Bought a set of new tires for my truck, including ...

Bought a set of new tires for my truck, including balance and alignment, and later that night thought it wasn't driving right. Took my truck in to another Ford Service (Metro Ford) the next day and learned that Rob Sight Ford didn't even balance the tires! The alignment was off as well. Full disclosure: they did reimburse me the expense to correct the issue, but refused to provide any reimbursement for my half day wasted correcting problems they created. Have given them too many opportunities - in the past they have dinged my door during brake work, and on at least two occasions, I have had to return after oil changes due to oil dripping. Recommend Metro Ford for their honesty and technical ability to fix issues!

This truck needs new brake pads (5mm&7mm) and still has original battery from factory (5 years old), it will die very soon. 4X4 is slow to engage, but it "passed" inspection. They wouldn't even come down $100 from asking price AND they weren't even going to pay off my jeep wrangler (trade-in) by $60! Seriously? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE LIKE I DID FOR 1 HR 45 MINS. Bought a truck from VANTAGE MOTORS instead.

I visited a few dealerships before coming to Rob Sight and was very impressed with the customer service here. I had Michele help me pick out my new car and it was much simpler and stress free than I thought it would be. The pricing was competitive with what I had in mind, their No Hassle pricing made it very easy to take the offer for a new car. On the car inspection before handing the car over they found a small dent in the door that I had missed on my initial walk through and then let me know and fixed it. I am very happy with my purchase here and will keep this dealership in mind when our next car buying decision happens.

Very Impressed! The service was excellent. Randy at the Rob Sight collision center kept us updated on the progress of repair work on our vehicle and the work was completed very timely. When we picked it up it shined like new. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here for excellent repair work.

First time customer to this location, dropped of m...

First time customer to this location, dropped of my truck for warranty work. When I received my truck back after the warranty work had been completed, my passenger side door wouldn t lock. I have a service completed that would keep my door handles from freezing and becoming inoperable. I noticed my door lock had been completely broken by the tech when they removed my door panel. On the drivers window I have grease on the outside of my window, it was in the window trim and all. They had completed the warranty work on all 4 doors. Obviously poor quality of workmanship. They have yet to take car of the broken door.

Today, I gave them another chance and took in my wife s SUV, they told me that they were too busy and couldn t get me in for a week. However, they could perform the oil change today. I simple told them that it might be better if I just take it somewhere else. There response, okay, awesome . Well guess I have learned my lesson.

I went to Rob Sight to test drive a 2013 Red Ford Explorer. My sales associate, Michael Taylor, was friendly and informative not pushy at all. He explained that the sales force was not commissioned and that Rob Sight used " No Haggle" pricing. I really liked the Explorer and the price seemed ok but the offer on my trade-in seemed low. I began to look for another vehicle like the red Explorer and found that most had more miles, less options and usually a higher price. I kept in touch with Michael Taylor and made a cash offer $500 less than the No Haggle price. He explained very nicely several times that they don't change the price unless a similar vehicle with in 500 miles was priced less. He also told me that they had only had the car ten or so days and it would probably sell at that price but he would tell the sales manager and if anything changed he would call me.
I sold my car myself and the morning I did I called Michael Taylor to try and negotiate the purchase of the Explorer. That morning another sales associate had sold the vehicle for the No Haggle price. I had missed out on a good deal.
The next day I called and talked to Rich Poe the general manager and explained what had happened. He was very nice and helpful and started looking for a similar vehicle he could sell at the same price. However, as I had found out, a used car packaged the way I wanted was difficult to find. I had passed on the 2013 Explorer and that deal wasn't going to be found again easily.
I elected to price a new car and so Michael Taylor put me in touch with Bob Wright, the new car sales manager. Bob was also very easy to work with. He found a similar vehicle for me, priced it very well and helped me receive all the available rebates. I picked up my new car last night and I really like it. Brian Phillips, the business manager, did an excellent job explaining my options for financing and closed the paper work out quickly and easily. I really liked my experience at Rob Sight Ford. Everyone was helpful and friendly and made the experience positive. Try them. You'll like them.

About a month ago, I took my 2011 Ford Escape to Rob Sight Ford because the Check Engine light came on. They replaced the EGR valve and wiring. Last Thursday, the Check Engine light came back on. They cleaned the carbon off the valve at no charge.

On Tue. Oct. 15 my wife took our 2018 Escape in to have the oil changed, she had to wait from 9am-12pm (3hrs.) to complete. She forgot to tell them the rear wiper was defective and was missing. The Inspection form showed it pass for the wipers. When I called the service department they said yes it takes a while for oil changes and passed me to the parts department. The issue with the wiper is you can only buy this rear wiper at a dealership since it is only a year old. Very disappointed with service!

We had a great experience with Jeff and the dealership. Jeff was honest, knowledgeable and informative, but low pressure. Very personable. Knew a lot about the vehicle we were interested in and a lot about the dealership and philosophy. He took extra steps to be sure the vehicle was in great shape and ready to go. He appears to truly enjoy his job and matching people to the right vehicle for them. Tony was also great to work with. Be sure to tell him Happy Birthday...apparently it always is!

NO Stars at all! Car went in on Thursday to have A/Cc compressor replaced. They never called and we had to call every time to even get an update. 5 days later we are charged $1595.71 and the darn A/C is not cooling. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen

We got my wife a great Escape Titanium from Rob Sight Ford. We worked with Steve who could tell wet wanted someone who could let us be and answer questions honestly when asked. He did a great job working with us and was very quick and efficient with the paperwork. We were extremely pleased with the finance process as well. We told them a couple things and they listened the first time, which is usually the most difficult part of buying a vehicle. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process, service, prices, or selection of vehicles. Well done Rob Sight Ford!

Randy provided detailed information about the needed repair and worked diligently to persuade the insurance company to approve the best way to fix the car, not the easiest or cheapest. The repair was done extremely well and the paint is a terrific match. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I highly recommend them.

I'm from NC passing through KC and I had emission issues with my van. Check engine light was on and filter overloaded was on my screen. They cleared the codes, said nothing they could do about it. They blew me off basically and pushed me off to another Ford dealer. Called my dealer at home and gave them the codes and he said it needs a couple new parts are not working properly. Trying to get it back home so a real dealership can fix my van. I leave them one star because at first they were willing to look at it. Otherwise they don't deserve anything else. Horrible way to treat a out of town customer.

This Ford dealer is very strange! The whole department, except one guy in office, looked like their boss made them overwork or something. They were so angry and they portrayed themselves as "lack of friendliness". For the God's sake, go home if you guys are suffering so much my gosh. Oh, they overcharge for a regular oil change, despite website posts $39.95, they charge close to $60 for the oil change of my Escape. So I overpaid a bit and witnessed people hate their jobs ... Should have listen to dad buy a Honda instead. Funny but true.

I am extremely pleased with my experiences with Rob Sight Ford's Service Department. I moved to Kansas City in 2019 from Wichita where I had my F-150 serviced at one of the local Ford dealerships there. I was bummed that I was going to leave a great dealership down there, but Rob Sight Ford has filled that void and then some.

The service employees are always courteous and friendly. Every time I bring my truck in for service, they have treated me like they've always known me. I really value that. I have never had any issues with work they have completed, and I will continue to be a loyal customer to Rob Sight Ford for years to come.

Looking to buy a new car I performed a search online for the type of car I was wanting. The Rob Sight web page is very easy to navigate. I found the perfect car and sent an inquiry as to the availability of the vehicle. The response time was very good--within just a few minutes. I was contacted by a sales associate who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was very easy, seamless and I was in my new car within 24 hours. I went in knowing what I wanted and didn't want and was not hassled to upgrade this or that or pressured to buy what they knew I didn't really want.

I bought a New 2016 F-150 Lariat from Rob Sight, and I really like the truck !! They had to do some minor details to the truck and when they gave me a rental, it smelled of real heavy cigarette smoke. Make sure you ask your salesperson all the documents that you need to give them if you purchase a vehicle, I had to get them documents more than once and I lived an hour away.....But I do like the truck and they gave me a decent offer on my trade in.

purchased a car and found out it was a manufacture buyback once I tried to trade it in at another dealership and was offered a price as if my car had a salvage title. the dealership was negligent in revealing this information. once confronted they obviously denied it and offered me a fair trade in value. at first I thought they were being honest in not knowing until i went on thier website and noticed that they selling my old car at retail price and are trying to swindle some other sucker. if a vehicle is a manufacture buyback, that means that the vehicle was considered a lemon from the manufacturer and will lower the value of the car considerably. almost to the point of a salvage title. beware very leary of this place and find a different place to buy a car from.

They communicated clearly with me through the entire process, and gave me clear updates on how the work was going and when it would be finished. Just a great customer service experience.

Worst customer service in the service department e...

Worst customer service in the service department ever. Made an appointment for 8am to have a problem with my vehicle diagnosed. Was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Two hours in I go to check on my vehicle only to find out they haven't even started yet. Nobody even bothered to update me. All I got from the service person was excuses for why they were so far behind. It was going to be another hour or 2 before they would have finished. Took my car and left.

Employees were friendly and there was no deviancy or hidden tactics in the sales pitch of the vehicle I was interested in. I did not feel pressured to purchase the vehicle at Rob Sight Ford which was much different than previous visits to other dealerships. Overall, a great experience.

I purchased a 2017 Edge from Rob Sight.
Everyone I worked with there was very honest and friendly.
In addition, I got the absolute lowest price on my vehicle from Rob Sight. I shopped dealerships all around the Kansas City area as well as nationwide and no one could beat the price that Rich and his staff gave me. They even obtained the exact color and model that I wanted for this price!
I would also like to say that when I brought my vehicle in for servicing, the honesty and diligence of their team continued. I had an issue with my servicing, but this was resolved promptly and fairly.
Rob Sight Ford exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

Came in for the works, and Dave B. took good care of getting my service set up and taken care of. Very informative, courteous, and helpful staff. Nice waiting area as well. I had "The Works" routine maintenance and you also receive a report as to what was serviced, and what needs attention, if anything. When finished, your car comes out clean!

The guys here are great to deal with face to face....

The guys here are great to deal with face to face. The call center however almost ruined my feelings for this dealership, I think they have probably cost them more sales then they have generated.

Luckily I stopped in and talked with them face to face as mentioned, giving them the chance to win me over.

I'm sure I wasn't easy to deal with, but they listened and honestly made me happy I had stopped in. Not to mention the wife got a car she absolutely loves.

The staff is awesome..Sandra Jacobs is the best saleslady..she was very patient with us while we were deciding on which vehicle to purchase..we also had to bring in our truck to have it serviced..got me right in..loved he got me a rental so I didn't have to sit all day in the waiting room. Won't go anywhere else to buy or service my Ford vehicles
