Scott at the LBJ store was awesome! A great salesman to work with, we immediately felt comfortable when we came in and he greeted us. He showed us what we were looking for and allowed us the space to look around. RTG was our first stop for furniture and we found what we were looking for, but told Scott we wanted to check out another retailer and he had no bad words to say about the place we were going, I thought that was respectable of him. We ended up coming back and purchasing a 7 piece king bedroom set and a mattress package. He is a no pressure salesman and that sealed the deal for us. He even gave us some restaurant recommendations since we are new to the area. Overall great experience I would recommend to anyone, and will! Not to mention the prices were way more reasonable than the other massive store we visited. Thanks again Scott and RTG, you were great!

The minute we walked in to the store we felt welcomed and cared for, without feeling pressured, James was very friendly and made sure we where doing fine throughout so it felt great to be able to walk around and not feeling like anything was being pushed on us, once we were ready and found something my husband and I both loved we called James and was ready to assist us with financing our new beautiful living room set so fast and easy! It's April 20th today.
They make a delivery date appointment
Twice. Failed to keep
unbelievable. Rooms to go company
How can i trust u delivery date
I didn't work and waited all day
No call. Nothing came
He called me the next day and said he would deliver it 15 days later. ~~~~~Three weeks have passed since I bought the item. Still haven't received the goods

After a month, the goods arrived.
I ordered a coffee table, but only the table came and no hardware came inside.
I'm waiting for the hardware right now.
Calling doesn't solve it

Horrible experience! If you want to be sold something that is not even in stock and have to wait 4 months for it you came to the right place. And if you expect help from Management for get it their best line is I HAVE NO PROBLEM CANCELING your order. And don t even try calling customer service you will be on hold for 2 hours. NEVER AGAIN. Stay away from this place.

Bought a couch here which looked excellent, sadly the couch began ripping at the seams in less than a month with light use, Rooms to go has been great about getting the couch replaced and time will tell if the next product is quality

Experience started off shaky. The first sales lady was awful and uninterested in helping me. I was displeased with the experience and was prepared to take my business elsewhere. I begin working with Ubaldo and he was amazing. He was so patient, kind and informative. Very personable and quite honest. He really worked hard to make sure I was happy and that I got a functional but comfortable piece for my new home. Ubaldo really saved the day and Rooms to Go needs to cherish employees like him. He embodies real customer service in word and action.

Purchased a sofa bed on 6/26/2020. Due to the pandemic we had to wait till 8/15 for delivery, which is understandable.
The company (they use a third party) that delivered the sofa stood it up on its arm completely bending the frame. The couch leans and was immediately noticeably. Pretty sure the delivery guys knew, as they basically throughy the couch in my apt, took a quick picture and ran out the door, leaving their trash behind in the parking lot.
I let the couch set for a few days hoping maybe it would snap into shape. Nope. When sitting on the couch it feels like I'm sliding forward onto the floor. The back cushions have zero support, there were no pillow forms or fabric stabilizer used, it's pretty much a stuffed pillow case. Then we open up the bed part to take a look at the upgraded mattress we bought, only to find the stitching popped and metal pieces fell off. I have no idea where the metal rods go. Every time you sit or lay on the bed, the quilted stitching of the mattress comes undone.
This is not the quality sofa we looked at on the showroom floor. It feels like it was rushed and thrown together. For the price we paid this is totally unacceptable. We have a appointment for 10/ 25 for a service tech to come "fix" the issues. I dont see them being repairable and it is going to be extremely irritating to have to wait yet another 2-4 months to get something I can sit comfortably on.

What a joke. 4 hour delivery window. Now 3 hours past. Dispatch doesnt even know where their driver is because they cant reach him on the phone. Been told "Dispatch will call you in a few minutes" 3 different times. NEVER HAPPENED. Customer Care says "Well we dont know" Online order says " You cant cancel the order till the product gets back to the warehouse, then maybe in a few days you will have to call back."

UPDATE after 8 hours of waiting. Was told they cant deliver it. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

I had a similar experience as @Richard Thomas when purchasing my couch. In-store was fine but delivery was ridiculous. My delivery date was a Saturday. They came and got the couch on the inside of my place (which has stairs), and before even attempting to take it upstairs, they tell me "it won't fit". I set aside time to wait around for it and had somebody in from out of town with me and we had to cut the day short for this delivery and the guy tells me "it won't fit" without even attempting to take it upstairs. One of the guys tells me somebody is going to call me about it in the next 20 mins and of course since it was Saturday at 6, the call center was closed. I was highly dissatisfied. Flash forward a week later (due to my complaining to management about it and telling them I needed it to at least be attempted to deliver), the movers (with one guy less than the first time) are able to get the couch up in no longer than 2 minutes. So I called the store, spoke to Jeff explaining him of the situation and he said he'd make a complaint with the delivery company's driver/drivers and offered me an in-store credit. Without that, this is 1 star, but he was nice and understanding and didn't give me any crap, so that bumps up 2 stars to 3 in my opinion.

Grandmother where she d purchased her dining room table. That time is was great! So we had high hopes. Now as we walk in I see the person who was originally our salesmen walk off once we got close to the door. We walked in and we greeted them as the group of salesmen sat on the couch and looked at us. Not only was the customer service terrible. Our salesman was not attentive to us at all. He told us we d need to go through a bank to get approved for a sofa. Even though I d secretly planned to by it for my mom in cash. I have never felt so poorly treated. As a former sales rep and now small business owner I was very disheartened and disgusted with treatment me and my mother received. Not to mention he rolled his eyes and stopped following us at one point and was just on his phone as my mom was asking him questions about what peace s come with what price. I don t remember how to spell his name but it started with the letter U. The store wasn t busy at all so there was no reason for him to not be attentive or helpful. He was lying about the Prices the fees and etc. as if it was going to scare us. Then when my mom said she wasn t worried about it being to much she just wanted an Idea of the total price. He acted like he couldn t hear her then walked off.

I visited RTG a couple of weeks ago in search of a new living room set. I am finally replacing a living room set I got at this exact store 17 years ago! But that just goes to show that the quality of their furniture is top notch because my old furniture is still in good shape, although outdated and very brown. I rarely write reviews but Robert Cruz deserves 5 stars for his wonderful customer service, attentiveness, advice and friendliness. Thank you Robert for your patience and help!
