1) I found first unprofessional people's company in my technical experience.
2) No Management, No interview process. Interview always schedule by non technical people and team handle only for bad experience guys.
3) HR manager behave like a dull man. He thinks that he do the great job that no one is doing.
4) After salary discussion they always say that will email you later. But if they can't afford the salary so why they schedule an interview for higher experience people.
5) lower mentality and poor communication between interview candidate and poor skills management.
6) they shows the company's hardware that they use branded Hardware. But they don't know about the work which they do.
7) Dear management, you this is not your mistake because 'Langoor ke hath jab angoor lag jata hai to aisa hi hota hai'.

Bad company, Bad management, Bad interview process.
