A beautiful and classy hotel with a beautiful nature but very expensive for the Iranians

This hotel is beautiful I went there 1 week ago there are a lot of activities for children there is also a mini club outside with lots of great activities you can also go to the theme park The land of legend for free I strongly advise

Great experience... A Big place and yet easy to reach all the places.. Suitable for both families and individuals.. And very neat... But no English speakers

What can I say... Amazing hotel.. Food.. Accomodation.. Facilities... Smiley service.. Quality.. Yes its a quality all inclusive stay here.. U can not fault anything about this hotel.. Clean.. Modern.. Amazing atmosphere.. The staff was friendly.. Dressed professional.. Guests relations gave us a call and ask how the stay was.. They make sure they earn their money.. Worth every penny.. I am a travel agent and guide so I know my way around hotels.. And what to expect and what my guests would expect... Animal's Excursions deffinately recommends Rixos Premium Belek.

The hotel is not premium. Good 5. Rested with a family of 2 adults and 2 children - 4.5 and 2.5 years. Pros- 1. Good area. There is where to take a walk. 2. Various activities in the territory during the day. 3. Good sea and beach. Towels without cards, you can take as much as you want. 4. Children's club. 5. There is a children's table in the dining room. 6. Russian language is known almost everywhere. Faced only when checking in the absence of a Russian-speaking employee. 7. A good evening show with guest artists. Cons- 1. The hotel is large, a lot of people. The child first got sick with rotavirus, the next day dad. Although they didn t swim in the pool, they washed their hands, and so on. In conversations with other vacationers, many have either rotavirus or stomach problems. 2. The dining room. There is a lot of food, but it is monotonous. Over 10 days fed up. Appliances and glasses are dirty, so check. Queues for food. Dinner starts at 7. If you arrive 10 minutes later, there are no empty seats. And when they, if all of a sudden, get free, you have to wait another 10 minutes until someone removes them. At breakfast at 7-15 in the morning there are few waiters, you have to run after them and ask for water to be poured. 3. We arrived at the hotel at 7-30 in the morning, tired of the road, refused to settle. They said take a walk, Wait 14-00, but the treasured bill of 20 euros quickly resolved the issue. Before us, three more families did so. 4. Cleaning. In public places and toilets is clearly not in time for the number of people. The toilet on the beach is generally tin. Such dirt should not be. The rooms are fast and superficial. The result is a good 5, but no more. Obviously not premium. For the price that they paid in anticipation of a premium hotel, they got a good five.

The staff is very close to everything is very nice and very friendly smiling face of the quality of the food to be catered to everyone is ultra super ultra-beautiful for us was the honeymoon rixos family very tesekkurederiz

Actually, I gotta give it to them they really amazing we enjoyed over there. Good service nice view and the rooms are suitable to take a rest there.

A wonderful hotel legend ... Turkey's shining yuzlerinden

6th visit- better than ever! We have not visited Rixos for the last 2 summers after going every summer for 5 years. Last time we came we both agreed it had slipped slightly with the food and service and after speaking with some of the staff, it was clear there was an issue with the lack of Russians visiting due to the political stance at the time. This hotel is 90% Russian/eastern European and as such, it is often difficult to communicate as most staff don t speak English. Fair enough, you shouldn t expect it but it does make it a bit difficult and as such, I would say the Russians get better service without such a communication barrier.

Despite this, I still must give it 5 stars as for value for money, I honestly think it s unrivalled. We are firm fans of Dubai and visit every year. You come to expect the very best resorts out there, and almost nowhere within a 4 hour flight offers the same quality and size of resort. Rixos Premium Belek has seriously upped their game lately. Within the AI concept there is now a fantastic new theme and water park, Land of Legends. We were dubious about this before we came, assuming it was going to be average at best. It s huge and brilliant! Rides to rival Universal Studios and almost empty! No queuing for anything! The water park is really big. Similar to Volcano Bay / Wild Wadi. Also has dolphins etc but we didn t look at that area. Free transfers from our hotel all day.

Back to the hotel, we paid on arrival for an upgraded room. We were due to stay in the Troy houses but we knew from last time that the swim up rooms on the opposite side of the pool would work really well for our family. The upgrade was $100p/n and worth every penny. 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 good sized terraces one with jetty style platform. We much prefer the quieter pool here although if you re a fan of activities and a more buzzing environment then the main pool is also fun.

For kids there is so much. A new and improved Rixy Club has a great water park area, indoor and outdoor activities including a go ape style course and as many slushes our boys could ask for.

You honestly don t need to use cash for anything while you re on resort. Everything you can think of is included. Mini bar stocked with branded treats and alcohol every day, premium brand ice creams at every pool bar, branded spirits, and even a coffee shop takeaway and patisserie for when you re after something between meals. (Not that you ll ever need anything!)

We visited the Meat and Love restaurant at a $45 per head supplement. We were pretty much the only ones there and the service was second to none. The staff were so attentive- glasses never empty, and course after course was fantastic. The menu just says Beef Steak . We asked what type, and then they explained that they have many cuts from fillet to porterhouse and you just choose which cut you like! Our eldest boy (15) had the T-Bone and it was enormous! Definitely worth a visit, you ll not be disappointed.

The one little niggle I would have and it s not a big issue... having been here so many times it would be nice to have that recognised. I m not expecting special treatment, but many hotel chains such as another favourite of ours, Four Seasons, heavily focus on returning guests and often give upgrades for their loyalty etc. Again, not vital but it would have been nice.

We will be booking again for next year for a guaranteed relaxing week away with great facilities, food and drink.

Great resort! Service, rooms, food and entertainment are all at the highest level. The first time I went to a hotel in Turkey, and now I understand why I ll predict such hotels. A lot of activities and entertainment, sports and every evening performances. Recommend!

The food is of the same type. Poor clean. Bartender Ahmet professional. It seems only he knows how to make cocktails around the ryxos.

Were not in the hotel but in the shopping street of the hotel. Really the hammer, the best shops, normal prices, no tourist prices. Huge selection. Big stage, free concert Weekly of a well-known singer / rin. Man does not need to go to the center, there is everything and even cheaper. We will book the hotel next. Recommendation!

Great Hotel, great rooms, great friendly stuff, very good food, nice beach, great bars.

But I need to mention couple concerns that I found to be very important and thats why I had to put 4 stars:

1. In a restaurant, when they put fork and knife, why they have to put fork on left, knife on right, and napkin on the middle. I think its cleaner to put fork and knives on top of napkin instead of puting them straight on table, which is not really cleaned after each rotation.
2. Management must talk to golf car drivers. There are a lot of them to transport people because property is big. But drivers forget about safety of people who walk on sidewalk. They must slow down!!! It looks like a race track, where each of them show how fast he can drive. Plus roads have so many curves and hills, it is really really dangerous for pedestrians. And remember a lot of families with small kids. They are very lucky not to have any accidents up to this day. Once I had to jump off the sidewalk not to be hit by it. At night some of them have no lights which makes it even more dangerous. So this hotel really have safety issues on pedestrian sidewalks because of golf cars.
Also someone drives small Hummer like car around property, but pretty dangerously as well.
Management please fix this safty issue for your own sake before something terrible did not happen.

Other than that, I enjoyed the stay at Rixos Premium
Especiialy stuff at restaurants are very friendly. Five stars.

Old school hotel, starting with the rooms (used furniture, used bathroom utilities, cracked walls and visible repairs) and ending with the pools (clasic dreptunghiular shape, old ceramic tiles, old wood deck). For the money i paid i had higher expectations. Max 4 stars, thinking of 3+

i have visited many hotels in belek but this is the worst. no sea view, when you stand on the balcony you can smell all the trash from the hotel. no extensive activities for small children, only thing they recommend is to go to land or legends. the rooms are just like the rooms of the state hospitals no atmosphere or color 1 big pool and that's it

The first time Agi Antalya and live in this terrible resort price is high but butter deserves everything literally free of events such as shows Valleil, cinema, sports in the pool and Land of Legends place for water games and things to free upholstered on the level of eating or drinks such as mojito, colada and Red Bull

An excellent hotel.I was the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Relevance to all of the dishes was great. Thanks to the rixospremium belek family.

The advantages of this hotel certainly include a wide selection of buffet dishes, fish, meat, Turkish, Italian, Asian cuisine. The desserts are excellent. A wonderful hotel for families with children, you can spend all week here, it will not be boring. From the minuses, the rooms show that the hotel is no longer new, the staff responds to minor comments, but the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom cannot be removed without repair. The staff is polite, they speak Turkish, Russian and English almost everything.

One of the best resorts you can every visit!! Has everything, all kind of actives, exceptional staff, unbelievably fantastic food and you will defentily enjoy the different landscapes!!

Nice hotel and view and facilities , but bad service and cleanness.

The hotel in general is nice. Also, I think it is a great opportunity for people staying in this hotel (especially for families with children) to benefit from the Land of Legends. In fact, it is possible to spend a nice and quality time from the family to the morning. Rixos is one of the few hotels in Belek region that meets the needs in Belek. Congratulations on the management.

Sophisticated luxury.If we had a chance to give more stars we would.Everything was amazing.The best thing was the tree next to the pool.Food quality,room,shows all top quality.We will be back.

Great food, enormous menu, huge, animated weakness, mosquito problem and the weakest staff. The fact that I was foreign to the foreign guests and rude to the Turkish customers made me uncomfortable.

Best hotel in Turkey. Largest choice of food that I seen before in hotels around a world

Premium hotel. Elegant diverse cuisine, all fresh, seasonal fruits, baby food. Friendly staff.

The villas, which are likened to the historical structure, give you peace.

The hotel is wonderful but quality of service and hospitality goes down each years. Especially the guest relations desk is terrible and disrespectful. If you are looking for similar quality and comfort I suggest you Regnum Carya Hotel and Maxx Royal Belek and Kemer. In this visit our family disappointed. Sorry for opinion..

Worst possible service.

I Waited 5 hours for rooms that weren't prepared.

The reception staff are poorly trained and have really bad attitudes.
The Manager is a liar. Makes promises and doesn't keep to his word.

Rixos Belek should not be considered at star establishment.

Never again!!!

An outstanding hotel and fantastic service. There were a group of 17 of us celebrating my fathers and uncles 60th. Hotel very accomodating and special thanks to Ozcan who organised our stunning villas and beach side cabanas! Fantastic food and drink. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect place... amazing, wish to visit every summer

Rixos premium Belek as a local tourist 5 days.
1.gun: I met with a VIP welcome at the door, I felt very special, thank Mustafa my brother.
I felt more interested in foreigners than the first day.
2.gun: all day by the sea and the pool was well passed, the interest in refreshments at the beach bar was nice,
The evening before the children are special, then the stage shows were nice in terms of time to pass.
Day 3: we went to the long end legands for the facilities provided by the hotel, not a place to go with children under 7 years old. Then, the first day I wrote in various social media platforms that there was much interest in foreigners, the hotel management wanted to contact me.
After returning to the hotel, the staff should have been warned about this, so they read me their comments and drowned me. Fortunately, we're full of interest today
Day 4: Everything returned to the beginning of yesterday's interest again. When you speak Turkish, your facial expressions change.
In the evening, we had dinner in the Fish Restaurant, which we had booked earlier, and I could simply say, "A man doesn't do that." I thought I was the owner of Rixos, and I've got all the friends there.
Day 5: The last day passed the routine.
Last Review: The hotel is excellent, the food, the environment, the activities are very nice .... In this context Samet ,, Mesut, Osman ,, and kamilla brothers and sisters at the main restaurant. But; My comment on the first day was still valid, and for 5 days they were more interested in the stranger.

There is no bad thing in this hotel. Besides, the animators did not see them during the day and only three of them were hanging on the dance floor when there was live music. Weak animation

Very nice place to stay with your family
Staff are very helpful

Having one of the longest sandy beaches, the hotel is cozy and the meals are superb. Let's not forget the huge aquarium and game slides.

Once you come, you can not be comfortable in another place, neither titanic, nor regnum nor gloria, you can not be satisfied with any hotel, due to an inconvenience caused by us to the owner of the fettah beye ie rixsos hotels, we did not answer anyway, but we lucked out, we said no chance to try, but this is our chance not fettah, the brain responded to the moment of modesty and the problem was solved, the staff is about the same as him, please tell me what to do for you to say that the kitchen team, so I pass through the door first of all you enter the peaceful environment, face smirking, not smiley faces greets you, many thanks rixsos.

I stayed at this property from 26-09-2018 and checked out 29-09-2018. The lobby, gardens, buffets and entertainment facilities were excellent. The desserts and coffee served in the patisserie area were truly 5 star.
My problem with this hotel, lies in the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was still wet from being cleaned, but in the corners were still chip crumbs which were not cleaned when they did the shampoo nor were they cleaned for our entire stay. House keeping, basically just makes your bed and replaces towels, toilet roll etc as part of their service. They do not clean the toilet and shower at all! This is quite sad as this is what I'm remembering about Rixos Premium Belek and not the rest of the awesomeness!
