Our Sales Specialist Bryan Mendez was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions as well as all of our concerns. I feel like I m going to a local street mechanic it is like they make more money when your car has problems they make up issues for commission or something. Then you take your car there at 8:45am to find out at 6:00pm they are just starting to check it... Specifically, Dave in the service department acts like more should be wrong with the car..... He likes to add charges up...!

Customer service is horrible can not wait until my lease is up and I will get another jeep from a different jeep dealer. The reps I've encountered from front desk, salesmen and service seem like they dont like their JOB. The job they chose!

Just bought a Jeep Cherokee from Kevin one of the sales team members on Jan 22nd 2020. It was my first time buying a car I had always leased. I had some numbers in mind on what I could spend. I told him what my budget was and was pleasantly surprised that with a simple credit check they got me into a new car for the amount that I said. No upsell and it was really a pleasant experience. So many options at this place and it s a well run business. Very clean, up to date, and you can tell the people who work there take pride in their craft. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you want a professional no hassle experience for your next vehicle.

This dealership is the worst. They don't return phone calls. I was calling for three week and not one returned my calls. They fixed my door the cheap way instead of replacing it.

The sales man was (of course) quite pleasant, not pushy and nice. Went inside and mr edwin was so mean, rude and God complex we just left dealing w him is NOT worth it. I am taking my money and going some place with good customer service . . . Update this is STILL BY FAR the WORST buying experience even after almost a year these guys are still THAT BAD!!! but i highly recommend Finger Lakes Dodge ... nice people and we are now in our dream vehicle. We have credit in the 800s and are 'financially healthy' can Not imagine how they treat other families, the meanness was unacceptable. I contacted the dealer to tell them about the problem and how upset we were (right after it happen) and they did not respond to me at all. Even a simple "sorry for your experience" would have been better then ignoring us completely. Head our warning and experience DO NOT COME HERE

What an absolutely wonderful experience..From walking into the dealership.. and getting greeted by the receptionist , to driving off the lot with my brand new Jeep Renegade! This is my second review for them. I leased a 2014 and 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. My family has been loyal to Chrysler for decades. We have owned at least 10 different Chrysler vehicles. All in total, probably over half a million dollars worth of FCA cars/trucks. Anyway, my younger brother recently had some issues with the valves on his Jeep Wrangler. FCA denied warranty work on the truck because it was 1000 miles out of warranty. We were absolutely insulted. My father and I called FCA directly and were met with basically a huge slap in the face. Despite them seeing my family owned nearly a dozen FCA vehicles over the years they denied us. As a last resort, I called my salesman at Rt 46, PJ. I explained to PJ what had happened and he agreed, it was absolutely unacceptable. He got his manager Bill involved who escalated the problem to the service manager, Don. PJ, Bill, and Don stepped up to the plate. I should note that my brother didn't even purchase his Wrangler from them but rather, another now closed dealer. After about a week or so, they got it done. Truck is all fixed. I can't say enough about the service we received. That is true loyalty to your customers and appreciation.

BEWARE, please bring your business elsewhere. I was totally taken advantage of at this dealership. I wanted a 4x4 for my daughter. Was sold a FWD. I then called dealership and was told to come down and they would exchange it for a 4x4 and that it would cost approx. 20 more per month as per Adam, who I spoke with, and dealt with for a short period of time when purchasing vehicle. He also stated bank paperwork didn't go completely through yet so I had to be there within the next day or two. He is arrogant, shady and not a person of his word.
All said and done, I returned and found the same year, cheaper, and a 4x4. Wasted 4 hours of my time to be told that it would cost me, 1000.00 down, and extra 7200.00 on top of it totally 8,200 more for same vehicle 4x4 and cheaper price listed!!!! Tried to reach owner as you get an automated call, no return phone call. Seriously disappointed with this company. I will make sure to tell everyone I know how this dealership treats a women who comes in with no knowledge of cars, and taken full advantage of.

After going to a few dealerships trying to sell me on older model Dodge Darts, Route 46 Dodge Jeep Chrysler made sure I drove off with a brand new car with no hassles and no games. Pedro Pena was very friendly, professional and courteous of my wants/needs.

I called to make an appt to test drive a dodge ram rebel edition. They confirmed and said to come in on the scheduled day. When I show up they tell me they don t have that vehicle and that they aren t doing test drives. Why was I scheduled for a test drive of that specific vehicle then? When I asked the man that same question his reply was oh they ll tell you anything . He didn t apologize or seem to care at all. That s not good customer service. I m glad I know that this dealership will tell it s customers whatever they want to hear just to get them In. If I requested a specific model it s because I am a serious customer with intentions to purchase this vehicle. However I realized that the people working here are not serious. I won t be coming back.

My husband and I came in on New Years Eve morning with plans to purchase a new Jeep that day. We worked with Kevin Carroll who was great! He worked extremely quickly to find out what we wanted and what we were looking to spend. We test drove a car within the first hour of being there and then he found us the car that had all of our desired features. After lots of waiting and paperwork signing, I found out that Kevin had gone the extra mile to be sure I had my new car. He took matters into his own hands to locate the car that was coming from the lot a few miles away. I ended up being there for 5 hours, which is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating. Kevin, however, is a 5 star salesperson! We love the new Jeep Compass! Thanks, Kevin!

I was very happy with the service at this car dealership. I went to GMC next door and they offered me a terrible deal while not taking me seriously because my credit score wasn't high. The jeep dealership worked with me the whole day and made sure to put me in the jeep I wanted and didn't make me feel bad because of my credit history.

Waste of time! They confirmed they had the car I was looking for off of their website. I asked 3 times, are you sure the car is there? Yes, of course was their response. When I got there they showed me a completely different car. So After taking off of work and driving almost an hour, I was told the car was sold 2 days ago. They real you in to then sell you a more expensive car. All I got was an I m sorry. No respect for people s time.

Our sales person was Delores Rodriguez. She's an amazing person. She helped my husband and I picked the right car for our family. We went all the way from NY just to see her and we got a warm welcome! However, the moment your money is received or you signed the papers, no more professionalism! I was given a temporary registration for 3 weeks and they promised heaven and earth to mail my permanent registration to me before the expiration date. I was lied to that my papers has been submitted to DMV since the 2nd of April but just found out from DMV myself that it was submitted on the 13th! Requested for a manager Bill Murillo, thinking he'll help but he made it worse! Called and let Bill know that I don't appreciate them lying to me that I've found that my papers was just submitted and he froze at first then try to tell ne that I'm the one who's not appreciative that he doesn't know why I have to call Dmv and he sent my registration to me already. Then I requested a copy to be emailed to me because I don't believe anything he's saying no more. Then he emailed it to me. But guess what, it has April 13th on it! Anyway, if my calls wasn't ignored or I wasn't been lied to, I'll give them 4stars. So please make sure everything is done before you live because you don't want to experience what I experienced!

Parts Dept. Requires more education on the parts they sell. I wasted a lot of my time,when trying to Purchase a simple item. I went to the dealership which has done repairs for me in the past. I had the part in hand and all the proper info VIN#. Was told they didn't have it but another dealership did. After going to the other dealership and discovering that 46 had giving me the wrong item. I went back to 46 and which had it on hand. And all I get is sorry. Thanks for wasting my time. I'll keep that in my on my next vehicle purchase.

I got my car from here in 2012 and I still have it so I would say they sell great cars and they work with you no matter what your situation is. My car is now 10 years old it was sold to me at only 2 years old as a certified pre-owned vehicle in excellent condition with low miles.

Third time my vehicle has been brought in for service that I purchased from them brand new in 2017. After being unsatisfied with this particular vehicle having so many issues they did the right thing and honored my request to buy it back. In the end, they did the right thing.

I called and scheduled an appointment to look at and test drive a vehicle in their inventory. After driving an hour to get there I was told the vehicles weren t there and they were at a remote lot 10 mins away. I called the phone sales department that isn t even located in the same building and they told me they have no way of seeing where the vehicles are kept and I d have to come back tomorrow. Now correct me if I m wrong. I called well in advance, schedule an appointment to view a vehicle, get there 10 mins early, and get turned away. This place is run very poorly I d never purchase a vehicle from them. Highly recommend you don t waste your time either.

Over two hours and counting for an oil change with an appointment. Won t be purchasing another vehicle here.

Back to lease my third jeep with these guys. After a bumpy start Mike the sales manager moved mountains to make me happy and give me the deal I was looking for. Ricardo was extremely helpful and pleasant for the entire experience. While they can't completely undo the actions of thursday Mike went above and beyond for me. I'm happy with the deal we worked out and will be returning for my fourth jeep when this lease is up.

Went in on a Sunday, after some back and forth and credit check and paystub check. We made a deal for a used 2018 jeep for $450/month. Came back the next day to pick it up. My monthly payments went to $750 because of high interest rate. Fine. I traveled from CT with a kid to find out The price went up? Your sales rep can contact me to confirm the appt but not tell me that the price went up?

I went into the dealership with a car balance of over 12k and Pedro did not look at me weird nor did he make me feel discouraged. Pedro and the finance department worked their magic and helped make the Jeep buying experience pleasurable and got me into a Jeep Cherokee ....FAST! Highly recommended!

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! I have a leased Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer since almost 3 years. I have always paid on time and did all maintenance at their shop. Now it's time for me to get a new lease and upon receiving many calls from ANTHONY and getting emails saying they have a coupon for me and all that, I finally decided to make an appointment to go get a new lease and return the one I have. I had an appointment with ADAM, he brought us to a sales person who was supposed to take care of us. That sales person was new and could not answer any of our questions. This isn't our first time leasing and we specifically asked to only speak to someone who has been working there for years and not someone who is there for 1 month and doesnt know their job. I am definitely taking my money elsewhere and won't bother with this dealership anymore. I have met the owner many times before and he is the nicest guy ever, unfortunately he wasn't there because I would've gone straight up to him and tell him that I need someone who knows their job. If I ask you questions about a car that I am trying to lease and you can't answer one question out of 10 than you aren't fit for this job or need more training. I recently purchased a Ram Promaster and was very happy with Rich Figurelli he helped me with the purchase, was quick efficient and clear with me about the deal he got me a great deal i can't thank him enough. I will definitely be back to do business with these people!

My 2006 sprinter doesn t come with a dipstick for the transmission making it impossible to know what the fluid level is at. I called to see if I could swing by and have someone dip a dipstick in and tell me if it s low. They said they would not accommodate me without an appointment and it s $130 to dip the dipstick in the tube. If it s $130 just to dip a dipstick in the hole, this is a good indication to probably steer clear from having your vehicle serviced here.

Long wait didn't get the problem fix make sure when you make a appointment you reserve a rental car because they will not tell you and you will have to make another appointment with them to fix your car.

I walked into the dealership really just looking to check out one of the cars I've had my eyes on for a while now. I was already locked into a five year finance though and didn't really see any hope in getting out of it but Rich helped me out and got me into a Dodge Charger, fully loaded for a really amazing price. I went to Jeep and dodge on route 46 looking for a new vehicle for my family . A young gentleman by the name of Ehab helped me find the perfect car. I purchased a certified pre owned dodge caravan and me and my family absolutely love it . He was such a great help and made the process very easy .

I f I could give this place 0 stars I would, went in to buy a car was repeatedly shifted around and not paid any attention at all....went to another dealership and drove out with a new Wrangler in 2 hours and most of that was spent talking great places to go off roading. Do not buy from this place if you do you will regret it...terrible service.

Terrible customer service. Never sent me the new car s registration even though I paid for it. Just got a ticket for no inspection too. Won t speak to me on the phone to assist. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
