I Joined the company in 2011 and it has been around 8+ years working here. I worked here as a Creative Lead - UI UX and I feel really blessed and grateful to have the RubicoIT as a part of my life journey. Flexible timing, cross cultural communication, transparency between client and team, non hierarchal team structure, self manage team, consulting, exposure of working with clients from USA and other countries are some of the great qualities of the company. I really enjoyed the development days organised by RubicoIT where team get a chance to share and gain knowledge. Overall it was a great experience of working here. Thanks!
