I purchased a mattress protector from Rooms To Go ...

I purchased a mattress protector from Rooms To Go Furniture Store. The sofa and coffee table purchased were good. However, the mattress protector that was sold to me did not hold up to expectations as promised. This was false advertisement and did not work how it was promised by the store. I went in for a refund and was told there are no refunds by the manager. I tried letting him know that the product was not what it was sold to be and didn't receive proper customer service. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and product from this company. Manager just mentioned this would be the vendors fault and did not take any responsibility or action.

My mom and I went to Rooms to Go today looking to get her a new recliner. We were pleasantly met by Araceli Dominguez upon arrival. Araceli was extremely helpful without being pushy. After fully understanding my mother s needs, Araceli showed us the many options available, and we were able to select one that checked all the boxes. I wish more sales people were like Araceli! She was wonderful!

The easiest furniture buying experience I've had yet. Troy Cunningham helped me out. He was really friendly, and made the process almost stupid simple. I walked in told him what I wanted, and he made it happen! was in and out within an hour, and furnished my whole bedroom. He never made me feel pressured to buy more, or tried to get me to buy anything out of my price range. He gave me my options, and let me choose. If I ever need anything else, I will definitely go back to him. Thank you Troy!!

I had a great experience at this location! The Internet sales team made several mistakes and I was getting so frustrated that I decided to mask up and visit a store for real help. I felt comfortable and safe, as all the staff were wearing masks and keeping good distances apart. Very respectful! Scott was incredibly helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable. Not only did he FIX the Internet sales blunders, he actually helped me pick out an extra piece and educated me on the proper care once I m home. Such a great sales manager! I ll be sure to visit them for future purchases!

I've been a "Rooms To Go" customer since 2017 and I'm always satisfied with the customer service I receive and the quality furniture I purchase from this location. Today's representative, Ubaldo, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and presented me with great options. I was able to find the perfect queen sized storage beds and mattresses today for a great deal. I will definitely be coming back soon. Keep up the great work, Ubaldo!

Worst experience and I will never purchase another...

Worst experience and I will never purchase another item from this company. The cabinet I ordered looked like the manufacturer messed it and tried to repair it but did it poorly. Had the Rooms to go tech come out and said I'd receive a call in 5 days for a replacement. That was in December. You call the 800 number and NO ONE ANSWERS. You are on hold for over an hour before the line disconnects. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. Rooms To Go used to be my "go to" furniture store but not anymore. They are friendly when you buy it but once you have issues, well good luck. The Warranty program is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Total scam.

I had a very pleasant experience with my salesperson Mairan Lopez. I appreciate her patience throughout the whole time I was there. It was unfortunate that I was shopping for furniture after being mistreated and canceling my order from another store. I guess it was meant to be. I was extremely surprised to be able to receive a delivery date in a few days as I am currently without furniture. With this type of treatment received today, I will definitely be back!!

Incredibly disappointed!
Purchased 4 piece loving room set back in early November 2020. Just now recieved all 4 pieces. Sofa/loveseat came in together. Chair weeks later. Table months later.
(4) months total to get everything!
1st table we finally received, damaged. Had to return/wait another month to get the replacement table. 2nd table recieved, damaged. Smelled of fresh paint. Like it was just built, thrown together, then delivered. When we did reached out to our sales representative at store for help we were informed this happened due to Covid-19 pandemic and nothing can be done. No apology, defensive attitude, nothing offered for major purchasing inconvenience. Felt like he recieved his commission then moved on to the next. No follow-up call after all items received. We will NEVER shop at Rooms to Go again. And will ontinue to share experience.

Our salesman was really nice, but we were trying to buy a table and 4 chairs off the floor. As is, at that. We were told that pick up days are Thursday and Friday. Well, today is Friday, and still would not allow us to take the floor sample home. The manager ignored my boyfriend and started talking about other more "important" things. I would not recommend this rooms to go at all.

If you are shopping for furniture and have your kids in tow, Scott at RTG is the person you need to see! Not only is he a knowledgeable sales person who answered all of our questions, but he somehow managed to entertain our kids! When visiting other stores we spent more time making sure the kids didn t touch anything instead of actually shopping for furniture. Scott made us all feel comfortable and welcome, like we were his long awaited guests! What better way to stage and sell furniture than to make it feel like home? Such a refreshing approach!

Bought a $3000 couch less than a year ago with a warranty. The couch caved in and I was sent a replacement however it was ripped by the warehouse so the delivery guys said they could send me another. Now I am waiting what will be almost a month with a couch that cannot be sat on before getting a replacement. Apparently the reason why is because the couch has been discontinued. I don t see why the store would discontinue and item that people have an active warranty for. Also I had some small burn holes in the chase cover (from dropping a sage stick on it) that I tried to call about and I was told it couldn t be fixed because it looked like a multiple incident. The affected area was probably only an inch wide and definitely was obvious that it was one incident. I decided to just pay for the cover but now I don t even know if I can now that the item has been discontinued. :( I don t understand how the couch even caved in so quickly considering I only weigh 110 pounds and I m the only person who sits on it regularly. I have a rooms to go credit card and have purchased most of my furniture from here but after this I probably will not buy couches from here.

I spent over 3 hours in the store furnishing my new home. She was extremely knowledgeable, especially with mattresses. She helped me with colors, sizes, and selections. She is definitely a valued employee for Rooms To Go.

What a joke. Walked in with cash in hand to buy a new leather recliner but I guess the salespeople couldn't be bothered. They literally looked at me, dressed in business casual nice clothes, and didn't get off their lazy butts. One guy had his chair recliner all the way with his feet up.

This place is a joke, terrible business model, we bought a couch and the wrong one was delivered, once customer service had the correct model couch ordered it could not be delivered due to size and the delivery guys refused to use the stairs, (apparently if they damage the furniture they have to pay for it themselves therefore it is safer to just return it.) We were refused a refund, only offered an exchange for another couch, well we didn't like anything else and therefore wanted a refund, they refuse to give any refunds!!! If you do pick something else you have to pay for delivery again! You are forced to pick something else that you may not want of equal or higher value or you are stuck with the bill and no furniture. So bottom line is if you buy something that can't be delivered you have to pick something else, doesn't matter if its not your fault it could not be delivered. I suggest not doing business with rooms to go. Most terrible experience ever, the store manager will tell you to call customer service to sort complaints, and customer service (corporate) will tell you you have to deal directly with the store manager. Corporate has no contact information for their district managers and apparently customer service reps have no managers or supervisor to escalate complaints to, what a joke, customer service rep gets terribly rude as well. I thought this was a big brand respectable company and expected to be treated fairly this is not the case. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere! I'm out $1400 bucks plus tax and delivery and no couch.

James came to us as we were looking for some couches and he was an excellent help! Very polite and extremely knowledgeable of salesman tactics! He was an awesome salesman saved us more tha $400 on top of sales ad! We were extremely lucky to have him help us select what we needed as he also explained everything in detail about the maintenance plans and coverage protection. Rooms To Go is lucky to have an awesome salesman like James. When you go to Rooms to Go at Preston n 635 in Dallas ask for James for a great great furniture buying experience!
