I have been taking my 2012 Explorer to Rob Sight (not where I purchased it) for service for the past 3 years. Lucky for me I met Craig Touchstone in the service department my first time there. Craig is the most professional, knowledgeable, honest service adviser I have ever worked with. Because of Craig I will continue to bring my car to Rob Sight and will more than likely purchase my next Ford from them.
