They call you for an interview saying salary expectations will be met. Once you give an outstanding interview finally they come to the salary discussion and then they negotiate.

What that actually have in mind to not give any hike on the current package.
They mail you later on that they will let you know in 3 months - now that is unprofessional.

Would never recommend the organization.

Could happen the positive reviews are fake or forced upon.
