I had a pleasant experience here at route 46 Chrysler . Sales consultant Sean Musalaev was very knowledgeable in his expertise and made me feel very welcomed. I would also recommend anyone family and friends that wants to purchase a car rt 46 jeep is the place to get all your needs met.

I honestly hate this place from the bottom of my heart. SERVICE IS TRASH AND OVERPRICED. Came here for an oil change WITH APPOINTMENT and they say its 2 hours wait, ok then.. I am here with my 2 70 YEAR OLD PARENTS and no one has the decency to use the shuttle service to take us across the street to get something and back. BUT LET THEIR DIABETES OR PRESSURE HIT THEY WILL ACT LIKE THEY CARE. I HATE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY DEALERSHIPS THEY LITERALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. ALL THAT MATTERS IS THEIR MONEY

After visiting several other dealers on Rt 46 with...

After visiting several other dealers on Rt 46 with terrible service or bait & switch pricing, it was very refreshing to walk in here to a much better experience. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful, never felt like they were trying to up-sell me or push me in a more expensive direction. Dealt with Salesman Carvin F. who was excellent and worked out a deal that fit my budget to the dollar.
After sleeping on the offer, I decided to take it and was in & out day of in about 30-40 minutes with my new ride.
I ended up getting a much better car than I thought I could within my budget and never felt pressured or awkward while dealing with them.

All in all one of the best & quickest car buying experiences I've had.
I will definitely be recommending them out for friends looking to buy.

Bill and Angelo were rude and dismissive to my wife who was trying to lease a Jeep wrangler from them. After 10 days of them blaming each other for not getting back to us and lying about what was available we took our business to Hudson Jeep in Jersey City who have been amazing. Avoid this place at all costs.

As a first time buyer coming from another country I couldn't have been recommended a better place to go. In particular my Salesman Gabe Dominguez, who sat and worked through what was a viable option for a car and within my budget. Could not be happier with the Chrysler 200 I have come away with. If you want and honest sales department that will level with you, this is the place to go.

I would never recommend this dealership to anybody...

I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot and the salesman basically force me into buying a car, lied to to me about bringing it in early to get something new, however I wasn't thinking at the time but for some how I'm pay 58,000 for the car when it's listed for 29,000 I am getting ready to call my lawyer. This is not how sales work you don't lie to your customers to get a sale.

This was my first time buying a car and I was insecure at first. However, it turned out that the salesman, Mr. DiAndre Mikell, was professional and really helpfull (with a good sense of humor too). I had specific questions not only about the car but also regarding financing and insurance. He also was very fast in getting help from his manager to get a better deal and tried to speed up the purchase process. I also would like to mention that Mr. Frank Carbone was very helpful and walked me through the documention with patience. This should be a zero star post. After a 3.5 hour ...

This should be a zero star post. After a 3.5 hour ride to see a 2016 Ram SLT turns out they had it listed wrong it was a big horn. Strike one... Walked into dealership and lady at counter asked for our name and phone number.. Why do you need that when we just want to see the truck, after being asked 3 times a sales person helped us. Went outside to look at truck and it was gross. The interior was beyond fifthy, dog hair everywhere, dirt all over dashboard and seats and it smelled like a dirty ash tray. This truck had been in their possesion for 2 weeks per car fax report. Strike 2. Drive truck as we drove this far, other then the gross interior, we liked it. Went to talk numbers. Truck was listed under certified truck come to find out its "pre certified" whatever that is and it will cost 2k for certification. 2k?? I bought a truck 5 months ago at another dodge dealer and the certification was 200.00. The payment they came back with and the trade in for our newer truck was not acceptable so he went back to get another number from his sales manager. When he came back he said they increased the price for our trade and waived certification fees and tax and the payment was 100.00 more?? What? When I asked what the interest rate was they were giving no one would tell us. Well being a smart individual and not some idiot I knew that was at a 15% interest rate. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!. Lol. With an excellent credit score there is no way.. I was told rates have gone up. Apparently they have gone up 11%.
The sales manager then came over and asked what the issue was as we were leaving. We told him that the numbers don't match and we aren't ok with this. He then said they are the number 1 dealer in NJ and no one ever leaves without a sale. Well I guess we are the first. Appalling. I can see they are willing to take advantage of people and had we not been smart consumers they would have no issue ripping us off. Do you homework and if they won't show you numbers and interest rates run. And if they do not take pride in even having a clean vehicle to show well that says it all. Best thing I did that day was go out the exit door of their building and mission bbq for lunch.

Be wary of the service department. Went in yesterday for an oil change. Checked the oil dipstick at home. Oil was dark and did not resemble fresh oil. Engine bay looked untouched. The film of dirt covering the entire engine bay and engine cover was undisturbed. My oil filter is located up top. You would notice some sort of smudges or hand marks if someone tried to access the oil filter or oil refill cap, correct? I changed the oil today myself because something was suspicious. Dark oil came out and the oil filter looked worn and was covered in dark oil. MY OIL CHANGE WAS NOT DONE. I drive an 18 jeep grand cherokee, this is the second oil change, first one was done by me. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.

The service department here is horrendous. Sent my jeep in for warranty issues and told them specifically what was wrong over the phone a week and a half before my actually appointment was. When I got there I spoke the Raul in service and He went over again what I needed done. Not only was 2 of the 4 things I brought it in for still not working (One was they needed a part even thought I told them what was wrong a week and a half prior) but the one thing was never even touched!!! He proceeded to tell me that he told me it wasn t covered under warranty which it 100% was so he was lying to me. Then he told me my radio part would come in a few days, well a week and a half I never got a phone call about it. I decided to call in and he tried to tell me he called and left a message for me. LIES again. I have one number associated on my jeep account and I work for Verizon so I think I know how to work voicemail. I am completely fed up with this place. I m praying nothing goes wrong when I have to bring it back again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON RAUL S PART. I WOULD STRAY AWAY FROM HIM.

My husband hasn't bought a car in over 10 years due to having a company car! Sean at Route 46 Jeep was great to work with from start to finish. He listened to what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend, walked us through the whole process and got us into a 2018 Grand Cherokee same day! Sean is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and truly cares about the customer. We would highly recommend Sean and Route 46 Jeep!

Dealership called me yesterday to make appt to go see a Durango I had inquired about. I set an appt at 2:45 to test drive. I confirmed appt 30 mins before going over that the car would be ready. I arrived to dealership and no one at front desk at all, 5 minutes later a woman comes over and notes my appt and asks me to hold. Comes back and tells me not only is car not ready, it s not even there. I said I confirmed my appt 30 mins ago! Dave (sales manager) then comes over to ask me to wait and they were going across the street to see if it s ready . Another 20 mins of waiting, and finally come to tell me cars not ready . I left dealership annoyed and they said they d reach out when it s available. Haven t heard from the dealer at all since. Completely wasted my time. So aggravating and disappointing. I was going to buy a car and instead wasted hours of my time and then don t even have the decency to call me after the fact. Awful!!!

Every time I come in for service, they always are informative and make sure that if there is another problem with your car, they will handle it. I love this dealership; I got my first vehicle here and the salesman was very nice. However, it does take forever (mostly finance). I recently brought my mom here to get the new Chrysler 200 and we dealt with a horrible Finance rep, Lisa. AT ALL COST AVOID HER!!! She stands around and talks, she takes forever to do a credit app, we were ready to just come in and sign the deal and she was going over things that she should have asked for in the beginning when taking the application (like pay stubs, is anyone residing with us in the military, etc.). I mean really we are here to give our down payment and sign the papers then she talking about calling another bank. This girl is just plain horrendous. If you can, request Marcel and Felicia they are so sweet, they move fast and work hard. They don't stand around talking, keeping you there for hours. I even told Lisa that we only have a few minutes to spare and she rolled her eyes and said I am not dealing with this (in front of me---seriously?). SHE IS JUST PLAIN RUDE!!! If you are going to talk about the customer at least do it when you are out of clean view. Of course you have to deal with me I am your customer, you are not mines; I was sitting there for over two hours I had other things to do, besides watching her socialize on a Sat.

I have dealt with Lisa before when I was coming to sign my papers and she got mad because I wanted to read the contract, are you serious? This girl needs an attitude adjustment. If I could rate her (without the dealer) I would give her a -1.

Great experience at this dealership! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but our salesperson Michael Solomon was what made it really great. He was very patient as this was our first Jeep. We took our time deciding on the car we wanted and we never felt any pressure from him. When we finally decided, he got us the exact car we wanted and walked us through everything for the lease. I went to three dealerships that day looking for a particular style that I already had in mind.
The last dealer I arrived at was Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Little Falls NJ When I walked in, I immediately saw what I had pictured. . I took a test drive and loved the handling. My salesman RJ was helpful in so many ways . He made sure that I would be satisfied with the car as well as the contract agreement.
There was no sales pressure either so I felt comfortable speaking freely regarding what I could afford to pay.Am I satisfied customer, yes. Would I consider another car from Jeep Chrysler Dodge, yes.

They lie about your car s trade in value!!!!
They told me my trade-in was worth $1,000.
When I offered them $1,000 in cash instead of my trade-in, they raised my monthly payment. I found out from one of the salesmans that my trade-in was worth much more, and that s why they agreed on the deal initially.

I am writing to express my extreme displeasure with the unprofessional and deceptive actions of this dealership.
The first time I visited the dealership was on December 26th. 2014 and left with nothing other than a $25 gas card for my inconvenience." Today (1/10) I visited the dealership for the second time with the hopes of test driving and ultimately purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Much to my dismay, this did not occur.
On December 26th, I called with regards to a 2013 Ford Escape that was listed online at under five thousand dollars. To do my due diligence, as I had a feeling that this price was too good to be true, I called the dealership early that morning to confirm. I spoke to one of the employees (whose name I cannot recall at this time) who confirmed that the car was indeed in stock and that the price I saw on the internet was correct--he even repeated the posted price to me. I told the representative that I would come in that day to see the car, and he gave me the names of two people to speak to when I arrived. When I got the dealership later that same day, I was introduced a sales people who was immediately up front and told me that the price that had been quoted to me was, in fact, incorrect. A manager was summoned and I was offered a gas card for my inconvenience."
Yesterday, I called the same salesperson and gave him the information for another vehicle, a 2007 Jeep Patriot Sport that I had seen online. I was told that it was at a different location, but he would have it brought over to this location for me to test drive. I told him that I would be there after eleven Saturday morning (1/10). When I arrived at about three o clock in the afternoon, I saw the salesman with a customer. He came over to greet me, telling me that the car was on its way and would arrive in about five minutes. I then waited for at least a half hour while he finished with the customer. At that point I was told that the car did not pass the safety check and could not be brought over. How is it that this information would not be known, and would only be told to me more than twenty four hours after my initial contact when I had traveled all the way from New York? And all this to leave with nothing
I am terribly disappointed by these two situations that could have been easily avoided. I wasted a great deal of time and money on tolls, gas and even a ZipCar that I will not get back--close to one hundred dollars out of my pocket--to get to the dealership. And in those two trips, I never even looked at a single car. I had gone with every intention to buy a car, walking in with my own financing, but instead sat in a chair and spoke to only one or two representatives. They have lost a potential customer, as I will no longer consider this dealership for my previously owned vehicle purchase. Hopefully those reading this review of your dealership will perhaps prevent other potential customers from facing the same inexcusable situations that I have.

My wife & I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude . Since the minute I walked in the dealership I knew I had to walk out with my new car. Salesman James Rosario was exceptional and very professional. He understood my need and wants. He walked me through the process explaining everything in complete detail. He was very courteous and extremely polite. ! The Sales manager Bill Murillo was also very helpful, he made everything happen. I strongly recommend this dealer and the best salesman James Rosario.

My experience here at this dealership has been amazing. Erik Valentino has provided excellent customer service, since the moment we came in and the moment he handed me my car keys. I have been to many car dealers but noting compares to the experience we had here. Really recomend Erik Valentino as your salesman. He will make sure you are walking out driving in your new car.

This is the worst dealership ever ! i had an issue with getting my plates and when I would call the sales manager to get some type of resolution he wouldn't even get on the phone with me nor call me back. Their customer service is HORRIBLE ! Then when I asked to speak to the lady who deals with the insurance she had the nerve to ask me who transferred the call to her and why and then hung up the phone on me. I think the sales manager name was Jeff or something like that , horrible ! I even left messages after messages and he would NEVER call me back ! if I could return my vehicle I promise you I would have . I never dealt with such horrible people in my life. !! stay far away !!!!!

About a year ago i financed a car with Ricardo and he was able to put me in a nice car with close to no money down. I decided to pay a visit to Ricardo again recently to see what he can do for me. I doubted this dealerships ability to get me out of my car and into a brand new 2018 Scat pack. I was proven wrong. Thanks to Ricardo G and Mike M i am driving my dream car every single day. Highly recommend you pay a visit to these two if you want a brand new car!!!

I literally went during the busiest day, busiest hour and left happy & satisfied within less than 2 hours! :)

Horrible sales experience! We spoke with the deale...

Horrible sales experience! We spoke with the dealer over the phone to get an estimate for our trade-in and we let them know that we d be driving close to two hours to see the vehicle. They claimed that the estimate was real as long as the vehicle was in excellent condition. They claimed that they already knew what our specific vehicle is going for wholesale, and just needed to confirm the condition. Mind you, we were trading a special edition model vehicle, so the estimate was pretty specific.

When we arrived at the dealer, they inspected our vehicle and confirmed the excellent condition and the SAME trade number we spoke about on the phone. We test drove the CPO vehicle that we were interested in and confirmed that we were ready to move forward with the purchase. I asked our sales rep, Katherine Calle, to put together the final numbers to complete the deal (doc, tax and MV fees). At which point, Katherine asked us both to fill out a credit application and submit it for approval (we had no concerns there). While filling out the credit app, Katherine commented that since we arrived at the dealer, multiple people had inquired about the same vehicle we were going to purchase (typical).

After multiple hours and submitting the credit app, the sales manager, Bill Murillo, told us that they screwed-up on the trade numbers. He then proceeded to offer us $2,000 less for the trade. Old school sales BS! They weren t willing to work with us on the price or the trade, and basically wasted our entire day. Not to mention, the additional mileage on our 4,500-mile trade-in and random credit pull that may impact both of our credit scores. STAY AWAY! There are other dealers out there who will treat you better.

Only positive thing was talking with the lot attendant, Rob, while we waited. Really nice guy.

I would have to leave it there for a couple of days to be looked at or make another appointment at the end of the year. after spending $100 in transportation to leave and get there I decided to go some where else. all it needed is a new battery and guardian to be linked up to mopar radio system.

My family has purchased with this dealership before and recommended it. My sales representative was R. J Salas. I was looking to purchase a 2016 Jeep Patriot from their dealership. At the time of their sale to me, I realzied the vehicle had some damage. Although the carfax seemed clean of accidents, it was possible the vehicle had incidences that had gone unreported. R.J and Enrique were very fast to offer the vehicle to be repaired and touched up as a "we owe" from the dealership that was on paper. When I asked them how long the vehicle would take to fix, I was told over and over no more then a week. my vehicle has been there for over a month. I have driven to the dealership to pick it up (2.5 hr ride each way) and the car is never completed. Issues with the trunk gap continue and it is clear the departments do not communicate and once a vehicle is sold- they dont care! I have a disability and a certified service animal and the dealership refused to provide me with an adequate vehicle for rental even through the sales team had promised everything would be fine. I have driven my car for only 1 week. They also made me cancel a flight back home one day before Thanksgiving and threatened if I didnt immediately pick up my car, they would begin charging. I paid cancelation fees on my flight and when I drove to the dealership, I got a call 20 min away that the car was still not done. R.J never cheked up on my car and could care less about the car or the customer after the sale. I contacted the owner and he never reached out to me, contacted the service manager and he was never available and when i asked the dealership to at least cover the monthly payment of the car after all of the troubles, they refused. I contacted Jeep headquaters and am looking into legal options.

After spending 2 hours, did all the test drive, run my credit,then I get slap in the face with some ridiculous downpayment and monthly payments. He showed us many cars and was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us, not rushing us as we explored our options. Do NOT take your eyes off the paper work! I came in with a printed discount price from (will update with website and photo) they agreed to honor price and had TWO contracts on the desk showed me the agreed price one then swapped them....yes i cant believe this myself. Ohh wait it always gets better. They charged for lo-jack that was never installed and never sent the rag top that was included on the sticker. Go to any other Jeep dealer but this one! FYI the owner was called about agreeing to the price so how in the world did the price get jacketed back up to MSRV?

My salesman of choice Mr. David O'Neal was very helpful in making the right choice of vehicle for myself. Sloppy Service Department. I brought my pickup in ...

Sloppy Service Department. I brought my pickup in for 2 recalls to be done, service advisor acted like I owned him something when I showed up on the scheduled day.
They played around whole day with the pickup and they had to order parts day of the appointment they knew they needed beforehand for recalls. Cherry on top was sloppy install of the airbag cover on the dash. At this point it was too much to go and deal with them again and waste another day

I ve had several conversations with different sale...

I ve had several conversations with different salesman there and they all had given me different information which contradicted each other. I then asked for a higher level of service and ended up speaking with the sales manager. We have spoken several times over the last 1.5 years about the purchase of a ram promaster. Owen was always very helpful and informative but I ended up buying a promaster from Wisconsin through a fleet program that was significantly cheaper than what this dealer could offer. I asked Owen for what is call a courtesy delivery which means dodge would pay them to receive the vehicle and prep it for me to pickup. I also stated I would pay $300 on top of the money they collected from Dodge and also get all my service work through them. They stated they would do it for $500 which is ridiculous. I found another dealership (Dover Dodge) who wanted my future business and valued me as a future customer not to mention they only charge $250 for the courtesy delivery.

I contacted them through their website & got a runaround. If this is any indication of how they conduct business, then I'm glad they never contacted to me.

Brought our 2016 Jeep Rubicon unlimited to get an oil change before a month and a half long overlanding trip across the United States. Unfortunately, two days into our trip and in the middle of the great smokey mountains the oil change light goes off. This dealership gets a one star for their service department because regardless of the fact of whether or not they even changed the oil before giving the car back they didnt even bother to reset the mileage.
