Customer service did an excellent job of keeping me informed on techs arrival. David M. was over the top professional from the moment he arrived. I knew as soon as he looked at my failed sewage ejector pump and explained process to me that he was very knowledgeable and experienced. He and his assistant/trainee did an excellent job! I was very impressed and glad I chose Rooterplus!!
