Nothing special here. We where in the store for 30 minutes and no one approached us or asked if need help.

This Rooms-To-Go location is phenomenal. Access is great, the set up is great. All options for furniture are very well shown, and it is extremely clean! The staff is very attentive and accommodating. Scott is especially amazing and patiently worked with us to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for and needed. He was especially sweet to our two month old baby who was grumpy and crying. It was a perfect experience and I would recommend anyone to go here.

James was my sales person and he was absolutely amazing!! Every question I had he answered and provided honest responses. He didn t try to up-sale me or anything. Best purchase and experience ever!!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience working with Scott. Our plan was to just do some window shopping and check pricing to get an idea of what we would need to budget for. Even though we said we weren t ready to make a purchase that day, Scott checked in with us regularly as we wandered the store and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a Purple Hybrid mattress with an adjustable base at a great price compared to other retailers and the purchase even came with a $200 gift card which we used to also get a cooling mattress protector. Delivery only took two days, and tracking the delivery was easy with regular text alerts. Our delivery guys were very professional when setting everything up and went over all of the functions of the adjustable base. Overall the experience with Rooms To Go has been great and we will definitely be returning to this location to purchase the rest of our furniture, especially with the great financing options available.

Walked in to a store with lots of display models to choose from and knowledgeable, friendly and efficient sales people eager- but not pushy- to help. My wife had purchased a sleeper sofa we needed online and, although pretty, it was hard as a rock to both sit and sleep on so we returned it. RTG had lots of options, styles and colors to choose from- and butt sample! Prices were very reasonable, delivery people on time and competent. We have gone back 4 more times for other purchases and have developed a relationship with Marain who is awesome and now knows our home style and colors and us personally. GREAT store !

SUCH a helpful sales team! I found everything I was looking for and felt very taken care of. They genuinely care about finding what is right for me and the spaces I am shopping for. I wasn't able to get everything today, but I am definitely coming back.

Just got my couch delivered on a Sunday. The guys brought it up four flights of stairs with no complaint. Five star experience.

I went there walk in the people where so unfriendly.they didn't say welcome they just watch me go in and go out.did not ask me if I was looking for anything nothing..so I kindly walk out.

Went for the first time a few months back. Didn t end up buying anything but just wanted to see what they had. About average quality stuff but you pay for the room coordination. Had a very helpful sales person that gave me tons of info without being too pushy. Will consider this store in the future.

It was my first time going to Rooms To Go and it was a great experience. The store provides a variety of modern furniture and we found the exact one we wanted. Also, the sales process went smoothly with Alex. He was very helpful and attentive. He always pointed it out the furniture we were looking for and gave us many options to choose.

I would definitely recommend this store, specifically this location. We went shopping on Black Friday afternoon to purchase a bedroom set. We were helped the moment we walked into the door. Neli, our sales associate, was very nice and patient, answering all of our questions. Super knowledgeable on the products and so helpful. There were no over the top pitches for things we didn t want, just great custom service. We got exactly what we wanted and walked out feeling confident in our purchase. Thank you again Neli!

Bought a couch upfront with the woman who helped me out named GIGI. RTG didn t have a delivery available. I was never told the pick up was in Arlington. Showed up at th store with a rental to pick up the sofa, upon arrival I was told the pick up wasn t there. Went back home with a rental and no sofa. Next day I called on the phone to see if they had a delivery available I was transferred to the sales woman who I made the purchase from. She started throwing her defensive mechanism of how she swore she told me the pick up was all the way in Arlington. I had her on speaker my entire family was hearing how she was talking to me very rude, unprofessional, bitter, she didn t answer all my questions and very short when talking, she interrupted me while I was speaking. Hire better employees for your customer service. Also teach your employees to keep business professional, not be asking customers personal questions such as where are you from, who are you married to, and what you need furniture for. (I came to the store with my husband and brother in law and my two kids). Everyone should keep there noses where they belong. She got lucky on a sale because I went to buy what I was looking for not because of how she speaks. I even made sure she was the one who got her commission when I made the transaction. What a shame not purchasing anything here again.

Awesome furniture items. Complete sets, but you have to drive 35mins out to pick up items you buy. No deliveries.

Mairan helped us as soon as we came in and made the process fast and easy. She answered all our questions and concerns and made sure we were well informed as well. We will definitely be back soon.

My mom order a sofa bed back in December 2019 that was completely paid off. Never receive it till this date. She decided to cancel the order and get her money back. They only gave her partial back and the rest store credit.

Didn't like the guy who greeted us attitude. After he told us they didn't have what we were looking for, we were still wanting to look at other items. He acted as if we were getting on his nerves. Seem like all employees were on break at the same time sitting around.

I spent three days at the Rooms To Go showroom, shopping for living room and bedroom furniture. The space is open and makes for a great shopping experience and there is a great selection of furniture. James C is the person who helped me. James is extremely friendly and thorough and detailed. He was extremely helpful and made my purchasing experience a great experience. I'll definitely visit this Rooms To Go location in the future to work with James.

I have never had such a bad experience at a furniture store. I purchased my furniture on June 20th, the rep who assisted is named GigI- do not buy from her! She ignores her customers after you purchase. Rooms to go delivered only my bed to my house today and it was damaged and now I have to wait until August 20th. 60 days it takes to get a bed, very disappointing as expensive as it was. Go to Ashleys Furniture, Haverty's....they are not unprofessional as Room's to go was at this location.

Troy is phenomenal! He was thoughtful and answered all of my questions AND as a Realtor I had A TON OF QUESTIONS!

I did not order from here. Rooms to go delivery thought it was appropriate to block the only entrance gate for my apartment. A subcompact may be able to fit but many cars or trucks will have trouble. The driver and other delivery staff just casually are standing by the truck so it really doesn't make sense.

I can't believe they are doing this. There's a clear area shown in my photo where they could park. Or inside the lot. On the street. Anywhere not blocking cars?!

Worst experience I ve ever had in my life. I bought over $2000 in furniture and waited a month for it to be delivered and everything was wrong. The couches were both damaged and the chair was the wrong color. I asked for the items to be exchanged but they were DISCONTINUED. I waited another 3 weeks for a cleaning tech to come out and tell me that it was MISSING MATERIAL. I call them after a week and their customer service manager was short and even laughed at me when I was explaining that after TWO MONTHS of waiting and stressing out about this there was nothing that they could do to make a happy resolution. Never shop here, they won t treat you right or with the respect you deserve.

I was looking for bookcases they don't carry entertainment centers. Didn't have media chairs either. They suppose to come to my house. They didn't call no show. The assistance store Manger is rude. Never go their ever. I went to the Arlington store. They are more professional I brought from that store. Will go to the Arlington, TX from now on.

Couch was delivered broken, they scratched my floors during the process. They came out to fix it twice and only to realize it couldnt be fixed. Its now been a month and they still havent come out to get it after several promise . Spend your money elsewhere, they just dont care.

No kids furniture at this location and was like pulling teeth just to get someone on staff to answer any questions we had so we left!

My last purchases from Grapevine Mills RTG, the Outlet in Grand Prairie and this store at LBJ very satisfying .... happy always!!!

We visited this furniture store in hopes of finding something in stock, nice and affordable. As soon as we walked in a very nice gentleman by the name of Ubaldo Canton approached us and made our experience a very memorable one. He showed us various products and was very patient. I definitely recommend stopping by the Dallas location and asking for Ubaldo. Very good customer service!!!

James Craft was very helpful and polite. He walked us through the whole process and explained everything. I would recommend family and friends to come to this store.
