My experience at RT 44 Hyundai was all I could ask for. My salesman, Franklin was professional from the time he approached me in the lot. He introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help my wife and I with. I told him I saw a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox online and a SUV was what we were looking for. Instead of running me around the lot trying to sell me what I didn t want he showed me almost all the SUV s in the area I was in. When we went over to the Equinox he asked if I would be interested in looking at new Hyundai s To compare to the Equinox. I told him I have been driving GM since the 70 s but would look. Franklin was not pushy nor aggravating in the process of showing us the Santa Fe or the Tucson, which were very nice looking vehicle. After getting prices and learning about Hyundai's incentives we negotiated a price that was comfortable to my wife and I we purchased the Equinox. I read a lot of bad experiences about this dealership and would say my time spent with Franklin and Brad was very professional and courteous and they gave me a new grill!!!
