't think so, after the car being there 2 months it still had the same issue with the door lock. I took it to my local dealer and they fixed it in 1 hour!! AMAZING. You can see I'm frustrated and hate the fact it got to this point where I need to voice myself since nobody cares to reach out to me especially the General Manager, Sales Managers, and Service Manager.

I will be filing a complaint with the Land Rover Rep for service for not being compliant with their Certified Pre Owned program. BAR association will also be getting my complaint.

So if you're in the market for a pre owned or even new Land Rover, make sure you check elsewhere, especially if you are planning on servicing your vehicle there.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible!
My wife and I came in with the intent to purchase a 2018 Range Rover Sport. We initially approached three different salespeople who were distracted and unresponsive. We then spent 30 minutes on the lot and in the showroom wandering around without a single person offering to help. When we finally asked (again) a middle-aged blonde woman who works there for assistance, she responded in the rudest possible way saying "cant you see we are all busy". We were apalled by this reaction and immediately left. There is a strong need for a customer service overhaul at this dealership. Needless to say, we have taken our business elsewhere.

I was very happy with my experience at Hornburg yesterday. I went in to lease a car, and was helped by Ian, one of the salespeople. They were busy and short staffed, but he moved things along as quick as he could and gave me a good idea of how long things would take.

The finance manager was incredibly nice and helpful as well, especially when compared to other dealerships who put a gun to your head to buy extras.

Called about servicing my Range Rover. My engine is having problem causing it to slow down in the highway. Got transferred to their service department and the call was dropped twice. Called the third time and got a voicemail but no one called me back. I had explained the issue to the receptionist who answered the first call. You think someone would call back? Great experience at Hornburg Land Rover. David Sandoval made all the process smooth and fast. I filled all paperwork on-line and by the time I reached the dealer, all process was mostly done. He gave me an estimate for my monthly payment, and this price never got higher on the final contract. They were all friendly, and well educated. They found a great deal for me, and oriented me to get the best car at the best price. I'm very satisfied and giving them peaking five stars.
