Adeel was excellent - professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Overall we had a great, low pressure sales experience. Inventory at this dealership was the best in the area - they had all color options of the specific Accord trim we were looking for.

Today I have experienced overpricing and misguidin...

Today I have experienced overpricing and misguiding and I am not coming again . Beware replacement of purge valve for USD. 224 LABOR Only due to an engine light that came on and was put off in the previous visit but I was informed that the car will never pass the emissions test unless the purge valve is replaced. This is Honda CR-V 2015 with 25,000 mileage.

So today I come for replacement since the part was supposedly ordered yesterday. I had also been informed that a lot of driving will be done probably 50miles after the replacement. Guess what the appointment was 8am. I get a call at 10.30am with the exhorbitant fees of the purge valve replacement which the car could not pass the test unless it was replaced but later I check the emissions test was done 9.39am which the car passed. Something not quite adding up.

Fantastic in every way. We leased two cars from them in the past couple of months. The first experience was so smooth that we went back again for the second time. Donte Durant was great - honest, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend both Donte and Landmark to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. They treated me and my family with respect, and they will have my business next time around too. There were no games, no bait-and-switch -- Donte and the team stood by their word, twice, and there was nothing hidden or unexpected. Very poor customer experience.

Came to buy a Honda in December and it seemed like they were just trying to push out big numbers before the end of the year. We came in on a Sunday and they drove us to Landmark Mall to look at the SUV. They took us back and forth between the dealership and the mall two times because they could not find the vehicle!

While in the SUV, the sales person did not explain anything about the SUV (Honda CRV EX), the features, etc, except for "The SUV you will be looking at is just like this one except it has leather seats". (Honda CRV EX-L). So after they could not find the SUV and wasted our time, they asked us if we are we looking to buy it today or not. Of course, we are not going to buy it if we don't know what it looks like and if we haven t even test drive it. The sales person would not give us a price and said to come back tomorrow at an agreed upon time, around noon, to get a price.

Next day, we came back at noon and our sales person said he was busy and handed us off to another sales person. Again, we were driven to Landmark Mall and the sales person had the key in hand and was pushing the button to find the SUV and the sales person could not find it! The sales person then drove us back to the dealership and printed out a piece of paper with the price, dropped it on the table and walked off, and sat at another table and talked to another customer! How rude. If you want to make a sales, you have to focus on one customer and not multi tasking by jumping from one to another.

At that point, we had already wasted 3 hours of our time spread across two days. I looking up Honda of Tysons while our sales person was busy talking to another customer, and we just left, because I found a Honda CRV EX that was available and a great price. The sales person there explained all of the features in detail and even took us to a private parking lot to show the turn radius, back up camera, etc ... We were sold. After we purchased the SUV from Honda of Tysons, Honda of Landmark called us the next day. We said we already made a purchase at Tysons and the sales person said "Congrats" and hung up!

Dealing with Esau Khair was a pleasure. He is professional and knowledgable about the Honda product. We did most of our transaction over the phone and when I came to pick up the car there were NO SURPRISES. He did everything he said he would do and more. A pleasure to deal with. The finance manager Masood Babar took care of all the paperwork and again NO SURPRISES. I would highly recommend this dealership and these 2 people.

Bad experience. I got a call and email confirmation that they can help to sell 2019 Civic for $15k , only to know that it s only a marketing scam to get you there and waste your precious time. Please be honest to your customer even before they visited your dealership. I know the price is good to be true but you gave confirmation that you can help and have a manager special price going on yesterday. Be careful and don t waste your time for cheap marketing scam!!!!

I had a terrible experience with Landmark Honda. For those of you looking to buy a vehicle especially if you're a woman this is definitely not the place for you. I understand they earn majority of their money through commission which is why they will do anything to get it. When purchasing car parts make sure you look at your options online first see how much it will cost you before going to them because they're literally after your money. One of the sale's person who helped me out was Nabiu.
I suggest you don't go to him and I suggest you go to a different place. Landmark Honda is a dealership filled with lying salesmen.I hope this helps someone so they don't have to go through the bad experience like I did.

This review is strictly on their service department - especially the Orange team, not on their sales department

Do not bring your car here for service!!! I brought my brand new 2018 Odyssey here for Sliding doors recall repair and they have done more damages than good. I am unsure if their techs are just not trained or just straight up not give a damn. First time, they messed something up and the driver side window will make loud popping noise going up and down. I took my car back for them to fix, they put the door panel back all messed up and some of the plastic clips are beyond broken now so the panel will not sit flush with the door. I am just done with them, would not let them touch my car again even if they paid me. If they cannot do the body panels properly, imagine how scary it must be to let them do anything mechanical on your car.

I've dealt with this service center on three separate occasions and each time I've dealt with a man named Bryan. I've never met a more rude individual in my life. He is condescending and speaks to you as if he is doing you a favor as opposed to you paying for a service. I'd rather drive another 10-15 miles to the Tysons Corner Service Center than to interact with this individual again.

I had already determined what car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay "out the door" before going to the dealership. I worked with Minhaj Adeel and he was very thorough going over the details of the car (engine, drive train, controls). A quick test drive confirmed that this was the make and model I wanted. I presented the bottom line number I had determined and after a quick meeting with the sales manager the number was accepted. Start to finish took no more than two hours - from my arrival on the lot to driving my daughter's new Civic LX home. (For what it's worth....this is the sixth vehicle I have purchased at Landmark Honda, starting in 1992)

I visited this Honda location in June. It looks well taken care of and everyone is very polite. My atendent was Brian Cail. Now apart from being very handsome he was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything my car needed to me clearly and with no rush at all. He let me know that if anything else was needed they would more then willing to help.The time it took from when I entered and left was decent and overall it was great experience. I will definitely be back.

Terrible. Terrible. TERRIBLE. Do not buy your car from Landmark Honda. By far the worst customer experience I have had for anything whatsoever in 10 years of living in the United States. Unbelieveably bad. There are the slimeball sales tactics that other reviewers have covered here. OK, that s almost to be expected from dealerships. But what s worse is that we bought a new car from these people and they never did the registration as they promised they would. After initially assuring us he would solve the issue (after repeated attempts at communication), finance manager Joey simply ceased to respond to polite requests for information. We paid over $20k for a new car and they don t even have the decency to rectify a big mistake they made. This has left us with an unusable new car sitting in the garage for OVER THREE WEEKS! Pay attention to the bad reviews here; they are the correct ones. I can t see how anyone could have a positive experience dealing with this atrociously sketchy dealership. I stupidly didn t read the online reviews before buying. You have been warned.

Amazing service! I just walked out with a brand new car (CR-V). The new car salesman, Adeel was super helpful. He had an answer for all my questions. He knew the details between every car and the different classes of the car! Extremely knowledgeable!
He helped me narrow my car choices and the same day I was able to walk out with a brand new car. If I haven t said it before, I ll say it again i experienced amazing service! Thank you so much Mr. Adeel !!!!!

Stopped in for an oil change and the service department was great. Friendly supervisor who wasn't pushy about services and the cashier was delightful. They offer $10 Uber/Lyft credits each way while you wait which is perfect for staying productive in that downtime.

Price was a little higher than other places but still recommend.

Sales person is very good. Finance person is not good. First she offers warranty and gap insurance. While I said no then she offers 4.9% interest rate. I said it is too high. she said she will offer me lower interest rate of 1.9% if I buy $1750 warranty and $ 750 gap insurance. I said no again and finally she gave me 4.6% interest rate with $2700 down and sold me a gap insurance of $540. Be careful guys about 1.9% interest rate. I was told by my finance person I have to have 740+ score in order to get 1.9% interest rate and I had 687 score.

I actually dealt with Yong Kim and i'll admit I was skeptical at first b/c of the earlier post so I was on edge the whole time. At the end I closed a deal w/ him after much back & forth with the manager but I got what I wanted for my trade-in. At the end of it he was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about the car and after all the paperwork was done he was still very helpful..most dealers kinda seem to not care as much after you sign all the paperwork b/c they've got what they wanted. He seemed genuinely interested in keeping future business & referrals.

Semo Zoutine was great about following up with me when I expressed interest in a new Odyssey. He even offered a price match against any other dealership. Semo was a joy to work with; pleasant, friendly and not pushy at all. He gave us honest advice about the car features and answered all of our questions patiently. When it came to negotiating the price, Semo and the Landmark managers collaborated with us so we came away with a fair price that fit our budget.

Semo never rushed us and even drove my old car home for me. He took his time to help me adjust the safety features and default settings so that the new van was truly mine. He seemed to genuinely care about us getting a great car for our family.

I came in to see a certain car and let him know in advance, but the car was not even at the dealership until someone brought it back almost an hour later. Salesman raised his voice at me when I asked a question, and he told me I was wasting his time. I understand that time is money for these people, but don't make the customer feel bad for asking questions and being there. Will definitely not be buying my car from here.

On Dec. 12, 2015 I was talked into leasing a brand new car by a salesman named Milaud. Anita Carlson in financing kept me there all day. So sweet, talking about her church and kids. WELL, after a week, the dashboard lit up, I went into Brown Honda and they explained they would not touch the vehicle ..."The car had been previously wrecked". Had to drive the car back to Landmark Honda and they said the car as safe. Too Bad so sad. Told me they disclosed this info to me. Watch out for Karl Forrester and Mr. Wonderful Waldman. Now, there are two sides to a story. but they have breached this contract. BEWARE

My experience at Landmark Honda was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I had dropped off my 2009 Honda Pilot for regular maintenance, when my service advisor identified a few additional concerns/recommendations that I was already aware of.

The big deal was that my service advisor took into account that I didn t want to spend hundreds of dollars at one time for maintenance but wanted to get it done over time. My service advisor prioritized for me what he believed from his experience what I should take care of maintenance wise first and what I should take care of the next time I come back for service and there afterwards. It was very refreshing to know and feel that my financial situation was taken into account. My service advisor took the extra step to break down what work I needed right away. It was one of the few times at a dealership I didn t feel like a service department was trying to take advantage of me. I am able to have my wife bring our Pilot along with our 2009 Honda CRV for service at Landmark Honda because I know we are in excellent hands.

I don't think I'll ever run out of positive things to say about this dealership and the staff there. I've been to a handful of dealerships this month car shopping. The experience was stressful and seemingly a never ending process before having come here. This dealership was one of the busiest I'd encountered but the staff were all in constant motion putting deals through and lining people up with new vehicles. Thank you to Getahun from sales for setting me up and a huge thank you to Anita in finance for going above and beyond to get me the car I wanted with rates I can afford. Truly stellar service here!

Even having the extended warranty they deny to give you the service by giving you some nonsense. People buy extended warranty to avoid these kind of hassels. Zero customer service at parts I bought a remanufacture Starter for my car it was in the box I took it to the mechanic the mechanic open the old one from my car and took the one I bought it from Honda to match it he noticed it broken and he told me they give you the broken part the mechanic told me let's go I am going with to talk with them when we went there the guy said it was not broken they refused to replace it and I ask him for there manger the guy said he is not here as he was there ask me to come tomorrow I did went tomorrow talk with manager he said worry I can't do anything about this they didn't refund my money it's so shame for them I didn't find those money for free I spend hours to make almost 400$ it better for them bagging somewhere

Okay so I'm still in shock right now I spoke with Nebiu and told him my situation which I just filled bankruptcy(chapter7) last year and it was discharged in sept 2015! So he told don't worry I can get you in an car he told me what I needed. he was so nice and friendly and never made me feel uncomfortable he got STRIGHT to the point I went in at 11am and by 1:00pm I was in my 2016 Honda Civic GREATFUL IS NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO SAY THE LEAST ON HOW I FEEL RIGHT NOW I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO EVERYONE HAGGLE BS STRIGHT TO THE POINT!! It was extremely easy and hassle free, and I walked out paying the exact price I intended on paying when I walked in. I used the USAA buying service, and they honored the discount. My sales associate, O.G., was very personable and helped me get my asking price. I definitely reccomend them and him to anybody looking for a new or used car!

A shameful dealer. I don't recommend for anyone. They aren't trustful. The dealer asked me to put additional down payment after one week, after settling all the necessary financial and maintenance agreement, we took the car and start our normal life. Shame to this dealer.
They called us after a week @ 7:00 pm (Eastern time) either to put additional down payment or return the vehicle within 24 hrs.

We were met by Mack (Mekdim Tilahun) one of salesman , who proceeded to take us through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I can remember. Mack is well organized very friendly, as well as knowledgeable what he does professionalism.It s all too common car salesmen who only want to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. Mack proved to be a wonderful exception to that cliche, and he has ensured that I will be coming back to your dealership for years to come. Thank you very much.

As far as car dealerships go, this is a good one. The salesmen, manager, finance officer were all good. I didn't receive any high pressure sales pitches. I felt they went pretty quick and didn't make me wait for no reason to tire me/ soften me up. I negotiated a fair price for a 2019 civic hatch back. I would have maybe gone with the higher trim level/ touring but other than that no regrets.

VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

JUST THE FACTS

-November 19 car was serviced at dealership with tire rotation
-Dealership DID NOT use a torque wrench with a gauge on it to tell the exact torque that was on each lug nut.
-6 days later, November 24 , the lug nuts or studs failed on my front tire while going 55 mph on the highway while my pregnant wife was driving and myself and my young daughter slept in the back seat.
-Dealership and their insurance company both deny liability
-they told me the torque stick rated to 80 FT. lbs. did the job properly
-no other documents were provided to me showing the calibration of air pressure lines or impact driver
-The repair shop who fixed my vehicle checked the lug nuts on the other tires said the lug nuts were not torqued to Honda spec
-I was left having to pay my all of my expenses for transport, and cash deductible,

In My opinion, you should not take your car there! too risky

I am new to the area, and I had to have oil change and had a flat tire. The advisor I had was fantastic! She called and updated me while my car was being serviced. She let me know that I was way overdue for my car to have transmission fluid changed. Gave me helpful information on what else was needed done for my car. Each person I talked to was helpful and nice. Highly recommend this Honda location!

Do not buy in this place they will rip you off, they sold me a car with a lot of problems, three days after having them I took them their answer and you bought it now it is yours, on the receipt they gave me they said they charged me with new tires and those that I had they were in bad shape, do not come near or in a dream to landmark honda cheat them.

Came to the dealership with a friend looking to lease a civic. The salesperson was trying to move us very fast, asking to apply for credit before we had even gotten a chance to see a car. He took us out to try and find one of the cars, rather than just grab the keys to one we might like. Once we settled on which one to test drive, the salesperson sat in the back seat on his phone and just told us to keep taking a right while he played on his phone. Our test drive was literally the little block that surrounds the dealership. No real road, no highway, nothing. Then when we got back inside he went right back to pushing the credit pull. He didn't want to try to find us the perfect car, or talk to us more about options. All he wanted was a credit app. On top of that he wouldn't talk numbers without pulling credit, and that is bs. Dealers know numbers and can estimate them, but he didn't want to. He wanted that credit app. We left and went right to Page Chevy and they were night and day better. Will not ever return to Landmark Honda.

My experience here last night went from OK to bad. I went in to look at a certified pre-owned Honda. I had called ahead and spoke to Max who was waiting for me when I got there. He showed me two models and I test drove one. He was knowledgeable about the car, but could not answer my questions about the dealership's maintenance or financing programs. He said I would have to talk to the finance department but never brought anyone from finance to talk to me even though those issues are a big part of my decision. When we sat down to talk numbers suddenly I started to get treated like I should be so lucky to get to buy this car. There was no interest in negotiating on price and no effort made to sweeten the deal. I was also annoyed that Max had to keep running back to the manager for everything rather than just bringing the manager over to talk to me. I had just been at another local Honda deal ship which bent over backwards to try to earn my business (unfortunately they didn't have the car I wanted or I wouldn't even consider going back to Landmark today.) So if you want a dealership that treats you like they've got people lined up to buy their cars and your business doesn't matter then go here. I will give them one more chance to change their attitude today and will write a follow up review if I get better service from dealing with manager.

On Saturday, November 16, 2019, I visited several local merchants in search of a part (lower beam light bulb) for my 2005 Honda Accord, however, the cost for the part and labor/installation was beyond my price point.

As it was fastly approaching 4pm on a Saturday, I was uncertain if I would be able to get a new bulb installed in my car, at a reasonable price, or if I'd have to wait until I had adequate funds (and risk driving my car after dark...violation).

Then, I decided to get an estimate from the dealership that has serviced my car since 2004 - LANDMARK HONDA (Duke Street location). I walked into the Service Department and was greeted with the most professional and customer friendly welcome from BRYANT GREEN, Assistant Service Manager of THE GREEN TEAM.

The actions MR. GREEN took from that point forward reminded me that LANDMARK HONDA genuinely cares about its customers and our purses/wallets...he replaced the old bulb with a newly purchased one. Here's the best part, the complete cost of this service was far less than the quotes I received from three non-certified Honda dealers. Wow!

I'll definitely continue patronizing this great establishment where each customer matters and where the service, parts & labor department managers and employees are top notch...simply, the best - outstanding on all levels!

I received outstanding customer service from each employee I encountered today, from the time I arrived at Landmark Honda Alexandria until I drove off the lot.

Notably, Russell was amazing...he worked out a deal that afforded me the opportunity to get a few major repairs completed, while remaining within my limited budget.

Today's other star player was BeyMar (technician). He provided the most comprehensive 'Auto maintenance and repair overview 101' I've ever received. Although, he has been with the company less than four years, he has a genuine passion and enjoyment for his craft, combined with the knowledge, skills and expertise he displayed as he completed the much needed repairs. He far exceeded my expectations...not only did he inform me of the needed repairs, but he also showed me each damaged item/part as he explained the associated dangers and the benefits of timely getting the repairs completed ... thorough/detailed information.

Many thanks to all of the other staff members who assisted in making today's event "great" for Landmark Honda's loyal customers. We appreciate all you do for us!

BTW: I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the gifts and food...WOW, THANK YOU! Sending a special thank to 'the Chef'...your burgers were delicious!

I've been taking my 2003 Civic here since purchase where i've received above average service consistently for the past 7 years. The bills thus far have been priced as expected, the scheduling is excellent, the turnaround is excellent, and the staff is courteous.

I have been looking for a car for a while, and wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase. After visiting Landmark and working with Adeel, I very pleased with the service I received and decided to purchase. My experience was great, the service excellent, and the kindness of the employees much appreciated. Thanks to Adeel and Masood, I was able to purchase my perfect car, a new Honda Fit. Adeel has also been excellent after the purchase while sorting out my Cilajet, going above and beyond for me, and extending his trust and kindness. Sanjay "Jay" Bhanot, the new car sales representative that I worked with at Landmark Honda was EXCELLENT. He epitomizes what I believe to be a great sales person, primarily because he put my interests first, and worked with me to find the right vehicle and to structure a deal that created mutual value for me and for Landmark Honda.

Jay took the time to understand my purchase motivations, who would be driving the vehicle and what was important to me as a driver but also as the parent of children who would also be driving the car. He suggested features that would be relevant and valuable, as well as pointed out items that may not be relevant for me. The approach he took showed no self-interest and put my family first. As a result, he earned my trust.

Not only would I go back to Landmark Honda, I would specifically go back to work with Jay Bhanot ... he made the experience excellent and his colleagues at Landmark enabled him to provide an excellent experience.
