Have dealt with Francesca Scotchmer and Amy Hassall of Parity over the past few months re roles. One role I didn't get but got good feedback from them both in the role/interview. Francesca is excellent, very efficient and on the ball with emails, job spec, phone calls, etc before interviews etc. This is in comparison to another similar agency. If you have any questions etc, Francesca actions these straightaway including re sending links to umbrella companies. When I was running late for an interview and needed to let the client know, her colleague was also very helpful and did this immediately for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Parity not only to clients but also if you're a candidate, a good agency in a sea of mediocre ones.

As a potental client (contractor seeking interim employment) this recruitment agency is unfortunately very poor in terms of service. Consultants do not respond to emails nor, in two positions I applied for, did the courtesy of responding to my application. Reminds me of agency operating in London in the 1990s where poor service from recruitment consultants was the norm. Things have moved on dramatically since then and there are many agencies out there that provide excellent levels of service to clients/ employment seekers. Sadly this agency is not one. Avoid if you can.

They need to work on their communication. Generally tend to ask for the resume and then disappear. You have no idea what is going. Usually these days with exclusive clauses in emails such as "Are you happy for us to represent you"... for such and such role, I think time keeping is important.
