Thank you for not doing your job and don't care about my concern what goes down inside your shop.....as your customer if I am not happy with the service you don't hang up the phone on me and said contact the insurance company because you don't deal with customer like me ????? I wonder what kind of customer I should be or look like so you can sit down and listen my complaint. Sad sad sad sad...... and unprofessional behavior... horrible place to do business.
