The service team works with excellence, integrity, professionalism, while at the same time not loosing the friendly touch! Would love to thank Bruce and Dave or David for all the help ! Had some issues with after market head lights that were on my explorer when I bought it, and they both helped me more then they know. They communicated with me and explained everything for me to understand and helped me so I didn t spend any more money on unnecessary items! ! Thanks!

My first car was hit and totaled this past summer. I found a Pontiac Torrent from here within my first few hours of searching for a new car. I came out to look at it first off, and drove away with it. Great facilities, good vehicles, and accommodating staff. Also had a little concern over the battery so took it back and they replaced it for free of course and provided us with a complementary brand-spanking-new rental. Will go back in the future for car shopping!

I have been taking my 2012 Explorer to Rob Sight (not where I purchased it) for service for the past 3 years. Lucky for me I met Craig Touchstone in the service department my first time there. Craig is the most professional, knowledgeable, honest service adviser I have ever worked with. Because of Craig I will continue to bring my car to Rob Sight and will more than likely purchase my next Ford from them.

Made me come back to test drive my car over and over again and then flat out lied to me on what the actual tech said to me on a test drive.

Being greeted by name and in a professional manner really shows me, the customer, that my satisfaction with the service on my vehicle is important to Rob Sight Ford. The minor service I had done was completed in a timely manner as promised and the price was more than fair! This has always been a dealership I am comfortable with visiting-- and my expectations are always met!

I bought my newest car at Rob Sight, from Matt and Rich. It was pre-owned, and a Buick, not a Ford. The price was around $3k under what I d seen at different dealers. They were easy to work with, friendly and respectful. So today, an issue came up, and I called, a little upset about it. I spoke with Abby in the service dept, and she took care of everything. She, and Rich and Matt, went so far above and beyond what they needed to, in order to help me and make it all as convenient for me as possible, which is like 1000x more convenient than what I was expecting. I ve never dealt with a dealership that was as dedicated to helping their customers, even after the sale was finished. I would recommend them to anyone, and would definitely buy from them again.

I'm a AAA member and that's what made me go to Rob Sight the first time, I've been at least 4 times for my '05 Lincoln Town Car with over 330,000 miles. So needless to say I needed some major work on the vehicle, and every time I went I was treated professionally and quickly by the service staff. I would like to commend and recommend service writer Dave Bryant who is by far the most considerate, and absolute professional person you can deal with, who listened to and met my individual needs. I'm extremely satisfied with the whole experience with my visits, the dealership can count on a loyal customer in the future. Thank you!

My husband and I had seen the 2013 Ford Fusion and were interested in looking to see if we could get into a newer car. I despise going to car dealerships because the majority of the time you are given empty promises and the entire experience seems to never end... Not at Rob Sight!! This was by far the easiest and fastest car buying experience we have ever had. There is no back and forth with pricing... They come to you with their best right away. Gary was very helpful, friendly and most importantly honest. I would highly recommend Rob Sight Ford and Gary to anyone looking to get into a Ford. And Tony made signing paperwork highly entertaining! This truly was a "family" atmosphere and they made us feel right at home! We could not be more happy with entire experience and we LOVE our car!!!!

After having a horrible experience at Bob Allen Ford, I decided to go to Rob Sight Ford. I told them about my troubles over at the other dealership. The manager jokingly asked if I was a mystery shopper because he couldn't believe what he had heard.

My sales rep Cole, was very knowledgable, especially for only being there a month. Although they didn't have the exact car I wanted(no dealership does) I told them I would be ordering a new car. He took me for a test drive anyways so that I could get a feel for the car. No other dealership has offered me a test drive except at Rob Sight. I also had the opportunity to work with Sales Manager Bob Wright. Bob understands that the old ways of dealerships is becoming extinct and that making a quick buck off of the customers is not the way a business will last.

Took our car in to have the transmission updated and an oil leak fixed which took 4 days which was fine because they provided me with a rental for free ($25 deposit paid but refunded completely once rental was returned). They updated us every day about their progress and were very honest about how long it would take. Employees were respectful and very helpful.

Great New Car Sales Experience. Went New Car shopping with 10 area Ford Dealers. All 10 Said the right things, 5 had friendly actions. Jay and Michele were the friendliest. Jay had the best price and was the easiest to get along with of the 5 that I continued to deal with in the closing stages of my bid comparisons. Michele helped during the deal settlement and handing over delivering of the vehicle. I gave them highest marks because they deserved and earned it.

Best car buying experience that I have ever had. I went through the internet department and worked with Bea Morales. She did a great job and made everything simple and easy. I told her what my budget was and what I was wanting/looking for and she made it happen. Quite a pleasant experience with no hassle and no headaches. There was a hiccup (very small) near the end of the process but we were able to work it out in the end. It is refreshing to work with and to know that there is a dealership that has integrity out there. I DEFINITELY recommend Bea and the Rob Sight Ford team. I had worked with Keith ~2 years ago while test driving and pricing a vehicle that we did not end up purchasing. I visited Keith again when I became interested in a '15 Fusion. Keith was low pressure and allowed me to shop in my own quirky manner. He allowed me to drive the Fusion without any fuss and he took me at my word when I said I would reach out to him if I was interested....he didn't hassle me. Keith responded to my detailed inquiry for pricing info included every number I asked for (most did not). In the end, even after multiple rounds of offers by 5 other area dealerships, Keith's first offer was the best. It was a pleasure working with Keith and, should a Ford be considered in our family again, we won't hesitate to visit him and Rob Sight again.

Have used Rob Sight Ford Sales and Service for the past 12 years and have always had a great experience with the staff. So when my 2017 F-150 needed some body work due to an accident, I figured I would try Rob Sight Collision for the repairs. I am glad I made that decision. The staff walked me through the process of what to expect once insurance estimator reviewed the vehicle, how long it would take for parts and to make the repairs, and ensured I had their contact information and told me to call with any questions at any time. Randy (Mgr) and Cole were very helpful in answering all my questions. The people there did an excellent job in repairing and finishing my truck. I highly recommend Rob Sight Collision because of their quality customer service and excellent work they did to restore my F-150.

They claimed to have inventory on their website, but I arrived and they had nothing, nor any knowledge of it existing or coming in.

When I asked if this was a ploy to get people to drive out to the dealership everyone went quiet. Given the nature of the vehicle I was looking for I saw through this pretty quickly.

If you have to bait people to your dealership at least teach your salespeople how to cover your tracks.

If you look up "amazing customer service" in the dictionary, you will find a picture of Dave Bryant. We were traveling through KC from Colorado on our way to Texas last week trailering a boat with our 2018 F150. The truck would randomly stop running whenever we pulled off to get gas or take a pit stop. No lights, no warnings, no gauges overheating or anything. We found a TSB related to our engine and this problem that suggested we needed some reprogramming of one of the systems. We were far from home and out of luck.

Another Ford dealership that we called said there was no way we could bring our truck in, so we tried Rob Sight. The person I talked to said "sure, bring it in the next morning." We showed up and I guess the person I talked to had not passed along the message that we would be stopping by.

Dave was awesome! He found a tech to tend to our PCM reprogram job and got us on the road again. I seriously can't say enough about how great it was to have Dave on duty that day. He was super friendly and kept us in the loop the whole time. We would have had to cancel the trip if we couldn't count on the truck.

Thanks to Dave and the rest of kick-butt service team at Rob Sight we were able to keep on rolling. You guys are the best!

Had a good experience with Rob Sight Ford. Had great communication with the dealership and was able to get a deal on a car here with no troubles at all. Needless to say I was happy with my experience overall here and although I live in Saint Louis, I would recommend these guys to any of my friends to take the extra road trip for a deal on a car.

He didn't stop until I was totally satisfied with my purchase and made sure that he showed me how to operate the vehicle with all of the latest technology it had. Sold me a used truck that I have had one week. I noticed problems with the paint and the passengers side mirror had been glued together but came apart. I took the truck in to two reputable auto body repair shop to see if the truck had been wrecked and they confirmed that it had been.Went back to Rob Sight Ford, they refused to fix the mirror or the paint and wouldn't buy the truck back or get me into another vehicle. I am in the process of filing complaints and a law suit.

Very Impressed! We lived in the country for 16 years and had several deer collisions. I never could leave a five star review for any of the other shops we went to. We recently moved to town and hit another deer on vacation. Randy at the Rob Sight collision center understood we needed a quick turn around because we didn't have rental insurance. Not only did they get it done quick, we were updated on the progress throughout the process. When we picked it up it shined like new. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.`

Within the last month we purchased a vehicle from this dealership. We encountered several logistical issues with the sales department. I will start by saying, I am female assisting my 19 year old son buying his first vehicle from a dealership. I have been involved with the purchase and sell of numerous vehicles and homes, so I am familiar with the process. Upon initial test drive, we offered to purchase the vehicle. We offered full asking price, which was fair according to Kelly Blue book. At this point, we were told they didnt have possession of the title. As our lender required immediate possession of the title (which is common practice), our purchase was stalled. The sales team required us to put a $100. deposit on the vehicle so they didnt sell it to someone else, while we waited for THEM to get their paperwork together, and acquire the title. When the title finally became available, two weeks later, they withdrew not the $100 deposit, but $1000.!, without our knowledge. This resulted in a negative balance and nsf fees with the very same bank providing lending for the vehicle! At this time, I realized the sales team provided us with copies of all signed documents BUT the sales paper detailing the $100 deposit. Coincidence? I did not confront the sales team regarding the lack of providing a copy of this one document, expecting earnest efforts to correct the problem. They did return the $1000 right away, no problem. However, at the final signing, they failed to provide copies of more than one document, again. I did make it a point to request them. Everyone was kind enough, but I cant help but see the coincidence and repeated failure to openly provide adequate documentation. I believe it is customary to receive copies of any and ALL documentation signed with big purchases. We shouldn't even have to ask. We also asked to take possession of the vehicle while waiting for the title, our salesman told us we could not because of "insurance reasons". I responded that's unfortunate, I know several local dealerships allow a test drive of a vehicle for 2 days, without a deposit. So either the salesman was lying or they need to step up their service quality game. I probably wouldn't return to this dealership in the future as I find it difficult to trust they overlooked providing copies of signed documents more than once and someone authorized the $1000 withdrawal. I hope this helps others.

The "no hassle pricing" really is true! I was hesitant to believe the website but upon arriving and working out the numbers it was exactly as advertised. Nice place to do business. Purchased my 2014 Fusion there and I'm loving it. Ecstatic about the deal I received and pleased that I didn't have to fight to get it. I literally walked through the door, confirmed the web price, test drove the car, and inked the deal. No shady "checking with the boss in the back" or anything of that nature. Would buy here again!

I worked with Win Glass and Frank in finance. Win was good. I have no complaints with him. However Frank was extremely pushy and disrespectful of my saying no to his warranty. I get that its his job to sell. However he used scare tactics, talked down to me and talked over me. I felt belittled and he was trying to make me feel like an idiot for not buying. I might have been inclined to consider the policy had there been ANYTHING in writing explaining the policy. He claimed that they wouldnt have a policy to look at until I agree to the policy. No. That is not how this works. How can I make an educated decision on what to buy if you wont tell me what I'm buying? I was sent to the bank with two purchase orders (because he flat out refused to fax them in to my contact at the bank.) I ended up taking a picture of them on my phone? emailed them to her, she got them immediately and got me all of the information within a few minutes. She also included the information on the warranty they offer. Guess which warranty I went with? The one I actualy knew what I was buying. When I told him I was refusing their warranty he continued to push and treat me like an idiot. It was so bad that I almost walked out, but I needed the car bad enough I couldn't. That is a very horrible feeling. I feel bad for Win because I cant in good conscience refer anyone to that dealership with how Frank treated me.

I took my 2015 Jeep to be repaired after it was in a wreck. I am not certain of his title, but, Vince Cunningham, was AMAZING. Not only did he repair the damage, the Jeep was detailed to perfection. My husband secretly had the windows tinted for Christmas and they did a great job on that as well. They were timely and courteous. If I ever need repairs again, I am headed to see Vince.

Went to look at a truck. Called to see if it was available and was told it was so I headed down. I obviously looked it up, priced it and knew they were $2500 over KBB. Ok, I get there and they were friendly and had the truck pulled up front. On the test drive i noticed a bearing noise, squeaking brakes and the 4wd made a horrible noise when disengaging. They said they were going to fix all that but I could buy it today. Nope. I did email the salesman to see when the truck might be fixed so I can test drive it again and if they were negotiable on the price. "We are a one price dealer." Since when does a dealer think they can do whatever they want? If they were priced right according to Kbb or NADA then sure, but $2500 over value for a truck with problems? I had cash in my pocket to buy the truck but I'm not about to overpay. Carvana is coming to town. They are a one price dealer too. My Jaguar F type was KBB priced at $53000, Carvana price $47600. If you're gonna be stuck on price you better be lower than everyone else

My experience was very friendly, fun and professional and they focus on customer satisfaction to even minute things. Service dept is excellent along with the sales department. They are very flexible in satisfying all your needs. I recently bought a used ford mustang for a price less 2k of kbb value and had it bumper to bumper checked from a local mechanic and everything was perfect. great mileage great deal I guess no hassle principle worked pretty good for me. I worked mainly Sandra Jacobs, Tony Wright and Sue(Receptionist) and Bruce Ginther. I must say that every car they would sell will be checked for perfection.

You always hear if it's too good to be true it probably isn't. I thought buying this truck from Rob Sight was too easy but they came through like I've never experienced before. I live in Tulsa and had a deal done in 3 emails and a few texts in just a few hours. They kept their word and delivered exactly what they said they would. No games, no changing numbers when I got there and absolutely no pressure!!! Jackson had my F-150 gassed and ready to go. No pressure no hassle. Jackson and Scott are the best!!!

I needed some warranty work completed and an oil change. I called and was scheduled for the following day. I brought my vehicle in and an hour later the work was done. The staff were great to work with, the work was performed well, and the cost was very fair. I am 100% pleased.

I can't say enough good things about Rob Sight For...

I can't say enough good things about Rob Sight Ford. We live in South Dakota. Dealers here are horrendous. Everything is WAY overpriced, and they want to steal your trade-in every time. That is, if they even WANT your trade-in. I've always compared buying a vehicle to getting a root canal. I HATE IT. But I have to say I've NEVER been treated better by a dealer IN MY LIFE (I'm 61!) than Rob Sight Ford.

We drove 480 miles one way to buy a beautiful 2011 Chrysler Town & Country van from Win Glass at RSF that we found on the Internet.

First, the price for the vehicle we bought was $5000 LESS than ANY comparable Town & Country in our area. I'll travel 960 miles round trip to save that much money any day. We left SD on Thursday, bought the T&C, and drove it home on Friday.

It was fine in every respect, EXCEPT for four items.

One, RSF's Service Dept. should've checked the tire pressures before we took it. The Tire Pressure Indicator came on (Good thing it works!), so I had to find a place with an air hose, which isn't easy today. Annoying, but nothing major.

Two, it seems the front end is just slightly out of alignment. I saw one tire worn improperly was rotated to the back. It's a common dealer's trick, and most people wouldn't notice it, but I'm VERY fussy about that stuff. The other three tires are very good.

Three, it seems I have one tire slightly out of balance, (Which, incidentally, does not cause that kind of wear, as someone down there tried to tell me). Nothing HUGE, mind you, but things that SHOULD be checked on any nice used vehicle like this one, since none of these things are a major cost to a dealer.

Last, the service sticker indicates the van was just serviced, but the onboard computer's saying an oil change is due. So, I guess I'll have to get the oil changed this week,, too. If it had been serviced, the low tire pressures SHOULD ALSO have been found and corrected. What's up with that, Win???

Again, none of these things are earth-shaking, though the low tire pressure isn't safe to let go too long. The overall condition of the vehicle, however, is superb.

Would I buy from Rob Sight Ford again? In a New York minute, but NEXT TIME, I'm going to take it for a longer road test.

AGAIN, I think Rob Sight Ford is head and shoulders above ANY dealer in my area here in South Dakota, and I'll recommend them to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Rob Sight was the only Ford dealer in all of Kansas City to have a loaded 2017 - F150 Lariat we were looking for at the price we believed to be fair. Their vehicle was in exceptional condition and had every aftermarket item we would have added later. We are very satisfied with Keith our salesman and Scott the finance guy. Great experience.
