Bad customer service. I called days prior to make an appointment to do a oil and filter change in my car for Friday December 28, 2018. The person in the phone told me they don t do appointment to do this type of service. On Friday, I wait for 2 hours my turn to do this action and when it was my turn they told me only people with appointments. I requested to talk with the manager Don Soffiria, and he refused to talk. I m new on the city and I was looking for a reliable place to do this type of action on my car. Horrible, no excuses, bad customer service. To the management you have problems with your staff and supervisors.
