On Saturday, November 16, 2019, I visited several local merchants in search of a part (lower beam light bulb) for my 2005 Honda Accord, however, the cost for the part and labor/installation was beyond my price point.
As it was fastly approaching 4pm on a Saturday, I was uncertain if I would be able to get a new bulb installed in my car, at a reasonable price, or if I'd have to wait until I had adequate funds (and risk driving my car after dark...violation).
Then, I decided to get an estimate from the dealership that has serviced my car since 2004 - LANDMARK HONDA (Duke Street location). I walked into the Service Department and was greeted with the most professional and customer friendly welcome from BRYANT GREEN, Assistant Service Manager of THE GREEN TEAM.
The actions MR. GREEN took from that point forward reminded me that LANDMARK HONDA genuinely cares about its customers and our purses/wallets...he replaced the old bulb with a newly purchased one. Here's the best part, the complete cost of this service was far less than the quotes I received from three non-certified Honda dealers. Wow!
I'll definitely continue patronizing this great establishment where each customer matters and where the service, parts & labor department managers and employees are top notch...simply, the best - outstanding on all levels!

I received outstanding customer service from each employee I encountered today, from the time I arrived at Landmark Honda Alexandria until I drove off the lot.
Notably, Russell was amazing...he worked out a deal that afforded me the opportunity to get a few major repairs completed, while remaining within my limited budget.
Today's other star player was BeyMar (technician). He provided the most comprehensive 'Auto maintenance and repair overview 101' I've ever received. Although, he has been with the company less than four years, he has a genuine passion and enjoyment for his craft, combined with the knowledge, skills and expertise he displayed as he completed the much needed repairs. He far exceeded my expectations...not only did he inform me of the needed repairs, but he also showed me each damaged item/part as he explained the associated dangers and the benefits of timely getting the repairs completed ... thorough/detailed information.
Many thanks to all of the other staff members who assisted in making today's event "great" for Landmark Honda's loyal customers. We appreciate all you do for us!
BTW: I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the gifts and food...WOW, THANK YOU! Sending a special thank to 'the Chef'...your burgers were delicious!
