My girlfriend went in there looking to purchase a car, as soon as we walked through the door salesman John Wyman approached us with great attitude and positive approach. The service was excellent and she received everything she wanted at a great price! John was quick with his work which made things even better. I recommend going to Route 44 Hyundai for a vehicle of any kind and also recommend seeing John Wyman as your salesman.

R J was very helpful in making my decision on which suv to buy. He also work with the $$$ which I was comfortable to make payment's. I am very happy with my 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Thank you RJ. You're the best.
Great device dept team. Makes you feel like a member of their family. Always feel very comfortable about taking my vehicle to them. Been with them for two years now and I would not go anywhere else.
I went there for an oil change which was completed and I was very happy with the service. What I am upset about is the Tuscon has had an issue with the doors and hatch unable to unlock intermittently. This was all supposedly repaired while under warranty. The car is no longer under warranty but the issue is still happening. The doors and hatch could not unlock during the day of the oil change so we had them check them. Only the driver's door unlocked. I was told I would have to pay $125 diagnostic fee then they will take that cost off any repair fee. I refused to pay it. Since this has been an issue with this vehicle since we bought it and the service records prove this. I should not have to pay to get the problem fixed that had not been fixed when the car was under warranty. We bought 3 new Hyundais in my household but because of this I don't think I will ever buy another one or recommend them to anyone again.
Great sales team. Including my sales person Omar. went out his way to deliver the car to me at home. Finance Team amazing as well. GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE!!!! 10/10
I just graduated from college in May and I went to buy a used car at Route 44 Hyundai last week. Syed Mahmud spent hours with my parents and I trying to find the best car for me and the best price. Because of his guidance, I decided to lease a new 2018 Elantra and he helped us get a great deal! Thank you so much Syed for your patience, kindness, and expertise!
My salesperson, Devine, was professional, personable, and overall made the car buying experience pleasurable. There have been a few hiccups with the purchase (not the salesperson's fault) and he made it a point to keep open communication and make me feel like a valued customer.
My experience at the Hyundai dealership involved interacting with a salesperson who was knowledgeable about the vehicle. However, the sales manager I encountered gave poor customer service, he lied about the vehicle's price and refused to honor the internet price which was given to me by an exceptional internet sales person prior to my arrival at the car dealership. The sales manager also refused me the privilege of choosing a vehicle color on a brand new car.
In addition, one of the general managers of Hyundai whose name is Damian sent me an e-mail asking about my purchase experience, however when I responded to the e-mail by asking to speak to him personally about the purchase experience. The manager didn't follow up with my request. Nor did he respond to my follow up of the e-mail with a voice mail message seeking a return phone call. As a result, I've concluded the e-mail was sent under false pretenses.
The behavior and actions of the sales and general manager at Route 44 showed me that they are only interested in a customer purchasing a vehicle and will say and do whatever necessary to secure a sale of purchase. The managers aren't genuinely interested or invested in good customer service or their customers at all only the customers money.
Couldn't be happier with the sales staff (especially Jerry) so I went back 2 months later and purchased a second car. Would recommend anyone to Route 44 Hyundai
The salesman lied to me about the car being available. He had me come to the dealership (I live on the vineyard so leaving the island is no small feat). He handed me off to some other jabroni who showed me two cars, neither of which I wanted as it was not what I was explicitly clear that I wanted. They tried to charge me more for what I didn't want, and to get what I did want, all the sudden the price is 850 higher to locate the vehicle. They were hoping that because I'd come so far, I would be more easily convinced to spend more money. NOT SO, YOU LYING DIRTBAGS.
Very good experience with Rt 44 Hyundai sales person Syed Mahmud was very experienced and gave us good info and worked very hard to get us the car in 1 day.
In still waiting for my check of $285.00 and the booklet of all instrucctions that was supposed to be in the glove's compartment. ..... Marc . Know about it.
Please send them by mail, or I will be soon to give them a visita.
I stopped by on a whim because I was curious whether they had any cars I could potentially be interested in. One of the newer salesmen assisted me and had me test drive the car, and we came to an agreement on numbers rather quickly, with minimal sales tactics , which is refreshing. While I wasn t able to lease the vehicle due to a complication (I m from NY and MA doesn t issue temp plates for leases) the whole team was surprisingly easy to work with, and went more than the extra mile to try and make the deal work for me. They offered to go far beyond reasonable means (in a good way) just to make the deal work for me. I can t say any other dealer treated me as well as this one even across multiple car purchases in the past. Highly recommended.
I would like to caution anyone who goes there to read your repair order very closely as the "service" department will add things to get done, that you may not want or need. There's no bargains here.
Went here for recall notice service as well as other needed maintenance. they were very friendly and very upfront about what was needed and had great communication both in person and on the phone. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be ready.
My experience at RT 44 Hyundai was all I could ask for. My salesman, Franklin was professional from the time he approached me in the lot. He introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help my wife and I with. I told him I saw a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox online and a SUV was what we were looking for. Instead of running me around the lot trying to sell me what I didn t want he showed me almost all the SUV s in the area I was in. When we went over to the Equinox he asked if I would be interested in looking at new Hyundai s To compare to the Equinox. I told him I have been driving GM since the 70 s but would look. Franklin was not pushy nor aggravating in the process of showing us the Santa Fe or the Tucson, which were very nice looking vehicle. After getting prices and learning about Hyundai's incentives we negotiated a price that was comfortable to my wife and I we purchased the Equinox. I read a lot of bad experiences about this dealership and would say my time spent with Franklin and Brad was very professional and courteous and they gave me a new grill!!! Gene
Staff was very friendly and gave me a great experience! Sales Manager Ben Ortiz crunched numbers and lowered my payments to what I could afford - Something NO OTHER HYUNDAI DEALER DID OR COULD DO. All that and a warranty to go with it. They had options for everyone and actually want your business so why wouldn't a good car dealer do what they could? Didn't get a Hyundai but got what I wanted (Found what I wanted right online), got a great deal and feel good about it. Plus they dropped me off because my ride had to leave while I was signing paperwork- and I live 25 minutes away from the dealership. Everyone was great, but BEN was the greatest and the dealership even got me a better rate than what I was prequalified for with my other company. 5 Stars all day!
Very nice, professional, and friendly people in the Service department. They did what they needed to do, at the scheduled time. They also vacuumed my car which was a nice touch. I am definitely going back.
I have always been very satisfied with my visits for service, but this time with the lack of masks during this time I was very disappointed. I am wondering if all other precautions are being ignored.
Syed Mahmoud is an excellent sales consultant! He spent a good deal of time with us helping us to find just the right vehicle for my daughter. We couldn t be happier with our experience at Route 44 Hyundai and with Syed.
My husband went shopping for a truck. He stopped at route 44 Hyundai and bought a 25,000 $$ Tundra it was used low miles. 2 days later when my husband picked up the tuck he called Jerry and asked him where are the carpets and the owners manual . He then responded let me find out for you. About a week later he texts me and says its a used car it comes with what's there. Let me tell you I have bought more than one used vehicle for less than 25,000 and they always came with carpets and manuals just saying. I think they could of taken better care of us. a bit disappointed were they could of spent 100 dollars on carpets and be done with it goes to show how they care about there customers...
Friendly, professional, courteous staff. I usually feel tense walking into a car dealership, but Devine really made us feel at ease as soon as we were introduced.
I've been working with Syed, a sales consultant, and Brad, a manager, to work out a buy out deal from my lease, and both of them have been more than patient and accommodating. I've been in twice to discuss options, and each time they have presented all options, sat with me for hours, and still did not push a decision on me, but rather helped explore what is best for me. I feel this is a bit of a rarity when working with car salesman, and I have to say that I am a loyal customer because of this and would recommend them to anyone!
Blew the motor in my 2015 Hyundai, just past the warranty period. They backed it up. Awesome on their part, but their engine shouldn t blow at 103k. Salesperson Karen harassed me with inappropriate texts. If I ever get another Hyundai it will be from Brett. 5 stars for Hyundai but thanks to Karen I m only giving 3.
came here to look at some cars and was helped by Josh he was very helpful and professional. he was able to answer any questions i had and even gave me a few suggestions on what would be best for me 10/10 service will definitely be coming back!
Very friendly and professional service from Syed at Rt 44 Hyundai while I was buying my Genesis. He made the whole process simple and easy from the test drive to the handshake to seal the deal. I could tell he really wanted to make a deal that i could be happy with.
My wife had a tire that was going flat. She had gone to two tire places to try and get it fixed, but both places told her that she would have to make an appointment for the next day to get it fixed. Now, I used to work for a tire company in Oregon and the stores always had someone available to do flat fixes. You never needed an appointment. Hyundai showed that same workmanship when my wife went in to see them. They jumped right on it and had her out the door in no time. Really nice service and nice people too. THANK YOU for helping her get through a stressfull moment.
Best car buying experience I ever had. Calvin was great. Very informative. Told him what I was looking for and a few hours later I'm driving off the lot in my new Tucson. Thank you to Tony in finance and thank you again Calvin.
Ricky Sales was a great sales man I never have I ever had a great experience buying an auto. I'm usually the ball buster he handled me well and I left feeling I had a friend 10 stars . From time I walked thru that door he was nothing but first class. I have another friend I am sending his way.
The staff was amazing. Marc was extremely accomodating and listened to what my needs were. What a great team with John and Andre too. This is my first car from RT 44, but certainly not my last. Great experience!!
Had an awesome experience with mark sales man and edgar couldn't ask for better service got the car I wanted at reasonable price couldnt ask for a better honorable place to buy a car from they are the best
I had an excellent experience at Route 44 Hyundai! I would recommend anyone to go there to purchase a vehicle. Peter was extremely helpful and explained everything. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable with my purchase. Thank you! I love my Tuscon!
BUYER BEWARE THIS DEALER SELLS FAKE "CERTIFIED PREOWNED" CARS AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOES TERRIBLE REPAIRS. I HAVE A FIRE HAZARD WITHIN MY CAR. First let me start off by saying any attempt to get a car repaired at this place is a feat within itself. I bought a certified pre owned from these crooks and its not bumper to bumper warranty like they say... I complained of a burning smell before and they replaced my fan switch not even a year ago. A month ago I received the same smell and switch problem. They refused to fix it because "it was not under warranty". I called Hyundai customer car who has even less competence then this dealer. They said my car not certified and there's nothing they can do. I had all the paperwork from the dealer but they did not accept it. So furiously I went to an independent mechanic who found the melted harness pictured below. ALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID WAS PUT A NEW SWITCH ON THE SAME BURNT HARNESS TWICE. I am FURIOUS because THIS IS A POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD. I tried to receive paperwork from the service department (his name is Joe) with the notes about the burning smell. They tell me theyll send it and not to come in and every time they never send me anything. If my car catches on fire they know I will get an attorney so they refuse to give me any paperwork. MORAL OF THE STORY DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI ESPECIALLY FROM THESE CROOKS. I NOW HAVE A FIRE HAZARD AND NO EXTENDED WARRANTY
I walked into the dealership with no real understanding of what car would be the best fit for me within my budget. Sales associate Josh Castro went out of his way to help me narrow down a budget and a few cars that would help me get from point A to B. I would recommend him to the next person that is looking to buy a vehicle. Amazing customer service and he has a great attitude.
When in the market for a new vehicle, I narrowed down my search after deciding to go with a crossover rather than a sedan. Although not a Hyundai, this dealership had the car I wanted. Fast forward 6 months and I feel confident with the rating I've just given. My most recent service appointment was an excellent example of customer service. With the busy, fast paced lifestyle we all lead now, it's nice to be able to use technology to easily book an appointment and then have it play out with near perfection. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to receive a notification to prompt booking a service appointment. That way the link to the appropriate calendar/website can be accessed to make the process even more quick. This time I visited their website and used the chat option. It lead to waiting for a call back the next day. All in all, a good experience.
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Route 44 Hyundai. I drove all the way from my home city (where there is another Hyundai dealership). The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Brett, and throughout the entire shopping and buying process he did not treat me like a potential sale; he treated me like an individual. He found the perfect vehicle based on my needs, and I bought it the next day. Edgar handled the financial process and kept things simple but thorough. I walked out of that office knowing EXACTLY what I needed to know about my new car and the process going forward.
Customer service is above and beyond...highly reccomend Route 44 for your car buying experience.
I recently helped my son buy his first car. He chose a preowned Sonata with low miles that was still under warranty. Our sales person was Ben Nehms. Ben was very informative and accomodating. I found the dealership to be very professional and low pressure. I would recommend asking for Ben if you are in the market for new or used Hyundai.
We had a great car buying experience today at Rte 44 Hyundai! Great team here. Our salesman Syed Mahmud was the best-very courteous, helpful and a straight shooter. They honored the great deal that was promised over the phone which says a lot about their integrity! We bought the Veloster-awesome car for an amazing price! I highly recommend this dealership!
I worked with syed mahmud he got me the best deal for me never felt any pressure from him very professional and felt comfortable I would recommend my friends and family if they ever needed a new vehicle overall very highly satisfied with mr syed and I thank him
I leased a car recently from joe Branco for my daughter and he was very helpful and professional. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend he and the dealership to friends and family
Absolutely loved the service I received from R.J. He was exceptionally professional and helpful with my purchase!!! When I didn't understand the different trims, he and Brett pulled the cars up for me and showed me the differences. It's not often that you get people who truly want to help the customer and not haggle you... I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
Bought a used Veloster about 4-5 years ago from here after finding an admittedly good deal. Purchase process was the typical dealership stuff, salesman trying to change the terms last minute etc. that kind of comes with the territory, luckily had my expert friend with me to help me ensure I got the deal that was negotiated before arrival. Salesman also insisted on making numerous off-handed jokes about woman drivers and had trouble reading the room when I didn't laugh, but again, par for the course. Weirder still was that he just sort of guessed (incorrectly) on the procedure for transferring the plates from my NH-licensed trade-in to the new vehicle (it ended up becoming more of an inconvenience for him over Presidents Day Weekend, so whatever.) Probably a 3-star experience on the buy side overall. Fine.
My one-star review today comes from a place of having no other way to seemingly get through to this dealership about the fact that due to no longer needing wheels, I sold this car two years ago, to a CarMax no less (highly recommended, by the way!) Yet the now FIVE different people from Rt. 44 Hyundai who have called in that timespan (and my email to customer support, which naturally went ignored) don't seem to be able to get the message that my business with this dealership is done. One of them called while I was out at a car expo, ironically, and took my "thanks, I'm busy with other people, please don't call again" to mean I wanted him to ask "so how much did you sell it for?" and "okay, you said you don't need a car, but would you still buy one from us?" as if that was any of his business.
This morning's call was the last straw for me, as "Adriana" (or Joanna? hard to tell when someone mumbles) left yet another urgent-sounding message about "my Veloster" on my machine with her direct line, then when I called immediately back, pretended she had no idea what I was talking about and hung up on me when I started explaining for the fifth time that I do not, in fact, own this car anymore. I give up, Rt. 44 Hyundai. You win this round.
So, if you live near Raynham and/or want to go way out of your way for an average car-buying experience with an extra dose of random misogyny, and you're willing to change your phone number afterward, this is the place to go, I guess?
Mr. Charlebois is an amazing salesman. He always welcomes me and offers the kind of treatment I don t get anywhere else. Coming to Rt. 44 Hyundai feels like an experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated with respect, kindness and EXPERTISE. 100%
I went in just looking to ask some questions and get some information, but ended up leaving with a beautiful 2015 Sonata thanks to all the help given to me by Fabrice Desousa. With Fabrice I didn't get the typical pressuring into buying a car you typically get from other dealers. He was so helpful and patient, and just wanted to help me figure out what worked best for me and for that I'm grateful. My experience with Hyundai and especially Fabrice was the best car buying experience I've had, and I will definitely be a loyal customer of Route 44 Hyundai from now on. Thank you Fabrice! :)
I'd give that place 0 stars if possible. The words I have to describe that place is liars, money hungry, scavengers, deceitful people, untrustworthy, ETC. Everyone: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR DEALERSHIP! The individuals filling up the ratings page with super positive reviews must work there. Or used to. You see different faces there every 6 months.
Went in to buy my first NEW car. Kyle handled every uestion that i had with confidence and believe me i had a bunch of uestions! The price they came back to me with was hard to say no to! Kyle and Ace handled the transaction with class! will be back
I would like to thank Nick Ayer for all the help with getting my truck back to normal. I had an oil change and a few lights replaced and also had them look at a noise i had. Come to found out it was to do with the power steering. We have an appt for wednesday to fix power steering. Nick also found a recall for me that I wasnt aware of. Nick wrote every recommendation needed for my truck at 60,000 miles and didnt try to sell me anything i didn't need. Thanks to Nick my truck is running great! Thank you and see you soon.
Ridiculous the issues I've had with this dealership. This dealership does not follow up with their customers. Waste of an experience that was suppose to be pleasant.
Route 44 Hyundai is always a positive experience! Their staff is professional, attentive and friendly. Eric Barros, my sales representative was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I love Hyundai because I love their products. I drive a Hyundai Sonata Eco. I can't imagine driving anything else, but it is also a huge plus that their staff and service is terrific as well.
When I went to go test drive the Hyundai Veloster I was interested in, everything went well. The people working there were nice and were glad to help. I was glad with their service until a few days later when I noticed they began to pester me with phone calls. I didn't mind because I know they were just trying to get a sale until I finally decided to inform them that I was not interested anymore in buying from them. The customer service rep, (Lily was her name I believe) proceeded to call me rude and hung up before I had a chance to say anything else. I don't know who would hire a customer service representative who cannot deal with a singular rude person (who by the way was not even being rude) but oh well, I won't be getting any more calls from them. The on lot service was spectacular, and that's about as far as it stretches.
Went in to get my used car appraised after being told to do so via a phone call ASAP the night before, only to show up and not even be helped by the same guy who told me to come in - but that's whatever I went with it anyways. So some other guy scans my car to run the vin and get all the features of the car, and then the guy who helped me then tells me the used car guy is out that day, understandable, and to call back later? Why would I be told to call them when I am the customer that should be helped. Long story short, after voicemails being left and finally speaking with someone who partially helped me (2 weeks after I arrived) I still do not have an appraisal for my car and apparently the information that was collected, and the guy told me was run in the system, was MIA and that they would call me back this time after I had to ask whether or not I should call back....to me that is super unprofessional and reading in between the lines I feel lied too. Can't vogue for buying a car there but this encounter might be able to sum up how the business seems to be run. The only reason I went here in the first place was because I bought the certified used here a couple years ago, NEVER again. All I wanted was a quote but they don't seem to want the business.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Aiden, he did an excellent job throughout the entire process. Same goes for the entire place, it was quick and easy, and everything was just as I was hoping for. Highly recommended
James in the service department was such a big help and took time to explain what we purchased. My wife and purchased a new Elantra last year and needed information on our extended contracts as we are out of state now. He was quick to help us and gave us all the information we needed. Thank you!!
I'm not sure why other people had issues here I had a great buying experience there was no pressure and they got me financed when other places said no I got a great deal on a 2013 Sonata with 32000 miles on it only paid 11 Grand I'll definitely be going back for my next car
Josh was so helpful and actually listened to what my husband and I were looking for to make recommendations instead of just pushing his own agenda, which we ve been dealing with through our car search. Up until now our experience has been GRUELING but he really took the time to meet our needs and for that we are so grateful! Thanks Josh!
I am very happy with my new car , and Eric Barros was very nice and worked very hard to get me in a car. I been to a couple other places and they was moving very fast and not hearing me. it is very important to be heard Thank you Route 44 Hyundai and Eric it feels really good to know you car get in your car and get to where you are going and know you safe in a car that wont brake down on you. once again thank you.
I'm going to start this by saying i can be a very tough customer. I know what i want and i know what I'm willing to do for it. I personally hate sales calls and this sale started with John from internet sales, who was neither overbearing nor pushy. I searched high and low for what i wanted and i ended up returning to Route 44. He listened to quotes i had from other dealers. I called him while i was on my way there today, With about 10 minutes to prepare. He set us up with Syed, to handle the deal. At first i got frustrated, that's no one's fault. Once my husband and I decided on the vehicle, it was time to talk numbers. I told my husband exactly what i was willing to do before we left the house. We went back and forth for a minimal amount of time and i ended up trading a 2015 for a 2017, $12 more a month than what i initially said, including ALL of the extras. Once everything was agreed upon, finance was a breeze. There were a few bumps in the road, but in the end it was a great experience!! I literally got EVERYTHING I wanted, at the price point i was comfortable with. If you're going with route 44, request John and Syed, you'll be taken care of with no nonsense.
There is a stark contrast between the service and sales departments here. I rate sales a 5 and service a 1. I have 2 Hyundai vehicles (2019 Tucson and 2015 Sonata). I purchased the Tucson here and the Sonata at a different dealership but brought the Sonata here for service today. It was for a recall service and an oil change. I maintain the vehicle well which has 80k miles on it. The upsell phone calls started first thing this morning. They kept trying to urgently reach me. Finally we connected. They had me needing all kinds of add-ons (over $1500 in total). Two "recommended" services which really showed me what they are all about was a cabin air filter which I had replaced 10k miles ago and is fine and an alignment which I had done 10k miles ago when purchasing new tires. When I challenged them on the cabin air filter, the response was "oh, yeah it looks better than most of them". They backed off the alignment when I said it was done within 10k miles so it obviously wasn't out of alignment. They also wanted to flush the coolant but I've been told elsewhere that this service isn't recommended until 100k miles. Basically, they lost their chance to upsell me something I might actually need by getting greedy. They lost all credibility with the cabin air filter. They also wanted to sell me an air filter for $50 "installed". They evidently figure I don't know how to open the hood and put the $15 air filter in. It literally takes 45 seconds (60 seconds if you're distracted). Too bad I can't go here for service as I like their sales dept.
They are very unprofessional there, they don t know how to do there job and need to teach the employees the policies,I call them told them what happen to my car and told them I bought my car from Fall River Hyundai they said it s ok have it towed here, they knew that is where my warranty was out of but when they said have it towed there I figured Hyundai is Hyundai WRONG so they charge me for a tow and a Diagnosis on my car then say the warranty won t cover the repairs because car is from Fall River so here we go again another tow,I get there they charged me the $125 but don t end there it gets to Fall River Hyundai and here we go again another $125 for a Diagnosis only this time I don t have to pay went though warranty, and tow,I suggestion Is to stay far away from these locations the one on route 44 were not very honest about anything when in fact they knew the warranty wasn t going to cover that place and just cost me a tow $125 diagnostic fee And don t end there never disconnect my battery knowing my ignition Went and didn t shut anything off in my car I don t call dad very professional and that is the reason why they have the Better business Borough And u will be using them
I was browsing for something within my budget & Josh was very attentive & helpful. He asked questions to determine what I was looking for, & from there he made suggestions tailored to my needs. I appreciated his friendly expertise.
I have had my 2014 Hyundai Sonata serviced several times at this particular location. I live in Boston but I take the long commute for my vechile to be serviced, due to the proffessional and excellent customer care and fair prices from Service Advisor " Corey " . I found this location from coupons I recieved in the mail. Since that day Ive made all my repairs and service at this location. With the advice that Corey suggests and he is always on point . Im very satisfied and highly recommend ! Thanks, Maureen and Brad Jones
I had a great experience at Rout 44 Hyundai. I began my car journey in November/December. Fabrice showed me many different cars. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and comfortable to talk to. At that point I was not ready to purchase a car, but had such a positive experience I decided to come back a few months later. At this point I met John who is also charismatic, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He did not pressure me into a sale and helped to make the price more affordable. I would also like to mention that as a young female customer who came in with parents for support, both of these sales men addressed and spoke to me, over my parents. Can't say that about most people in sales. I would highly recommend either of these two sales men for any future Hyundai customers. Thanks again for helping me find my dream car!
Great dealership, very helpful and not 'pushy' like a lot of other stores in the area. My salesman Jack was extremely professional and attentive to all my needs. Would recommend to family and friends!
I bought a brand new 2008 Hyundai Tiburon from the Fall River, MA. dealership and I've had nothing but problems with the customer service here. I started have transmission problems within a year of buying my car and instead of figuring out what the problem was they gave me the run around. Until I gave up and stopped going there because I knew I wasn't getting anywhere. So, I went to the Raynham, MA. dealership & they refused my service because they were over their quota. The car is beautiful & that's the only nice thing I can say about this company. I will never buy another Hyundai ever again & I will make sure no one else that I know will either. Thanks for nothing
Jerry Medeiros is a fantastic and conscientious sales and leasing consultant at Route 44 Hyundai in Raynham, Massachusetts. We have bought five vehicles at Route 44 Hyundai and will return for more, when the time is right. Jerry is honest and straightforward with his customers. You don t have to worry about the runaround routine and you can test drive as many cars as necessary to find the right fit. Jerry takes care of his customers and builds loyalty and trust. That s certainly uncommon amongst car salesmen these days!
I could fill a book with all of the LIES I was told...seriously! But the one thing that burns me the most is that the sales person Randy lost the key to my trade in. I was unable to retrieve my personal belongings from the trunk. With the help of service department, I was able to (barely) begin to gather my personal effects from the trunk by squeezing through the compartment in the back seat. Randy rushed out and said "what are you doing"?? He STOPPED me from getting my belongings, "Don't do that, there's no sense that a big guy like you should have to get his stuff through a small hole in the back seat." "I have a friend that can cut you a replacement key and get you in the car" (again the key that HE lost). I said OK...and waited...and waited...I came to visit during a recent oil change. When I asked about the key Randy told me "Oh, you';re better off cutting a key yourself at cost...oh wait do you mean on your OLD car?? That's gone...." I told him "YOU told me you would replace the key". He replied "yeah....I told the kid that doesn't work here anymore to follow up on this for you but he never did". What? First of all how are you delegating YOUR responsibility to get the key that YOU lost to someone ELSE when YOU stopped me from getting my belongings and YOU said you had a friend that could replace the key for YOU!!?? I cant say I was surprised though. Despite giving me a price for my new car, I didn't find out until I was signing the paperwork that they had slipped it in at almost 1000.00 higher. Randy said (after the fact) "oh, I did that because it's more favorable to the bank. Don't worry....I'll give you a few more oil changes". I checked with service during my visit. there were NO extra oil changes as promised. When I told Randy he immediately looked annoyed...."well how many do you want"?? I asked him to give me what he intended by "extra oil changes". He reluctantly scrawled a note granting me 2 free oil changes. Not nearly enough to cover the bait and switch, higher than communicated pricing (that I almost missed), and my inability to get my personal belongings because HE STOPPED ME and promised to provide a trunk key. I was just going to stop there, but now that I'm mad all over again I can tell you the initial experience was fantastic. I came to the point of filling out paperwork with another sales person and Randy inserted himself into the sale at the end. The car I loved and test drove they told me was sold when I got back to the lot. they tried to push another color on me, even going so far as to let me use it, but when I refused to commit to a "car I just like" vs. getting one in my color that "i would love"...they magically produced the car in the color I really wanted from the back! The car had MORE miles, but it was my color and Randy quoted me a lower price, (due to the mileage). filled out paper work with finance and discovered he charged the SAME price as the exact SAME car with less miles and tried to sneak it by me. Oh yeah....i drove this new Sonata he "found" off the lot....and halfway home the STEERING COLUMN SNAPPED ON THE HIGHWAY EXIT. My family could have been killed. (I could NOT make this up...the records are right there with the service department). Some safety check. Perhaps that's why this car was no where on the lot before Randy grabbed it from the back??? So, they fixed the car and gave me a loaner. but almost NOTHING they promised materialized and trusting them cost me a lot of pain and loss of personal effects. I wonder if my trade in is still there? Randy said it wasn't, but seeing how he couldn't keep up with the key, how could he keep up with the car?? Finally, Randy mentioned to me "the kid got the commission, I got the sale".....(referring to the original salesman that invited me to rte 44 Hyundai in the first place). To be honest, everything was going smoothly until he stepped in....Oh yeah and he promised me touch-paint, (never got it). They'll promise magic beans to make a sale. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
