Rixos Premium Belek Reviews

Passed few days at Rixos premium belek with my family after seeing the advertising and publicity, very nice hotel if we are talking about view, accommodation, diversity in the buffet, decor, activities and shows. The only thing and the most important that was not good was the service and the cleanliness, the smell in the lobby and the restaurant was a disaster all the time. Rooms are dirty and never cleaned as it should be in a 5 stars hotel, and never cleaned on time, they barely remove the trash bags and that's it! Cups for the coffee and tea are left with stains inside and that's disgusting! Even the tea bags that we used the day before were not removed by the cleaning staff, instead of removing them, they throwed them under the balcony! Too bad for this hotel to have such a huge problem with their personnel!

Nice Turkish hotel. Food, drinks all as usual. What did not like: repairing the roof of the hull. Today, they started banging at 8 o'clock in the morning. I run and get up early, but in relation to other tenants it is tough. The restaurant at dinner is very noisy (bare walls and the sound is not extinguished by anything), there are no tablecloths (as I used to them already).

Beautiful hotel. Most beautiful I've been to. Day and night service. With its own brand boutiques and jewelers. Shoe cleaner. Different swimming pools. Water amusement park. Good food. Disco. Massage.

Stop giving money to the sea view as it is only faint. I don't expect 5 stars to see broken sheets. Lots of food but not high quality

I can not comment on the hotel, there are pandemic situations, the concept of the holiday has changed a lot, the employees are respectful drinks. There is even a non-smoking section while eating in the open area. This is a very fine approach.

Well after reviewing them 5 star I completely change my review .It is my 6th stay. Hotel is real 5 stars. But this hotel does not care of non-smokers and the guest with no kids. Hotel management looks like listening customers problem , give More

Beautiful concept. The service, attention and relevance is very nice. Variety of dishes and the ingredients used are very high quality. Each meal was too much for breakfast varieties of fruit etc. All good quality. They serve your feet to the beach and the pier. The staff makes a lot of effort to please you. Definitely recommended.

Fabulous holiday, great hotel and really friendly, efficient staff

Good food and drink selection but the service has some room for improvement. Some of the hotel policies doesn't make sense either. We booked the Italian restaurant for 12 people one night and were informed that they can only give us two six person tables. I was informed that if they put the two tables together they have to charge us an additional $10 / person after the 8th person. Go figure!

Excellent hotel! Very comfortable and cozy rooms. A varied and high-quality food. Friendly and helpful staff. Magnificent territory.

Foods are perfect! All of them! I loved all the restaurants here.
The beach and seaside are beautiful.
Housekeeping service is excellent.
You can visit The Land of Legends as free.
There are lots of activities you can do.
You can have fun and also relax. Perfect place!

Lovely 5 star Hotel, everything is A+ about the Rixos Premier Belek. All the staffs were super friendly and welcoming. Amazing modern rooms. Throughly enjoyed our 5 days with so much we got at the price we paid! Haven't come across a better hotel than this despite almost always putting up at 5 star hotels everytime we travel. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything is so good here, which one should I tell

The best of the Rixos. What more could you ask for in a hotel? Cinema, Bars, Bakeries. They made the street. It's like walking through the streets of another country. We went in October. We entered the sea when the country was winter. Another fall is around there.

Absolutely fantastic! The resort had all sorts of fun activities (especially for the kids) and a friendly atmosphere. There was a show every night, buffets open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (the buffets were delicious and diverse), they have their own water park and beach, the employees are friendly... I had a great time over there :)

Restaurant part is very good except that it is messy.

And premium it is.
This was last week with family.
A full experience of excellent service, the aqua park is a must. Daily night shows for kids, followed by shows of dancing, chinese extreme arts, magic, and parrots. Kids had time of their lives.
various food collection and there is something for every taste.. kids aras and swimming pools are all over the place...
Last year we went to rixos lares, but this is a way richer experience...

Of very high end resorts in the Belek area of Antalya

All inclusive, high-end (but not palace-like) hotel that feels like a small Las Vegas Casino / shopping mall.
Attention to guests is palpable , food is excellent, grounds are well groomed , beach is clean but relatively ordinary. Rooms have all that is required.
A great location to visit neary Roman/Greek ancient ruins that are splendid.

It was a really great experience for me. Staff were wonderful, the attention to detail shown. The buffet and cuisine are very successful. The rooms are very nicely designed. A successful business and the reputation of the right gives.

Everything is cool, only 70 percent of the park is off-season legend

We were at the hotel between 22-27 July, smiling and always looking after the hotel staff, cleanliness, hygiene, everything was very good by the way, I do not want to pass without writing, I do not want to pass without mentioning the mesude lady who works in the restaurant or even works like a bee.

Rixo s Premium Belek is one of the best family holidays for its good service and activities and their is so much to do, that s why I rate Rixo s Premium Belek 5 Stars!

Very large green area, a huge, beautiful hotel, an excellent beach, excellent cuisine.

I don't want to get out of it somewhere else. I want to go back with my children

This hotel is the most amazing hotel I've stayed at in Turkey. The food is lovely and the sports program through the day is better than any other hotel I've been too the rooms are beautiful. If i had to pick one negative it would be the evening entertainment the shows are not very good and the music doesn't start in the beach bar till after the show at 2200 so the gap between dinner and entertainment is so long the kids lose interest. But if this problem could be resolved this place would be amazing

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days but since the hotel is very large, I have already found 3 in 1 and 2 weeks stay in this hotel.

I clearly Say that This is one of the Best Place To Stay in Antalya (Turkey). Hotel Have Fantastic Connected Beautiful Beach with all facility. Hotel People are So Helpful and Friendly Nature, Restaurant People and Food are So.. So.. Good, Hotel Bar is also Good and All Staff are well Trained Staff.

Magnificent, if I want to be short and explicit! This is our first journey to Antalya in winter time. We really enjoy hotel warm atmosphere and kind hospitality. Despite the minor issue with hotel room in a checkin day, that was fixed quickly by the hotel management, the rest of our stay is promising. Food, beverages, ambience, all is excellent. Thanks Rixos for a miracle winter holiday!!!
