A very nice hotel with a great service and very friendly staff.

Just loved every thing. Perfect family escape. Entertainment, food, drinks, water, towels, shows all day long available. Rooms are comfy and well equipped with everything. You can spend the whole vacation there without even leaving the hotel if you don't want to explore. Car rental is available at the hotel. Bus station is just opposite the main entrance with buses leaving every 30 minutes. Wifi is super fast despite the big crowds. Food is abundant and varied. So many options to choose from. Blablabla... Just go there. It is the place to be in Antalya especially for families. There's a waterpark and a playground for teens ad toddlers. There's direct beach access just down the jetty at the hotel. Superb. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the shops at the hotel are a rip off. Bought a beach bucket for my baby for 21$. It normally costs 5$ . But well... And there's the free entry to the land of legends. Do it. Book it.

I was able to vacation at the 2 days I was in business for an extremely nice hotel, the staff are also very good people.

Unfortunately, we could not get the value of the fee we paid at the hotel we went with 2 adults and 1 baby in June 8-12. In addition, there is not even a child buffet in a 7-star hotel. Your service in this hotel, which you have just opened to be opened as a complete disappointment, does not suit your quality in the name of Rixos.

We decided to spend our golf vacation at this hotel and it was a direct hit. A great hotel, great food selection and especially the guest care team! I have never experienced anything like that in any other hotel. We got a whatsapp phone number and could handle all matters in this way: book, postpone or cancel tee times at all golf clubs. Everything was not a problem. In addition, the hotel offers a free pick up / drop off service at the individual times, which we could also order very easily via WhatsApp. Thanks to Guest RelationsTeam! They really made our holiday carefree.

My family and I had a rest in the hotel, luxurious conditions, chic animators, excellent performances, separate children, adults separately, interesting discos, sports activities, interest classes for everyone, food exceeds all expectations, restaurants for every taste, a wonderful children's area with views, with games for different age, we really liked it, we are going to relax in this hotel again! Highly recommend!

During our stay we complained about their rude entertainment staff but haven't received any apology. Nice hotel.

2-terrible stone volleyball pist
3-very poor informing of guests about activities and animation.

An absolute boyond 5 star. A truly wonderful experience in life. One we will never forget. My family will be back next year and recommended already to our friends and family. The venue and food is at a VERY high standard. The staff are at another level, I have been to many places around the world and Rixos in Egypt and staff here were, way beyond our expectations.

I expected more. Boring Became a boarding house for old fart

A great hotel and fabulous all inclusive. Fabulous private beach and pool area. My only negative is that the restaurants are so busy, sometimes you cannot get a reservation so have to use the buffet restaurant (which is a high standard - but not a la carte)

If you are not ready to combine gluttony with forced fasting. Or spend the same amount (how much is the ticket) on food in addition. You Are Not Here !!!

I have spent at least 6 vacations in this hotel in the last 10 years.
Although initially, in this last vacation, we were disappointed by some aspects, I think that the positive side of things overcame the negative aspects.

It is advisable to provide high quality staff with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

This was second time I stayed at this hotel,first time was in 2012 and it was the best hotel in Belek but at this time it was completely worse.when I checked in the room was dirty and I called to clean the floor again.
Next day we called to clean the carpet that my baby poured milk on it but after 3 call they came next 4 hours!!!!
Surely house keeping was terrible .
The taste of food is fantastic.
Activities are weak if I compared to last time(2012)
Show time was great specially salsa dance ( team of Jennifer Lopez)

What a lovely facility. Friendly staff who went that extra yard to help us. Food was excellent with wide variety of choices to suit every need. WiFi was good even at the beach. I particularly liked the waiter service at the pool skating around on roller skates. I didn't want to leave after a fortnight. Unlimited entry to Land of the Legends. Had a great time would go back again. Loved the cocktails. In fact I loved it all.

Wonderful and will be my next destination, God willing, Rixos Group is better, despite the high prices, but the services available to make you feel satisfied despite the high prices

I'm going to this holiday on the recommendation of a friend so I am very pleased as I told you take a look at the departure

The landscaping is great, the dishes are good quality and there are plenty of variety,

An excellent all-included facility. ts location and well maintained beach, pool and spa areas were upscale.

It has potential to be all year round travel destination, but the managment need to offer the same service before summer. Even a basic seevice like in room air conditioning was not avaiable, and we are told that they are still in winter mode so they are warming the rooms instead of cooling under 30 degrees celcius. We had to sleep the balcony door open, and had to listen to all kind of noises from loud guests to lawn moawers. Unfortunately that invited few mosquitoes to the room.

Also, the indoor activity areas specially the bowling and the cinema was smelling due to lack of air conditioning.

While the beach and pool areas have a great design with a perfect summer holiday in mind, the loud filtering system of the pools were distracting the relaxing environment. There are simple solutions like filter caps that can decrease the noise.

Overall we did enjoy our time, and had a good vacation. When the few problems mentioned here is taken care of Rixos will be an all star choice for visitors in Antalya.

Staff not helpful and served a fair amount of pink chicken that I had to send back!!! (Staff thought it was cooked....)

A few little things as a note to get even better.

The way out of the rooms that start with 2 is the way to the spa area a bit tedious. You have to pass the front desk, that is a bit inconvenient. So make sure you take room with the 1 before.

There are no lockers for valuables in the Spa Center. It would also be good if there were more drinks in the spa center, only tea and soda is not enough. Also, fruit could not hurt. An Apple ,...

In the room was no bathrobe for children and a general weakness is that the hair dryer does not dry. The drain of the shower was also clogged.

I was there New Year's Eve, apparently there is no animation or evening show in this period. You do not know what to do after dinner. So not so good for kids. Child care is very bad, small stuffy room for children, very very bad.

Many Russians in the hotel. Who has no problems, well. Many employees are Russians, so firmly in the Russian hand the hotel.

The beach would have to be cleaned professionally, many stones and cigarettes in the sand. But that is a general problem in Turkey. Beaches are not maintained. In the hotel you clean up, nothing happens on the beach.

On the edge there is a small tributary on the beach. No idea what comes in there. Have heard that not completely clarified wastewater from the hotels in the sea. That would not be good if the guest is swimming in his own filth.

Loved that everything was included, great facilities including arcade, and theaters. Pool villas were very relaxing
