Zero customer service at parts I bought a remanufacture Starter for my car it was in the box I took it to the mechanic the mechanic open the old one from my car and took the one I bought it from Honda to match it he noticed it broken and he told me they give you the broken part the mechanic told me let's go I am going with to talk with them when we went there the guy said it was not broken they refused to replace it and I ask him for there manger the guy said he is not here as he was there ask me to come tomorrow I did went tomorrow talk with manager he said worry I can't do anything about this they didn't refund my money it's so shame for them I didn't find those money for free I spend hours to make almost 400$ it better for them bagging somewhere
