I wasn t a happy camper when I came to replace an inferior mattress for the 3rd time 15 years. Yes that s 3 inferior mattress that I was approved to replace from Rooms To Go. I was greeted and handle by Scott who rescued me and made my new mattress purchase very pleasant. Our Salesperson. Adam, was so friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! The store is spaced out enough to where we felt safe walking around and trying out the products. Can t wait for our new living room set!

Wanted to write a review on Scott, he was super friendly and helpful! I hate when salespeople make me feel pressured when making a big purchase and I didn t feel pressured at all by him! It was refreshing!

I have never received such good and patient customer service like I did at rooms to go here today with Ubaldo! I will always come back here for any of my furniture needs they have such beautiful good quality furniture. And I will be asking for ubaldo specifically he is awesome.

Bought a dinning set from here back in February or March to be delivered in April. The salesman told me that I would get 2 white chairs and 2 gray chairs like I want, and upon delivery I found out the salesman ordered all gray! Paid over $800 for a set I never would have purchased. I was told by customer service that the agreement I signed for was for gray only and the white chairs are no longer sold here. Super disappointed! I wish I never stopped here. Doesn t help that this location was closed due to the pandemic during the delivery time, so I could never speak to anyone at the location! Y all really ran my credit and made me take a small hit for an items I NEVER APPROVED. I never would have ordered had I known the white chairs I saw at the store would not be available. Now I m stuck with a dinning set that doesn t match any of my other furniture.

Terrible!! I wish I can only give zero!! Customer service, sales people are terrible. Managers are rude and not helpful. You have to fight to get your money back from these people. Never will buy anything from here again!! I am done with roomstogo!!

Finding great furniture has never been easier! My mom isn't great with english but thankfully there was a salesperson "Gigi" who was a great assist in helping us pick the right items. She was very kind and answered all our questions. I really do recommend asking for her if you want the best experience. Thank you again!

My overall experience with Araceli Dominguez was GREAT!!! Very nice and helpful, I highly recommend her, she has excellent customer service!! She knows exactly what she is doing and takes her time, she was very detailed for any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back.

My wife had called to inquire about Reclining sofa & love seats. She spoke to James Craft and immediately my wife said to me stop checking other furniture stores & go see James at Rooms to Go. We both appreciated Jame s knowledge of the merchandise, service options and all through our time he did not pressure us but was patient as we were browsing all the options available. We ended up buying a 7 piece living room package. Once the decision was made the financing process was quick & painless. Before we left James went over our order, arranged delivery date & gave us some leather conditioner . If you are needing some new furniture or just want upgrade or add some new pieces, do yourself a favor & see James you will be glad you made a great choice.

I bought a living room set from this store and I'm very pleased with it; it's so comfortable! Araceli was very friendly and provided great customer service. I don't like pushy salespeople at all, and I never encounter pushy people here :) Keep up the great work, Araceli!

This has been the worst experience on purshasing furniture. I went to this store 2 days ago, and we bought a $2,500.00 QUINN size mattress. The soonest day to deliver it was today. I received 2 confirmation texts about the time the delivering will be. My son stayed at home to rceive it. Then I noticed they delivered a TWIN size, but the matress protector was aquinn(correct size). I called the store, they aaked me to call costumer service. After 40 minutes waiting on the phone, I called the store again because costumer service never picked the phone. Finally costumer service called me, but they couldn't do anything else but set an echange for another day. They couldn't deliver it in the same day, but they will see if they can approve the echange for tomorrow. I asked the costumer service lady to check of the supervisor to see if they could help me in this situation because it was their mistake. The manager Keyla called me just to let me know that NO BODY COULD HELP ME TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I explained to her that I throw my old mattress to the trash because the new one was confirmed for today. SHE SAID MY HUSBAND AND I COULD SLEEP ON THE TWIN MATTRESS UNTIL WE GET THE RIGHT ONE...RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING...

I bought a bed set about 3 years ago. Recently I moved and lost one of the rail hooks that holds my bed together. I had to reach out to the Customer Service department because I couldn't find the part at any retailer. They told me to wait 90 days (3 months) AFTER I sent my money in to receive the part. They were rude and unhelpful every time we emailed/talked on the phone. If you're looking for a retailer to purchase furniture at, save yourself the headache and DON'T PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO. Amazon ended up over-nighting the part to me for way cheaper than what Rooms To Go was charging. I wish I just went thru Amazon originally, but I thought Rooms To Go would have been more helpful. I was wrong.

Worst customer service ever! The associates at this store are not very knowledgeable and will lie to you just to make a sale. I would avoid this store at all costs. Shop a different Rooms to Go!

Professional salespersons, excellent prices on floor and regular merchandise. This place you can count on them when you shop there. Service dept is excellent doesn't have you on hold for 45 min like Conns.

I bought the Alison 3 piece king upholstered bed today. Sales Associate, Ubaldo Canto, helped me through the purchasing process. He made this process quick and easy. I was very thankful for his professionalism and knowledge. I can t wait to receive my new bed in Jan. 25th! I am also glad my bed will be delivered in less than a month. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS STORE EVER. MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A DINING ROOM SET EARLY LAST MONTH AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON DECEMBER 21ST AND WHEN THAT DAY CAME THEY CALLED MY HUSBAND AND SAID THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON THE 29TH BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ALL 6 CHAIRS IN STOCK. THE MANAGER TELLS US THAT THE TIME FRAME WOULD BE BETWEEN 4 TO 8PM SO THIS MORNING AFTER 10AM THE DELIVERY DRIVER CALLS MY HUSBAND AND SAYS THAT HE IS ON HIS WAY. THERE IS NO WAY FOR HIM TO DELIVER WHEN WE BOTH ARE AT WORK AND THEN HE SAYS THAT HE WASN'T AWARE OF THE TIME FRAME WE WERE TOLD. WE GOT THE RUN AROUND BETWEEN THE MANAGER NICK AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER. I WAS PLANNING ON GOING BACK TO BUY A LIVING ROOM SET BUT NO WAY, THANKS FOR A BAD EXPERIENCE

This rooms to go is great. Great customer service and the best value for the money. We met Aracely who help us find the perfect bed and couch that we needed. She never pressured us to buy anything and gave us lots of info.

The worst experience buying furniture. Not only did my brand new couch start tearing at the seams within the first 4 months, but it took almost a year for them to review my claim and replace my couch. Still don t have the replacement actually. Worst customer service as well- the customers always right is definitley not their motto. Just low end cheap furniture and undermotivated employees. Sad.

First time shopper and limited with my English was happy to find Mrs. Mairan Lopez who is bilingual as my sales representative. She was so helpful to both my daughter and I in purchasing furniture for my daughter's home. We enjoyed looking around the store without having the pressure of a salesman following us at all times. She let us explore our options freely and answered all our questions. If you speak Spanish Mrs. Mairan Lopez would do an excellent job in any future furniture purchase you may have.

Will never get furniture from there again. First off the lady helping us lied about everything putting Insurance on things and adding stuff we said no too already. We didn't know until after we paid fully $4,000+. Had to call and cancel all the insurance/others and then when we went to go pick up the furniture (full bedroom and full living room) no one was there to help us untill like 20mim of standing around. Make sure you bring strong people with you cuz me and my husband had to help one guy do everything. I almost went by myself, good thing I didn't. There was one kid who came out and helped later on. It was starting to drizzle and he was sitting there holding our furniture in the rain I ask him can you back up untill they are ready for it lol and then he had what I think was Cheetos on his hands so now my furniture already has stains on it!!!!! I saw him put his hands on the chairs and then the orange/red on them realizing later when we're putting our furniture and storage there were so many stains from him. So mad, I asked for a napkin or something to get it off of the one i saw and they told me they couldn't get me one. WTH lol. Now i need to go pick up the rest of my furniture (dinning room set and bed) about an hour away because they can't get it shipped to their store where we live. Was so mad. Will not go back to Finnish my house.

Wide selection of contemporary furniture mostly sold in sets. This is a very large and nice store. Salespeople are waiting at the door like car sales people so it is hard to just go in and casually browse.

This is not the highest quality furniture you can get obviously, but the value is good. I've gotten things here several times when I just needed to fill out a room in my house, or my office. The salespeople have always been friendly. I like how things are already matched if you're on the go and don't want to spend all day shopping for matching items.

This is the best place where you can look for your furnitures, with the best prices and designs, he also added that the attention that Ubaldo gives to customers is super good. Thanks to Ubaldo I was able to take home my sofa the same day.

Not happy with delivery experience. Drivers unable to understand or speak English. Management doesn't recognize the problem. "We use an independent delivery service." Will do my utmost to never buy from RTG again. :-)
