It a mixture of families and couples place.
Food is amazing with a huge variety
4 swimming pools, Sandy beach, water activity, entertainment, kids area,private villas,nice spa and many many more

This hotel is a nice hotel. Service is ok. Unfortunately 90% Russian is spoken here and it was very annoying that one was always addressed in Russian. The rooms are large and sauber.Beim check out (only "the cards / keys please" and that was it!) Very cold farewell not even a good trip desired. Very unprofessional for a 5 star hotel.
Pesonal needs to be better trained / friendliness.

A good or bad image of the hotel and the last impression always leaves the staff at check out.

Risk is all super. Expensive of course, but worth it.

Belek is a good area of Antalya and has some of the best hotels

Terrible service. Faulty rooms (leaks from ceiling), air con never works at night.. none of the staff speak English and always take your orders wrong. Food is okay but repetitive. Breakfast is terrible and hygiene is poor. Staff are lazy and the restaurants you can chose from are terrible. Indoor pool doesnt work along with some other facilities. Staff are lazy and dont actually want to work. Better off avoiding this hotel if you are expecting the four seasons or st regis standards. This is mid range and would probably give it a 4 star max. Rating is 2/10 for me.

Beautiful place, sweet tricks, relaaaax and service Khayaaaaal

Care for their guests and they show interest, happily guests from the hotel, we think they care a lot to passengers. Thank you especially in this respect. Our holiday continues, a hotel where we can come back again and again in the future.

This place is not up to the hype, other than the fantastic choice of food, it is mediocre. The kids club Rixy is a joke and there is no true animation team on site with evening entertainment. Very disappointing for a hotel chain of such prominence.

Everything great.
There is definitely 5 stars for all employees of this hotel who only have to work with a mask all day during this heat.
I have never seen anything comparable in terms of zeal for work and friendliness.

The Rixos Premium Belek is really a grand and fabulous hotel. It is huge in area with a few outdoor and an indoor swimming pools, gym, indoor basket ball play area, table tennis, spa, yoga, cinema and more.
The hotel food is superb, only 2nd to maldeves so far in my experience.
Excellent value for money as all meals and all facilities were included in our package.
Other praiseworthy features are:
* excellent room service
* very helpful and friendly staff
* excellent food
* the whole hotel including all areas are very clean (a very important feature for me)
* part of the beach belongs to the hotel and is well maintained
* train ride around hotel for children
* children indoor play, activities
* games for children
* clean room
* very nice and comfortable bed
* free transfer from and to airport
* free visit to 'land of legends' including travel

Only drawback for me - the bathroom in our room is not very well organised and its door is a bit funny; although the space for the bathroom is quite large/spacious.

All in all, I have had an excellent experience and really enjoyed my time relaxing.

Surely 5 stars from me.

What to write, royal treatment in every way, all praise

Tonight is our last night in rixos.we came in last year, it was the same quality again. This year we went to rixos basement for the first time and the quality was very low due to the corona. We were not satisfied at all. only the employees are masked guests are free.the quality of the food is good.alacart restaurants are super friendly and very interested.

Everything is on the level, we really liked it. Meat lovers are simply paradise. The territory is large, despite the huge number of people, no one bothers anyone. I strongly advise.

Stayed at Grand Park Lara.
Not for us so managed to get a move thanks to our jet2 rep. Took a few of hours to sort out but so glad we moved. We usually stay at Barut Lara and this is equally the same standard if not more grand. A bit more chilled than the Barut. Perfect for that pre winter destress, sunshine feel.

Rixos quality is the best if you want to pamper yourself

Close to the airport, the rooms are adequate, the service staff is extremely reckless, but the number of employees is insufficient. The Aquapark is closed, but the land of legends is free. Meals are successful

We had a great experience with Rixos premium. Great staff, very clean and lots of activities.

Rixos is Rixos especially this one. Very decent hotel. This is the place you want to go back to and give advice to your friends. There is a place to hold business meetings, have a rest with the kids, or just get away. Everyone will find something for themselves.

You want to travel for miles in the hotel. For dining, 1 km from the lake houses, 500 m from the beach. A total of 10 km walk every day. In the main restaurant, there is only one buffet. You'll walk 100 m to buy meatballs and walk a further 100 to put onions. I like the staff concerned but uninformed. Don't expect a surprise, everything is in place. Animated consistency. The entrance to Aquaparka is free, and the meals there are very friendly. They're head of business. Kids Club is unreliable. If something happens to the child, excuses are made and the big women accuse the little boy.

Exceptional from all points of view. If he had aqua park in the resort it was perfect.

Perfect, especially for families. You can really take a rest but also to do interesting stuff. There is no place with more food then here, and it is very tasty.

Large territory. Great rooms. Great choice of food during main meals and between them. True intermediate snacks and ice cream could be better. Many leisure options: petanque, shooting, water polo, yoga, fitness, darts, and the list goes on. High-quality unobtrusive animation - go past the lobby, and there someone plays the piano. I did not see the surf station - maybe not the season. Of the possible disadvantages - the size - it is really big, there are a lot of people in the season - that's why this is not the place for a secluded rest. And of course - the price - you have to pay for all the pleasures.
