The way they treat you in the service department is not how they make it seem when you buy the car. I have a car that has not worked properly for 6 months, and they keep giving me the runaround even thought I have been in person multiple times to get it fixed. "We dont have the part - We dont have time right now - It will take longer and I am not able to give you a loaner right now"
