Very picturesque and well defined trails around. Docking one star because the entry point to this forces you to take shuttles and even tells you the parking is full even though there are multiple parking slots open.

Be sure to carry more than enough water/caps/sunblock when hiking through the trails. Temperatures reached 95-100 even around 11 AM in June.

So relaxing. Stayed 2 nights in Bright Angel lodge. Thanks to the great folks behind the desk. We were steps from the rim and spent time at night stargazing. Saw comet neowise and the milky way. Do this you won't regret it.

Visitor center closed due to virus, but materials available outside the door with friendly and informative helpers. Museum had many covered exhibits and limited supplies. The view is still fabulous!

Had the scientific material one would expect from National Geographic but a lot of soft goods. A bit of a tourist trap. Super busy, I couldn't wait to get out of there. Easy to find, just look for the pink jeeps.

Dear Employees! Please be seriously in your work.

If they already change work hours they have to edit it in GOOGLE MAPS. A lot of people trust in Google maps and doesn't check your work hours in your online site. I hope they will understand why 4

It is a kind of small mall where you can buy souvenirs, some clothes and you could go to a function of a giant screen cinema and some special effect where you can see part of the history of the Grand Canyon explorers and impressive images of This wonder of nature. At the exit of the function you can eat at the various food stores

This place is a scam. If I were a subscriber of the National Geographic I'd cancel my subscription. The imax is terrible and they project an old documentary that is not informational at all. All the rest is just commercial stuff. Not related to the national geographic at all.

Absolutely amazing. I'm biased though as I love Nat Geo. But the staff were very helpful, have us a lot of help without purchasing anything or even seeming like they expected a purchase. Definitely worth a stop.

I stopped here because of the Pizza Hut Express. Didn't do any of the other stuff like the imax theater or the gift shop or any of the exhibits. Food was good I suppose albeit a little expensive. I was simply more interested in the Actual Grand Canyon and the remaining 1,000 of the motorcycle trip.

GREAT

Cute little shop for Grand Canyon goods and souvenirs. We stopped there to catch the shuttle to the Grand Canyon. We were able to get our passes there and park for free. So much more convenient then driving to the park ourselves. We didn't see the Imax movie as webran out of time bit with coupons it would have been between $50-$60 for 5 people (3 adults, 2 kids) so I can't say whether it was worth it or not. Give shop is pricey for daily items. For example, a travel sizebof sunscreen was $6. Also had a pizza hut witha good family deal.

Nice place right outside of park. It has Pizza Hut express. Not top of the line but work considering where it is. Pink Jeep tours are there and you can buy passes from there. It actually works better if you are planning to take shuttle to park.

This is a great spot to stop for souvenirs, and history on the Grand Canyon. The I-max presentation was informative, and entertaining. Well worth watching, either before or after seeing the canyon itself.

We stopped by to use the restroom while we headed to the Grand canyon and then wanted to check out the gift shop while we were in there. There were a lot of items offered there, I felt most of them were way over priced in comparison to other places that had souvenirs. The staff wasn't overly friendly.

Imax theater is wheelchair accessible, but by accessible they mean the edge of the third aisle. We had to get a refund bc the view was so terabad.

On the bright side, staff at the visitor center is very friendly, and the manager is knowledgeable about photography.
