Frankly a fabulous hotel where there is a fish restaurant and needs a salsa because it is in a side walk and needs to be booked. Everything is beautiful in the hotel and excellent service and no help from you like Bakhshish or others

Just returned home after two weeks at Rixos. The hotel was amazing food was out of this world vast selection to choose, if you can't find some you like your not looking.
Staff can't do enough for you nothing is a issues.
Few things that I didn't like
The late evening intertaiment little earlier for younger family with children.
The pool bar barman.
I called him. "egor" If your blonde and Russian he is all over you takes his time making cocktails.. like a art to him 10 minutes to make a drink is excessive. While the other barmen are rushing to serve others.
The Irish bar and lobby bar. Both great bars only pit fall the carpets require a deeeeep clean from spilt drinks.

Well I do not know how or where to start. The place is superb. The spa, Turkish bath (hammam) and health club are way beyond any comparison. The food at Tourqouise Restaurant is spectacular with endless varieties, none less than perfect, and great staff (especially Ugur Sahin), not to mention that it is almost always open with its indoor & outdoor seating areas. The indoor and outdoor pools are great and sunbathing beds are at every site (in the garden, by the pool, at the beach). Lots and lots of chique & comfortable lounges and seating areas. There are lots of activities and play areas for kids as well as facilities for basketball, football, beach volleyball, tennis and table tennis. The accommodation is all-inclusive which means that you have access to all those ammenities all the time and without extra charges. The only drawback is the dark coarse sand at the beach and not very clear sea water. However, all in all, this place is a stunningly spectacular resort whether you're alone or with family and kids.

This is the one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. The beach side is beautiful, the pools are massive, the buffet is sumptuous, rooms are comfortable and activities are plenty! Simply loved this place. Would love to visit again!

Unfortunately, our holiday did not meet my expectations. We booked, for a much higher price, a room for two adults and two children. Embarrassing were only the attempts to offer something world cuisine. If you have no idea how Italian food should taste, or Japanese sushi should look like, you should not be pompous on the stands. There is also a shopping mall in the basement. However, the prices were so excessive that I have not yet seen a hotel guest shopping there. Finally, I would like to mention the amusement park, which could be freely entered by hotel guests. The prices in the park have the joy of free admission, not for a long. <br/> For infants, this facility is not suitable. Highly recommended is this facility only for children over 6 years. The facility is really very nice but the quality of the food could have been better. The desserts were good, the food was not as small in variety but I think the quality could have been better compared to other hotels in this class. The rooms were also fine. They couldn't prepare for the new season. The number of staff is kept low and the personnel have difficulty in catching the customer. We had an amazing holiday there - staff were attentive and friendly, so much food and drink - you eat like a king and queen for your stay. Lots to see and do - the pools are fabulous, the beach is amazing and its so clean. The spa is WOW!!! But treatments are expensive and they have this weird payment set up where some prices are either in American Dollars, Turkish Lira or Euros.

No need to take any toiletries as everything is supplied, free wifi and towels in abundance.

Look out for Mert from Guest Relations and say I said hi - he looked after us very well.

On our last day we missed our coach due to the staff not telling us it was there when we requested that they did - so we were given a private car to the airport due to being their fault!!!

First of all we can say that we are very satisfied. Our 4-night may holiday was perfect. The sea is classic belek sea so not nice but, the hotel is fine and the cuisine is excellent. Variety quite rich, kitchen budget high. Drinks were always cold, service was good. As a concept with Maxxroyal, I need to compare it with Voyage, which is a different hotel and half the price I think, and it is much better quality and comfortable than Voyage.

Every things were good but the receptions. They are not nice. We stay for 2 hours in lobby to get the room. Also the others resturants like sea foods and turkish foods are always full. We could not have food there.

You can have breakfast then go to swimming pool and enjoy seaside then have lunch and rest and enjoy an event ,use game room and club and stay in the bar or go to cinema.
