Worst customer service in the service department ever. Made an appointment for 8am to have a problem with my vehicle diagnosed. Was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Two hours in I go to check on my vehicle only to find out they haven't even started yet. Nobody even bothered to update me. All I got from the service person was excuses for why they were so far behind. It was going to be another hour or 2 before they would have finished. Took my car and left.
