Answered any and all questions we had and was very patient with us as we spent time trying to pick out the perfect couches for our new living room. I purchased a mattress here. I told the associate that I knew nothing about mattresses and needed help finding one. We looked around and found a mattress and he told me several times that if the mattress didn't work out I could exchange it without problems within 30 days. I came back to exchange it because it was giving me back problems and making me wake up in sweats and they told me they don't take back mattresses. I spoke to the manager and I told him my situation and he did nothing to solve the problem and is charging me a "preference" fee. All he could say was he was going to speak to his associate about the wrong information he told me. The sales associate blatantly lied to me and left out important information just so he could sell me this mattress and they were unwilling to do anything about this.

Horrible, unprofessional, dispatch customer service for roomstogo delivery. Completely unprofessional, had a dispatch lady laugh in my face when I told her that I was only 10 mins away. Completely refused to work with my delivery timeline. I had not even moved or received my keys to my new apartment yet! Now I have to book a hotel room for the weekend because I will not have a bed (that I purchased) to sleep in!

Scott was just amazing person in this store where we were given all the information needed about sofa. We purchased the fabric recliner sofa just today. Found a couch I really liked and it just so happened to be a floor model. We were completely prepared to buy. I'd we had cash it would have been in hand. We had just moved to the area and had a trailer we could use to move it. We were then told that we couldn't but it until a week later. The explained that we had a trailer now, but wouldn't later. They didn't care because it would leave a "hole" in the showroom. We traveled to another location and same story. They also wouldn't deliver. We were ready to pay more to have it delivered and still no dice. This place would rather turn down $500+ than have a "hole" in the showroom.

The salesman was great and I found what I was looking for. The delivery was awful though. I had to have a friend meet them at my place and before even unloading my new furniture they said it wouldn't fit in the door. It's was the same dimensions as my old couch which was still in my apartment. They took it back and refused to deliver again.

Update - though they told me they refunded the purchase, I called back because it was taking a while and they didn't cancel the order despite previously telling they did. Down to one star.

What a great team at this store . From Ben who warmly greeted me at the door to Scott the salesmen my sister referred me to. Scott is great! He listened to what I needed and helped me find just what I was looking for. I really appreciate he respected my budget range and found great options that worked for me. Scott gets extra points for patience ! I walked back and forth so many times trying to decide between two options. He graciously walked with me never showing any annoyance or trying to hurry me along.

I read the reviews all the time on the site. I have to say, I have worked with my advisor for quite a while. It was awesome. He even suggested that I look at this updated chair, he asked all the questions that needed to be asked before making his assessment. I also work in sales, without asking the questions up front can lead to disaster. I enjoyed my visit. He did not pressure me.

Came here to purchase a living room set and was greeted by Gigi. It was pretty busy when I got there, almost all the staff members were helping other people. GiGi mentioned she was finishing up with a customer and would be with me as quickly as possible, she was honest and said maybe 15 minute, or I can see who would be finished sooner to help. I told her I would gladly wait on her. She came to me within 10 minutes and was great. She made my buying experience prefect. Very kind sales lady. Thank you Gigi

Rooms to Go has NO RETURN POLICY!!! Go to NEBRASK...

Rooms to Go has NO RETURN POLICY!!! Go to NEBRASKA FURNITURE MART. This something I wish I had known. I recently bought a large picture. While unwrapping it, I realized Rooms to Go had but a large bar code sticker on the painting. It could not be removed without damaging the picture. I have video proof. However, we took it off accepting the fact that, the picture will have a blemish. After hanging it, we also realized, it does not go with the room. We made a mistake. I called Rooms to Go letting them know we wished to return it so we can buy another picture. We wanted to do more business at ROOMS to GO!!!!! They said that was not possible. Once it is in your home, it is yours.

Lesson learned: DO NOT BUY from ROOMS to GO. GO across the street to NEBRASKA FURNITURE MART. They ACCEPT returns!!!! Ive done it already and it was easy.

I ve only giving this two stars because my furniture is is fantastic. Everything else about dealing with rooms to go has been a disaster. They have messed up my order, canceled my order then decided they would break the delivery down into multiple sections without giving me dates. My account had to broken down into two different accounts and they have messed up my phone number and address so it s been hell trying to get through to the bank to make payments. The banks are saying that the payment is late but the people at the store told me that the payments would be do 30 days after they delivered my furniture. (The furniture was delivered on the 31st of October) The store tells me I have the 60 months no interest the bank tells me this is a lie it s 12 months. So today I have been on the phone with the store and the bank for over an hour and half trying to get payment arrangements made. Never again will I ever go through them the process has been tedious to say the least and to top that off I find out today that the lied to me about payments and how they would work. Never again.

My wife and I went in looking for a King Platform bed, and the staff member James Craft was amazingly helpful, friendly, and made our shopping experience very pleasant and relaxing. He was always available to answer any questions we had, but also was never pushy or insistent while we were browsing around. Thank you Mr. James for that. You definitely have our business!

James is highly competent and very accommodating as he came in to see me twice on his day off. His service made me want to choose you all for my living furniture options. The worst thing that happened when I bought a room...

The worst thing that happened when I bought a room game. The defective header from the month of January, have come twice to change it for another defective header and the only thing they know is to wait until June. In other words, you buy a new piece of furniture and it grinds more than an old bed. Wait 6 months to patch up your defective furniture. Very sad. 0 stars

The one star for Customer Service: This my first time shopping at Rooms to go, And it will be my last time. My furniture were delivered to me on 9/19, our sofa was missing the legs, customer service called and said sorry will send them to you, after two days we only received 4 legs instead of 8, had to call again to ask for other 4 legs.
We bought a QUEEN size bedroom, but we received a KING size mattress, we called three times and still the problem was not fixed, we had to visit the store twice to fix the issue, then they said they will send us the right mattress after a week.
The phone call did not work to fix the issue, had to drive to the store twice.

I m honestly quite impressed that a place like this will have great customer service ! When I went in , I expected car sales personnel and I got the total opposite ! Roberto Cruz made me and my family feel welcome . Didn t rush me , explained to me every detail of the furniture and if anything he even took the time to tell me all about the warranties and fees , which is great because usually people add that without you even knowing!! he created a customer for life! I definitely recommend you guys , specially Spanish speaking people to go to him! Thanks again !!
