This was the worst service that I have had from a company in along time. I call Sunday evening requested their service of just pumping out a septic tank the lady on the phone said it will be 150.00 for a 1000 gal tank I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Two service texts came out to my home. Moved around the dirt a little bit. Knock on my door said they wasn t allow to pump my tank said it s against the law to pump from the service port said they have to dig up my yard and it be 520.00. I told them no thank you. They Brought their equipment in my yard to dig a hole before they check the service port they knew what they were doing. They thought that would manipulate Me into saying go ahead. Nope I got right on the phone and had another septic service company out to my house before the two idiots got back to the office. The second I called them they knew them by name and said they will pump it and take their money for the day. I tried to call manager to ask why they say online 150.00 then iafter they get out to your home price changes But office staff are idiots to he couldn t talk for laughing with the teenage girls he had in the office. Nope I don t recommend Them and want ever.
