Took my Grand Cherokee for some fix yesterday noon and got a loan vehicle, well, get my jeep back on Yesterday night, they froze $250 on my credit and release it very quickly after I returned the loan vehicle. However, i was charged 12 dollars for gas ($6/gallon). I did refill the car with 3.5 gallons yesterday night before return it. This is the only part I don't understand

I made an 8:30am appointment for 20,000mi. check up, tire leak fix, tire rotation and some small mechanical issues. When I declined salesman extras, I was told with an attitude it would be a couple of hours. I left. At 2:11pm called about my Ram truck and was told it has not been serviced because of previous days unserviced vehicals. 6 hours later! Unacceptable. Also my truck is at a different location. Unacceptable. I asked to speak to manager, he is not available, BS. Unacceptable. I will never schedule service or buy a car from this dealership.
Sent my car in for a check up and they took it into a river behind the dealership and chucked it in, along with half their inventory. I asked why and they told me they occasionally conduct random off-road durability tests to prove Jeep s best in class features. Nice sales staff though, ask for Mike.
Leased a Jeep here two years ago and had a positive experience, however, I need to get in touch with them for a simply question regarding my lease, but it is impossible to get a hold of someone. I've left voicemails, sent emails, was put on hold for an extended period with on one ever picking back up, and have been disconnected. Really frustrating and shows that they don't really care about you once the purchase is made. This without question will make me thing twice before purchasing/leasing here again when my lease is up.
The staff were all nice but I went there to look at a car that I had inquired about and after waiting I was told it was in the shop. It was not a big deal but I was just disappointed as I wanted it for Christmas
At first the experience was great but after purchase, all went down hill. Salesperson was ill prepared for finalizing paperwork dealing with purchase. After picking up vehicle, had constant back and forth with paperwork and led to having a brand new vehicle with expired temporary plate making the new purshase undrivable by law. Managment didn't seem to care either on the situation. Beware of the dealerships hidden fees when finalizing finances as well. Seems that this dealership only cares about sales and not about customer service. Dont expect to recieve return phone calls either.
Calling this location is very chaotic. I have called 3x today. First call I was placed on hold for 9 minutes then forwarded to a mailbox that was full. Second call I was transferred to a Kia Dealership, and the third time I was sent to a Nissan dealership. I have spent over 40 minutes on hold and being bounced around without getting a status on my Ram 1500 that was dropped off over 2 weeks ago. When I called to schedule the service originally I had a similar situation. I will not be revisiting this Dodge location for future service.
I used USAA True Car Service. Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge (CJD) was the 2nd dealership I went to. The experience was more enjoyable at Route 46 CJD. I was greeted at the door by a few of the sale managers. Upon stating that I was using the True Car service, one of them (Gabriel Dominguez) stated he was familiar with the True Car service. Gabriel Dominguez is a true professional sales manager. He knew the everything about the Jeep Grand Cherokee, and was able to showcase the vehicle features excellently. He also read me well enough to know what I was looking for, and did not try to up sell me to a higher model, or extra bells and whistles. Upon closing the sale, Gabriel Dominguez, was also very helpful in explaining how the closing procedures would proceed, and made sure that it went smoothly. I recommend going to Route 46 CJD and asking for Gabriel Dominguez. He is very experience, so ask questions, go informed, and I'm sure he will ensure you buy what you really want.
Although I didn't purchase a vehicle I sat with a man named Angello ' he showed me some cars and i test drove about 2 he was very patient with me. When I am ready to purchase i will have him help me out

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The customer service is TERRIBLE!! I've been trying to resolve an issue for over a month now and still nothing has been done. People here are rude and don't know what they are talking about. This dealership should be shut down!!!!!!!

I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but I did have a price in mind. I'm glad I was able to work with salesman Elvin Fermin who was very attentive , patient and easy to work with helped me figure out what was the best car for and within my budget.
I have yet to have a bad experience with the service team. They are all quite professional and let me know of any work that needed to be done prior to them doing it.
Stay away from this dealership, if you don't want them to take advantage of you. The whole crew are total charlatans, that only worry about getting the deal through to you to earn their percentages......
Went there yesterday and had such an unpleasant encounter, which is unfortunate because I had financed my previous Jeep from this location years ago and had a fantastic experience. I had even suggested this location to many family and friends when asked about my Jeep because of the great first experience I had. However, after yesterday I see things have changed there for the worse. Let me first say that the salesman that I had the displeasure of working with was extremely rude and ultimately was the reason I decided against continuing an agreement for a trade in. I was offered an extremely low appraisal, with a $5,000 difference of the actual worth (I know this because I had recently gotten it appraised only a few months ago). I understand that a car loses worth after a few months but not to the extreme of $5,000 when there is no damage to the car and not a substantial amount of miles to the car. This car is also completely paid off and is a Wrangler which keep their value. I would have stayed and came to an agreement however the attitude and disrespectful remarks made by the salesman were the ultimate reason that I decided against it and I left. The manager called shortly after with a much better option, but after the terrible experience I decided to independently sell my own car and go elsewhere when I decide to lease my next car. What a sin.
I just recently started driving and I needed a car so that I can get more comfortable driving places without my parents, so I went to the dealership to get one. One worker there named Ricardo made it easy for me to find a good car that I can drive in without being scared 24/7, I didnt have to spend too much time looking at cars I didn't like cause Ricardo found me a car that met everyone of my needs for the car I wanted so thank you Ricardo!
I owned my 2015 Grand Cherokee Jeep since Sept 2015. Runs great, looks great. I've had 2 service calls , all is running great. Service dept is knowledgeable , courteous and took the time to walk me thru recall data. Route 46 Jeep is a great place to buy and service your vehicle. Good touch when management gives you a follow up call about your experience with service. Bravo Route 46 Jeep!!!!

This place is horrible, unprofessional and the only reason they get good reviews is because they pay for them, they offer me $50 gift card to leave good reviews but I declined the offer!!! Since I leased my car they have caused problems, losing my information, giving me false information... it took 6. Hours to get my new car.. they are extremely rude and lazy!!!!! I went here because of the reviews and I regret it since I learned the truth!!!!! Now I'm being charged for something I returned to them and haven't received an answer!!!!! Please go somewhere else save your time and money, can't wait for my lease to be over so I can go to a different dealership!!!

As a customer for 5 years now I've seen a consistent decline in amenities for their auto service. Be prepared to haggle for a good price and expect a few tacked on administrative fees when you go to sign a contract.

Horrible service! Went in for an oil change, pulled right into an empty bay and was told it would be about an hour. 2 1/2 hours later I went to find out what was happening with my car that was now in the parking lot behind other cars.. Was told that I was third in line (how can this be when I pulled into an empty bay) and that it would be at least another hour. Horrific!!!! At least come and tell me there was a delay .... don't leave me sitting there wondering. Next time I'll spend the money on an oil change vs. going back there to get a "free" one. Guess their customer's time isn't a worth anything.

The reason for just one star is false advertising. If you re doing financing pay attention on extra cost over the price of the car. I ended up with around 8,000$ more than original car price they told me at beginning. On every used car they add additional 2000$ for certifying car then bunch of other fees that they will not mention to you. Also, be cautious when signing documents- in my case i had co-signer and they put him as a borrower insted of me. Just keep eyes open and don t let them rush you with decisions or with signing bunch of papers that they don t give you time to read first.

My trade in value from the online sales rep was not honored. I drove 3 hours for nothing. Sales rep said he would figure out some numbers to help with trade in value and instead ran my credit without asking. The dealership wasnt very well organized. I asked the finance manager for the #s he ran for the truck and my trade and he said he didnt know what they were. In general everything just seem really shady/sneaky. I WONT be back.
Came in for an evap code on my Cherokee. They said it was the gas cap. Fixed it. Left. What do you know, the evap code is still there. Came back again and now it's something completely different that they "couldn't have checked for". So they ding me for even more money and won't let me leave without at least charging me a diagnostic fee.
I had a separate issue and thought it was the serpentine belt. Asked them to check it. Told me it was completely shot and needed to be replaced for over 1k. Told them I'd take my chances. Then I checked the belt myself and it was in PERFECT condition.
Completely predatory and dishonest "stealership". I'll never come back again.

Waste of Time. I spoke to a salesman on Thursday about a used car. I called back on Friday and spoke with the same salesman and informed him that we would drive up on Saturday to see the car. He told me the car hasn't been sold yet. Saturday afternoon I received a text from the dealership informing me the appointment was set and we shall see you soon. When we arrived at the dealership and told them I was here to see the salesman, they informed me that he works only by phone and let's see who they can pick to to help us. The next salesman took our information and then would get the keys to the car. We told him we would meet him outside by the car .We then looked for the car in the lot for about 10 minutes. When the salesman came out he informed us that the car was sold earlier that morning. We were never told until then the car was sold. We drove over an hour to the dealership thinking the car was still at the lot like we were told, only to find it wasn't. WHAT A WASTE OF OUR TIME!
My experience at this dealership has been awful. I dropped my Jeep with the service department on a Thursday morning for a traction control light being on. It is now Monday afternoon and not only have I not gotten my car back, I haven t even gotten a call regarding the status update. I have called in several times only to be consistently put on hold and told someone will call me back.
I m willing to adjust this review if someone would give me a status update on what exactly is going on with my vehicle.

A disappointing waste of time. Saw an ad for a Jeep and called to confirm the features and schedule a viewing before I drove over an hour to the dealership. I hadn't been scheduled, nor were the features correct. Warning: the prices are also advertised online $2000 under the price, with a bait tactic called their "loyalty program price."
They politely apologized, and the sales manager said he would call with other options over the next 24-28 hours. However he never contacted me again. I have since bought elsewhere.
I would not recommend this dealership. Find someplace more transparent and better organized.

I had recently brought my car into this dealership to have my catalytic convertor replaced after my check engine went on. I was a little skeptical to go to the dealership because of price and time frame of not having a vehicle for a couple of days. But my view totally changed. The name of my service advisor was Joe and he was awesome. I mean I literally called him at least 3 times or more each day for updates and he never seemed annoyed with me, he was always willing to help. He even got me a loaner car! The loaner car was practically brand new and clean. I loved it. Next day after receiving the loaner car, Joe called me back and said my car was ready! A little upset I had to give it back :( . But I was definitely satisfied with the service I received.

I've been car shopping for a few months. I finally decided on a Dodge Durango. I went to one dealership and was told something completely different about the vehicle I was interested in. Luckly, I gave it another shot at the RT 46 dealership in little falls. My sales rep. was Ricardo Matienzo and he did an excellent job. He actually knew what he was talking about when it came to the vehicle, unlike my first experience at the other dealership. Him along with the rest of the staff were very patient and always made me feel very comfortable. He made sure to keep in contact and worked hard to get me a great deal. I would def recommend this dealership and sales rep to anyone in search of a vehicle. I ended up walking away with new 2015 Dodge Durango Limited, and I absolutely live it!

Saw an ad for a used Jeep on their site.I called up twice on the same day to make sure that they had it available for sale and that I would be able to come a test drive it. Both times I was told that it was still for sale and ready to be test driven. So the same day I drive 55 minutes to the dealer. They then proceed to tell me that they car was sold two days ago. NOT HAPPY that I drove 55 minutes each way to be told that. They didn't even apologize. They said to me that i most have spoken to someone on their internet sales team. So i'm not sure what that mean's ? Doesn't the Internet Sales Team still work for the dealer ?

I called jeep 46 told them I was interested in a vehicle they Had on there website and that I wanted to sell my Jeep and have appraised at the time of arrival. The good thing is this all took place within the 30 minutes I arrived at there doorstep. But here comes the bad part:
Upon speaking with my salesman he notified me that the Jeep I was interested in was already sold which they should of told me over the phone before I got there. Upon my vehicle being appraised they offered me the price I was looking for but since I was going to get into another vehicle I had to fill out a credit app. The salesman said he would get back to me with info the next day. Well it s been 4 days no call back nor did he call me back after leaving a voice message on day 3. Regardless of all the worldly events we are going thru if your going to run a business do it right and offer exceptional customer service. How do I meet with someone, they do an appraisal and then take all my credit information and NEVER call me back ?
I guess my Jeep won t be sold to them and I will not be driving away with NOT sure in stock vehicle.

I went into Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking to possibly trade in my BMW for a new Jeep Wrangler JK unlimited. I was paired up with Eddie Meta who took care of me and got me a great deal in which I ended up keeping my BMW as well. 2 weeks in and I couldn t be happier with both the ride and the service I ve received by Eddie and the staff. Seems like they can care less how important your vehicle is to you. My check engine light came on. It was an issue with the #2 cylinder. The had my car for 3 days. No Calls No update. I finally called and they tell me oh yea its ready. I get my car and one day later the check engine light goes on again and the vehicle looses horsepower. Towed the vehicle back and now they say its a pressure gauge. You worked on my engine and the next day another issue. Hmmmm Really and not covered under warranty. So now they had it for another three days and it was supposed to be ready yesterday afternoon. SURPRISE No calls to tell me its done. Call today and they say Oh yes its ready. Piss poor customer service.. BTW did I say when I purchased the vehicle, they said I would get a loaner. Well that did not happen either. I dont know about you, but my company car is extremely important to me and my business to have it go to a dealer that can care less about you. Not happening again. Think twice before you send your vehicle there.
I only brought the car in for an airbag light that was covered. Rt 46 took it upon themselves to the oil change and also putting correct air in tires. They also explained why the light came on. I really appreciate that they didn't charge for a oil change and never once asked or pushed for extra work. Quick call backs were a plus also. Will reco.menx them 100%
Had a great experience in February at Rt 46 Jeep, Chrysler, Dodle , no pressure and lots of patience thanks to sales men Nick Dutta and sales manager Mike Markoski. My wife hates car sales men and they changed her perception on the car buying experience. We went back two weeks ago to get prices on a new car for my daughter. She was looking for a small suv a left with a jeep Cherokee limited at a great price and she can't stop smiling with happiness. I needed my routine 10,000 mile maintenance check up, however couldn't take a day off work. RT46 Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge was able to accommodate my busy schedule. They open early, I was able to drop off my car and they drove me back home. They also called me and offered to pick me up after work to pick up my car. The Customer Service was great, very friendly, & service was affordable. Best in the area!
In 2009 I had great experience with this dealership when purchasing my Grand Cherokee. Currently in the market again and decided to go back here. I used the car buying service through USAA which is through Truecar. They seemed interested in honoring the deal until it came down to the final paperwork when I noticed the price of the vehicle was $4000 more than Truecar price. One of the oldest tricks in the industry. After wasting 4 hours I walked out and laughed when the FI guy said to me "are you crazy, it's a good deal". Theft by deception is what I saw. Remember watch the final paperwork.
