I brought my 1997 Ford Taurus SHO in to be cleaned...

I brought my 1997 Ford Taurus SHO in to be cleaned for carbon build-up in the intake manifold. I could have done it myself but I thought, "What the heck, might as well bring it to the pro's so it can be done right." Well, that's what I thought. I brought it in with the new gaskets in hand and when I got it back, after a closer look, I see they didn't even take my engine apart. So, I brought it back in and they insisted something was wrong when it wasn't. Finally, after 2 weeks of arguing to a service counter person, I got the manager to take care of it for me. From there, the situation was unclear and the next mechanic who worked on my car cleaned out part of my engine which wasn't supposed to be, and the gaskets weren't replaced either. From, there, all was made right and my car was cleaned. So, as long as you keep on them, they will do right.

Our sales person, Alex, was extremely helpful. Answering all of our questions and if we asked one she didn't know... She went and found out for us! Overall a great and low stress buying experience and we will absolutely be back and would recommend Alex and Rob Sight Ford to anyone we could!!

Alex was great. She almost held my hand through entire process. I have not had a car payment for 15 years and I am a senior - she made my transition virtually painless and the finance dept gave me an offer that I could handle. Now I have a 2014 Escape with low miles. They made sure my payments were doable and my warranty covered everything, so I would have no worries going forward. THANK YOU ALL!!!!

Great Customer Service! Staff is always helpful and eager to help. Dave Bryant is an example of what a customer service representative should be. He helped me get affordable tires when my budget was tight and also got my A\C fixed within my price range. Helped me out with a few discounts too! Also, had a factory recall on my door locks done in the same day. I m really impressed with his willingness to help and Can Do attitude. Great guy and an overall caring Service Writer. He really listens to his customers. I will continue to give Ford my business because they hire guys like him.

I came in Monday morning with a problem with 2013 F150. Dylan assured me there was nothing to worry about and I would have the truck back in a couple of days. I have been to other dealerships and I must say Rob Sight's service department is top notch. I live in Kearney, MO and its well worth the distance traveled to know your vehicle will be serviced right.

Dave Bryant in service is hands down the best EVER! He is always so helpful and friendly! We have not purchased a vehicle from Rob Sight, however, based on what we've experienced while waiting for service, I'm sure it would be awesome as well. Highly recommend this dealership!

Not competitive at all. Went up the road and saved over 2g and got the same thing with 10000 less miles. Better trade, better price and better personable experience. This no hassle pricing is a scam to try and make you believe thats the best you can get. Kicker is we were to be repeat customers. Now we will never walk through the door again. We do our home work and don't deal with dishonest pricing.

P s 80% of unsatisfied customers don't say anything. They don't come back.

the whole buying experience was the best i have ever had. a fair price was negotiated on the car i bought and the value of my trade. the salesman was above and beyond with his help and the finance manager took his time to select several options for me to look at before making my final decision.

Very responsive employees via web/text. They made it simple an easy, plus gave us a reasonable trade in price. Friendly and educated staff. Respected the fact that we had to be out in a timely manner and met the time that we had to leave.
We will definitely be going back for our next vehicle. Great job guys!

Worked with Erik in the service center over a noise coming from the back end of my Mustang, very nice kept me well informed as well as explaining what they found and being honest about the severity of the problem. Did not feel pressured in anyway, didn't try to sell me anything extra. Defiantly recommend this dealer.

We weren't planning on buying a car at all but our daughter had the clutch go out in her BMW on the way to grad school. We were in the market for a reliable, comfortable, and safe car. My sister got my nephew a great car from here and were happy so this was my first thought. Everyone was friendly, not pushy (they don't work on commission), and we got a fantastic car in about 2 hours. They'll treat you right.

Everything from beginning to end was great. Starting with Michael Cox. Gave us every piece of knowledge he had. The no pressure system they have works. No games No gimmicks. Was eager to run and grab keys for any car we wanted to drive with no hesitation. Finished up with Tony and the same thing there. Explained the whole dealer process to us and made it FUN believe it or not. Never had that much fun signing papers. The car we purchased was just in when we went in there. They didn't have time to get the final inspections and cleanings done before we could take it home. They gave us an identical vehicle to drive home for the night so they could get it ready to go for us. I don't have one single complaint about them. How often can you say that about a car dealer?

I have bought several vehicles in the past and this by far was the easiest transaction I have ever made. When they say "no hassle" they mean no hassle. The pricing was straight forward and they gave me a great offer for my trade in with an explanation of how they arrived at the price. The other thing I loved about this dealership was they did not keep calling or emailing me trying to get me into the deaelership as my wife and I were taking our time to buy the right vehicle. They really allowed me to initiate contact and only sent me a couple of courteous emails to check in and send me updates on new inventory that matched the type of vehicles we were interested in. I will always go to Rob Sight first for my vehicle purchases in the future and will recommend them to all of my friends and family, they know how to treat customers!

Larry and I drove from Liberty to look at a 2006 Expedition. That vehicle did not meet our family needs. While we were "cruising" the lot, we noticed the 2007 Lincoln Navigator. We went inside to wait for the salesman that I spoke with on the phone. While we were waiting, Larry recognized Gary Singer from Bob Sight Lincoln Mercury on Metcalf. We had purchased a new vehicle from Gary and our daughter purchased a new vehicle from Gary at that location. I got Gary's attention and spoke to him. In the meantime, the salesman I spoke with on the phone came in and was very gracious to let Gary help us. We told him we were interested in the Navigator and took it for a test drive. We loved it. Gary made the deal work and came up with a number that was within our budgeted range.

And of course, everyone has to visit with Tony. He was very pleasant to work with and made the whole process bearable.

Rob Sight Ford is very fortunate to have such wonderful people working at this location. We would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

My experience at Rob Sight Ford is always a good one with one exception. Whoever drives the vehicle from service to the delivery area always finds it necessary to turn on my radio. That is annoying, this is my car, leave the radio alone.

I bought a 2012 Ford Focus and though I am not extremely pleased with the car, I love the service from Rob Sight. I got the best price I could find on the car. $2000 less than another car I test drove with same features. I have had a couple problems with the car....including the transmission, and they have been great at taking care of it for me.
