dont know about compnay but interview process worst..
first u should take interview through skype atleast for experience who is nt living there...i had waste my 2 days because of it..

second- mail which u send us had no point y they dont select you... atleast tell us about it so we will improve it... or u were just doing tympass

for fresher or experience i will nt recommend anyone ..
