I came here and was nicely greeted by Adeel Minhaj. He was very patient when he was showing me the cars and seemed very genuine. He gave me a great price on the new Honda CR-V and I ended up buying the car. Really great experience, I would come here again for our next car. Ask for Adeel when you come here.

After speaking to Adeel by phone, we traveled from New York to purchase a 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. The car was prepped and ready for us when we arrived. Bought my first car here July 16, 2017 so one day ago as of this post. I went to the dealer with the car I was interested in already in mind. Ogbe was the Salesman who showed me the car. He was a very nice, great experience from start to finish. He also came in on his day off to see me through to the end of the deal, and helped me with acquiring an Insurance Agent whom I'm also very pleased with. Maria was the Finance lady who helped me get to where I wanted to be in terms of payment. She was also great no negative experience with either of the two. This was my very first car purchase and was very nervous throughout the deal, both Ogbe and Maria were really great at making sure I was comfortable and not pressuring me into doing something I did not want to do. All in all for my first car purchase ever I'm glad I had the both of them as my salesman and Finance lady. They both went above and beyond to make sure my purchase went as smooth as it could go.

I can't imagine that anyone truly enjoys the car negotiations process, but our salesman at Landmark Honda made it as smooth and painless as possible. Vin has a great sense of humor and was down to earth, had a good sense of our needs and pace and adjusted accordingly. We will definitely look to Vin and Landmark Honda for any future car needs.
One star off because the customer service people seriously need to take it down a notch.

I will not be returning. the place looks awful, you can't even walk through the dealership because how many desks there are. they won't offer fair trade in values and will follow you everywhere. plenty of other more reputable dealerships out there to buy from.

Visited this place about a week ago. It's closer to my house but I had always made that extra stretch to go to the Tyson's Corner location because they go above and beyond. I needed a tire replacement and a simple oil change. I came in at 10:00am to drop off my car, and didn't get a call for an update until I called myself at 12:00pm and found out they didn't have the size of the tire. They said they can order it and have it there and have the car done by early evening. Reluctantly I had no other choice but to say yes because I was out of the tire. Later I had to call again to see the update of my car. Ridiculously didn't get updated once until my car was ready late evening at 7:00Pm. Took about 9 hours to get an oil change a tire replacement done.

I am disappointed in the upper management of Landm...

I am disappointed in the upper management of Landmark Honda. They have hired a sales manager who is unable to have a discussion with a woman.

He disregarded my wife and treated her as a second class citizen, cutting her off and refusing to let her speak. At one point he laughed in her face, in front of his staff, when he saw that she was frustrated and told her she is making it worse for herself.

I am disappointed that this sort of behavior is tolerated by the upper management of Landmark Honda.

The reason that this is not a 0 star rating is because we enjoyed our experience with our direct salesman.

Mr. Karim Beydoun provided excellent service. He was not one of those high pressure salesman types. He made me feel that my happiness with the car I purchased was important to him. If I was happy he was happy. I highly recommend that if you consider buying a used Honda - that you go see Karim.

Honestly, the very best dealership in the greater DC Area! The sales staff is very accommodating and very competitive on pricing. The service is amazing. Service managers are thorough and informative, really focus on customer needs and financial considerations. Waiting time for repair service is better at this dealership than any other dealership I have experienced in 40 years. I receive follow up calls to make sure I am satisfied with the service I received. Service people are always friendly and personable, and do not try to sell you anything that is unnecessary, unlike other service centers. They guarantee their work and will resolve any situation if and when they arise. I have not had any problem in 20 visits. I live 20 miles away and would still recommend driving here with the confidence you are getting a company that genuinely cares about its consumer. In this day and age, that is extremely rare.

LANDMARK HONDA is one of the worst place to do business with. You are better of with the branch that prioritize the customers needs first. The guy who helped us told us to do what ever you want. Upon asking for his business card he refused and tried to hand us someone else card. Mukesh Kumar a indian fella who thinks he knows how to serve customers right, but he is the most worst sales associate. He doesn't know a single thing about selling a car except he knows how to rip of customers and call them stupid. You can buy same car for a cheaper price at any other branch with probably more benifits. This place will rob you and workers have no manners how to talk to people.

I would give zero stars, if possible. I know I'm going against the grain here, judging by the other reviews, and I'm not usually one to complain, but I thought it'd be worth it, at least for the sales team, for me to share my experience.
Management is dishonest. The sales manager was very rude. His name is MAX. I don't think he should be a sales manager with that kind of attitude. I never had this kind of experience before with any of the dealers around DMV area. The campaign should give him short classes for sales manager before he got this position. He doesn t even know how treat his costumers. I am sure Honda campaign is losing a lot of moneys because of just like this employe. I believe I will never buy a vehicle from you guys and also will recommend others not to buy from this dealer.

Jay took care of me, got everything fixed quicker than promised. Service lane is outdated alot and so was the waiting area. Nice TV's though and all the staff was friendly. Only thing I didn't like was the mirrors were changed and my seat was moved too -- nothing huge either.

I wish I could give it negative stars or no stars at all. I wanted to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle because, as conventional wisdom goes, a certified vehicle should be well inspected and free from all the troubles that might come along with buying a non-certified vehicle. And, I could not be more wrong. I put money down on a vehicle that was certified with only 15000 miles and as soon as I drove it off the lot, the ABS system acted up. I drove it back (midway from our ride from the dealership to my place) and were told that there was something wrong with the computer system of the car (i.e. the car was whack). Then, the next day, I went in to take a look at another car (again, cert. pre-owned) and when I stepped on the gas, the car started jerking and the salesman goes "you got me this time". So, that car was off the list. After these two terrible experiences, I decided to request my down payment back since the dealership did not have any credible pre-owned cars. At this point, I was taken into an office of some manager who kept us waiting there for hours. Finally, when he showed up, he told me that there was no way he was going to refund me the money which did not make any sense because I did not even have any car. They literally kept me hostage in there because they were not giving our down payment back and forced us to buy a car from there. Terrible experience. Please do yourself a favor and don't go to this dealership. In retrospect, I should have called the police. But, please, don't make the mistake of going to this place. Save yourself from some sleazeballs.

I especially appreciate his help and that of the Sales Manager after the sale when I had questions and small problem that had to be resolved. They were eager to serve and ensure my satisfaction.

Such a great experience! Not as cool and clean of a building as some other dealers, but they made up for it in execution. Jim was awesome and took great care of us - top dollar for trade, made the numbers work, and got things done quick. Sure there was the typical pressure to make a deal, but it was done in a respectful way and focused on making us happy. Do not hesitate to check out Landmark Honda!

The salesperson, Nana Agyemar, was very knowledgeable and professional and not at all pushy (I really like that). I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline in March of 2011...

I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline in March of 2011. At the time of the purchase, it was clearly explained that the aftermarket warranty was a good buy as if there were no claims against it after expiration, it was refundable in full. I asked the financial manager, Maria Belbruno, who was handling all the paperwork to confirm this as it seemed like a good thing to have.

During the course of the next 8 years, I had opportunities to use this warranty for some small repairs ($200 once, $400 once, and $300 once) but I decided to pay out of pocket as the amounts were smaller than the refund I would get if I didn't put in any claims against it.

Well, the 8 years finally arrived and after calling the dealership and Maria directly (for 2 weeks, 2 voice mails left every day, and 4 times I was told she would get a message delivered to her personally) I finally got a return call from the GM, followed up by a call from Maria. She and the Landmark sales manager both stated that they have never heard of such a claim. Oddly enough, at one point I was transferred to another finance manager who claimed he couldn't help me as he was a new employee but also stated that he had a call with the very same situation just a week prior.

Words mean something, but not to Landmark Honda. The extended warranty was sold to me under fraudulent explanations. Shame on them.

They seem to do ok work, but they constantly try to up-sell me on services I don't really need for prices considerably higher than other mechanics in the area. I guess that's typical 'dealer' service center behavior but it's quite annoying. If it wasn't for getting a few safety recalls taken care of, I would not go here.

Adeel, our salesman, gave exemplary service in every way with my purchase of a new car. He answered my questions with detail and explained the different options on the car several times when I had questions. He was extremely professional and polite to work with and the entire experience was both pleasant and enjoyable. I found him to walk the extra mile in every way. This was without a doubt the most positive new car experience I have ever had. Adeel is a +10 salesman in every way possible and I highly recommend him.

He educated me, took my sister-in-law and I on several test drives, was patient and the overall best car salesperson I ve worked with. The finance professional was awesome and With her help I received a much lower interest rate along with a low monthly payment. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. Dzung Le took care of our questions, needs and concerns from the beginning until the end. I test drove the vehicles I wanted to see and he explained all of the features along the way. He later explained several after market products that could enhance my vehicles appearance or security. I have serviced at Landmark before and I plan on coming back again with my new vehicle. We have been coming to Landmark Honda since 2006 when we bought a new CR-V and returned to purchase this time last year after that car was rear-ended and totaled in a multi-car accident. The EXCELLENT attention and service provided by Sean Kearney especially, Jenna Marvel & Larry Shifflett (and the rest of the staff) is very much appreciated and what brought us back to the dealership to purchase a pre-owned Fit. They are always pleasant and efficient and we appreciate how easy they make it for us on every visit. The sales team was equally enjoyable to work with as well as finance and this dealership earned the 5-star review I felt compelled to share! Thanks, all at Landmark Honda!

I did a ton of shopping around and settled on Landmark since they had the vehicle I wanted for fair market price. No huge discount or add-ins. The sales agent was great, as should be expected by any dealership. Typical experience with "I'll ask the manager" stuff. Price was okay, but not great. Extremely happy with the car, it runs great as expected with a Honda. Getting out of the place took FOREVER!! Of course the financial person tried to sell me a ton of add-ons at typical market costs. Closing the deal took longer than it should - if I wanted ext. warranties, i would have asked for them, so don't waste my time trying to sell them to me!!! And, I had to go back a month later to get the license plates (other dealerships in the past have had a drawer full of license plates that they put on right away) Buying a car shouldn't be so time consuming, and of the 10-12 I've bought, this was an average experience.

I recently purchased a car for my son from Landmark Honda. Since I have purchased numerous cars over the years, I had certain expectations. This experience was like no other. We were greeted by the most polite, sincere, and knowledgeable salesperson named Kareem. He provided information and assistance with no pressure for us to make a rush decision.

The payment process, tags, etc was fast and smooth. We picked up the car several days later and found everyone so helpful. They work hard to make the buyer's experience easy. I encourage anyone looking for a car to go to Landmark Honda.

Crooks, ladrones!!! I went to get a $53 oil change on 6/17/19, and service guy Alaa Adlan said my car needed break fluid, the total charge he said was going to be over $250 and I declined the break fluid service. Worried that my car needed the break fluid all this time, I went to purchase the break fluid at my local auto store, the clerk was nice enough to show me where the fluid went. Turns out I didn't need it, and while he was tighting-closing the cap one if the battery terminals just came off, my car is new, there is no reason for the break cable to just come off, the dealer did this on purpose trying to get me back to continue to ripp me off with services my car does not need. Buyer PLEASE BEWARE!!! THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE!!! You figured since I am a middle aged woman you can ripp me off??? I'M SO FURIOUS RIGHT NOW, I WILL NEVER NEVER GO BACK TO YOUR DEALERSHIP!!!

I purchased my car and this Landmark Honda a few years ago and since then I have gotten all my mechanic stuff done here. Being a female, I always wait for the last minute to get everything done. The staff is alway very friendly and I never feel like that are trying to nickel and dime me. They are honest and has always treated me with respect. Today I dropped my car off because my inspection was past due. I usually get helped by the same guy who is extremely friendly and helpful but he was
off today. Russell helped me today and he was just as great. Overall I think they are very professional, helpful, and have great customer service.

The service center is very disappointing. for the most minor service, they refuse to give me an estimate of how long it will take. they explain very little and give no reassurance. An oil change or a software update should not take 4 hours+. I am a fair person and willing to put up with a lot of crap, but Landmark Honda service has the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

I have had exceptionally great experiences every time we had our Odyssey or Civic serviced here. Between the two I have come in about 6 times for a variety of issues and left super happy each time. Jenna, Charles, and Russell in the service department have all been friendly, kept me updated on status, and been honest about when I probably don't really need a particular suggested service. I used to have a Lexus which I had serviced at the dealership nearby and I would go 8 hours without hearing if my routine maintenance was done yet even after calling twice and then it would be over $400 to get out the door. No thank you! I really could go on and on about this place but I will sum it up to say their friendly service, honesty, and reasonable prices motivated me to write my first ever google review.

I'm always accomadated for my car service timely, given advance my costs, he applied coupon I forgot for services, he always explains everything so you understand and listens to all your questions and concerns, you never need to feel embarassed to ask. Do NOT take your car here. After my car broke down and I called Honda and asked if they could look at my car. They said no problem we can look at it by tomorrow. He took my information and my VIN number (the car ID) which would clearly tell you that it IS NOT a Honda. So, I called a towing company that cost me $80 to get it to them but they didn t even want to look at it! When it was dropped off, they called me and they were giving me excuses as to why they couldn t even take the car. Excuses were literally: we were under the impression it was a Honda, My people aren t experienced in dealing with Mazda, the parts would cause a delay, I wouldn t even look at it until next week(even though on the phone they said tomorrow!!!) I was even willing to wait until next week for them to look at it at least, and he said no. He even said my guy is new and in training like it was my fault for the mistake!! So because of them I had to pay $110 just to get it towed AGAIN. Because they couldn t do their job right and I had to take it somewhere else. Rude and extremely inconsiderate! DONT GO HERE!!

Worked with Jay (Sanjay) for about a couple months on my recent purchase. He never pressured me to purchase anything but stayed in touch with me until I was ready to buy my new Honda Ridgeline.

Very friendly staff all around from working with him to Anita during the finalizing of the purchase.

Definitly would recommend this dealership. This is the 2nd time I have purchased from here and I live down by Quantico.

I came in to test drive a CR-Z that I saw online, and the one model was on the showroom floor. They did not hesitate to bring it out for a test drive, and Minhaj was the new car sales consultant with whom I worked. For a lesser-requested model, Minhaj knew a lot to share about the car to show all of its features during the test drive. He was also not hesitant to let us test drive an HR-V for something different to consider. Minhaj and his supervisor were open to any questions and after consideration, I walked out with the paperwork for the new CR-Z in hand. Maria Belbruno was also easy to work with to complete the financial paperwork. They had the car ready within a day with all of the terms completed, as well as newly cleaned and full of gas, ready to go.

Upon arrival to the dealership, my husband and I were immediately greeted by Mr. Ogbe Maxwell. Our experience from the moment we met Mr. Maxwell until we signed on the dotted line was very positive. Ogbe is very personable, a consummate professional and his approach to selling is very laid back. He has a very upfront and relaxing energy about him and never once seemed pushy or forceful. Ogbe explained all we needed to know about the purchase of our car from point A through Z and did not leave out a detail. There were no surprises upon receipt of our car and we were even pleasantly surprised when Maria Belbruno in Finance informed us that the original interest rate we agreed to was further lowered and an extended warranty was added to our final contract without increasing our monthly payment. From phoning the dealership and being greeted by Anna, the Receptionist to asking for a courtesy from Bouna Ndiaye, the Sales Director, this has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! I am happy to share this review with anyone willing to read it and will most definitely refer friends and family who are in the car buying market to this dealership!

First, the positives... Had the car I was looking ...

First, the positives... Had the car I was looking for, low miles, decent condition and at a good price. The salesman, Max, was friendly and easy to work with.

Now the negatives... I've bought several vehicles and registered them in my home state, I'm military and can legally do so. Landmark Honda has been totally inept, or forgetful, since the sale was closed.

I was told that registering it in my state would take a bit longer, understandable and consistent with other car buying experiences. Before the deal closed, was told that getting a 2nd 30 day temp tag wouldn't be an issue. I turned in all required paperwork and supporting documentation to Maria, sale closing.

Drove off the lot... and didn't hear back from them on my registration.

Out of the blue, 3 days after the temp tags expired... I get an email from the title office... naturally, asking for all the supporting documentation I provided during the original sale. I inquired about getting another temp tag in response, I get a thank you email from Tina... and that was it.

5 Days after the temp tag expired, I finally got a hold of the salesman, who couldn't do anything on a Saturday... or Sunday... b/c the person who would help me was out of the office (Tina).

Still waiting on my temp tag situation and final registration, but I'll never buy a car (used or new) from Rosenthal Auto Group or Landmark Honda.

UPDATE: Now 13 January 2019... still on temp tags. Called and spoke with Tina, ZERO updates. Check the Florida vehicle registration site, nothing listed under my name. I've bought cars from Fairfax Kia, Fairfax Hyundai, Fairfax Honda, and College Park Hyundai... all registered in Florida. NONE OF THEM HAVE MOVED AT THE SNAIL'S PACE that seems to be the standard for Landmark Honda!

This is the worse place to get a service from. I bought an extended warranty when I bought my new 2018 Honda Accord. One week later I decided to cancel the warranty. It s been over a month waiting for my refunds to no avail. When I call them they keep on telling me that the person responsible is off. I don t know what s going on. It s like they don t want to give me my money back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We went there on Dec 30th, 2017 ...

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We went there on Dec 30th, 2017 to negotiate on the price Honda Fit EX, and we gave them a (out the door) number that we are looking to accomplish, they couldn't come up with that number, so we left that day. But the following day Dec 31st, 2017 we get a call from our sales guy and he said let's split the cost and we'll make a deal, I told him, we'll stop by the dealership. So we take some time to go get the car at the price we got offered over the phone, once we get there and sit down with the finance guy, he is like, we can't do that and I'm not sure why the sales guy told you that price. THIS WAS REALLY RIDICULOUS AND MIND-BOGGLING! We took our time away from the family to pick the car up from Tyson's Corner all the way down to Alexandra, just to hear a NO. And on top of that he said that "Usually sales guy promise numbers to get the people in the door" and we told them we are really serious and not messing around, we are ready to get the car ASAP. I was really disappointed with their service and attitude of the finance person and i DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sales - This is a high volume dealership, and they want to move cars fast. We showed up with internet reports and they still tried to come in a little high. After negotiating with a salesman and getting fed the usual car salesman lines, we settled on a price only to be shot down by a manager. We end up haggling over a couple hundred dollars. They charge the standard nonsense dealer fees - car prep fee and VA processing. The VA paperwork/processing fee is not mandatory, it's collusion among dealers to charge $395 - go to MD and it's $99-199. The finance manager made the standard pitches to try to add-on the pricey protection options. At that point it's almost like they are trying to wear you down and just say yes. They don't mail you the plates like some dealers, you have to go pick them up which should be included in the processing fee!

Overall it was a longer process than it should have been, even though we got a decent price.

PS - They also put the ugly non-matching Landmark logo on the back of the car. Make sure to ask them not to, or to remove it if you buy here. They don't pay you to be a moving advertisement for them!

I had the best car buying experience at Landmark H...

I had the best car buying experience at Landmark Honda. Mielad was great, the price was beyond competitive ($3K under the best I could get in Raleigh, NC), and they dealt with an out of state buyer beautifully.
The one minor hiccup was that they were out of a promised cargo net; I was very happy with the offered solution of shipping it to me and cutting a check for installation.
Having worked out all the details in advance, I was able to drive a rental car up, take a test drive, do all the paperwork, drop the rental off and receive a ride back to the dealership, and be on my merry way in my new 2014 Honda Civic Si sedan with navigation.

Got a car leased from the facility with super good service, we had Getahun (Get) Amede and he was very helpful along with Iqbal, except the finance guy at the end can take forever to get documentation processed and they try to leach as much money from you as possible by kind of exhausting you.

Now getting the car serviced and really impressed by the support I got from Timothy Godinho and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He told me the steering wheel recall, oil change and tyre rotation would take 3.5 hours. He was covering for Cesar, however when CESAR took over it all changed and it took nearly 5 hours to get it all done. I charge 50$ an hour for work. So i lost $250 + 33 dollars for a routine oil change and tyre rotation. The recall is on Honda.
