Clean hotel hotel that gives value to the employees

Attention! Cheating! Do not book rooms through their website! The situation is this: we booked a room at this hotel through their online site, withdrew money from our account and a few days later we stopped at the hotel. When leaving we were asked to pay for accommodation. 2 representatives of the hotel at the reception stated that the money from our account was not withdrawn, but were only reserved and will soon return back to our account. As a result, we paid for accommodation. A month has passed since the trip, the reserved money has never returned to the account. The administration does not respond to our letters or calls. As a result, our vacation cost double. Be careful not to book rooms through their website.

The hotel is good, the food is varied. The area around the hotel is boring, in the summer to go to the beach in the sun. Inside reminds shopping mall. IMHO is not worth the money.

On the beach and the barracks, we at Sabahattin 'Sebastian' Keles have experienced one of the best and most customer-focused services we have seen so far. The sports offer of the Rixos in Belek is worth 5 stars, you CAN NOT lie on your lazy skin here. The cleanliness of the hotel area and the quality of the equipment is very good. Especially the free offer of the 'Land of Legends' was worth an experience.

Negative shortcoming was the variety of events in the evening, which was almost exclusively the same band that offered live music every night. The musicians are really good, but after a few days it is already a habit to always experience the same.

Nevertheless, this hotel is premium and highly recommended, you will definitely get its money, and we regret, that it went so fast.

Rixos Premium Belek - not at all premium !!! We arrived on 09/15/2018 for 11 nights and the next day we decided for sure that we would not return here anymore !! In Belek, there were more than once, in different hotels, in Max, Callista, Al, Sueno, but Rixos was a complete disappointment !!! The travel agency said that the hotel after the "renovation", yes, it is, just a lot of things were removed, and the new one, including the repair, was not done !!! The beach is not clean, you can find bags and cigarette butts !!! We arrived with a child 10 months. He still does not walk and we housed in a tent on the mattresses, so they brazenly kicked me out with the child and said that it costs $ 60 a day !!! - Are you serious!??? In general, they spoiled the impression on the very first day of arrival !!! Pay that kind of money and not be able to comfortably stay on the beach !!! So you can not accommodate these bungalows for more ??? The beach bar is disgustingly dirty, especially the refrigerators and bartenders !!! I also have a 17.09 birthday and we wanted to visit the Alakart fish restaurant, which they refused and referred to the fact that it was necessary to pre-register exactly from 9-10 in the morning !!! We arrived the day before the date at 12:00 and we were refused !!! The territory is large, but I would not say that it is beautiful, the paths are lined up and mostly wild thickets !!!! Amphitheater is not !! There is not a big stage and some chairs with tables, so there is no possibility to sit down !! Animation on 3 !!! Yesterday there were Fiksiki, and then some kind of folk singing, full of crap !!! As for the food, we liked it, a lot, tasty and varied !! By recommending this hotel definitely can not !!! First time in Turkey and first all inclusive experience, but everything about the hotel exceeded any expectations I had. Loved every minute and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The food was very good, the animation program I found very weak. The service by the inliner driver at the pool was excellent.
The rooms were clean, unfortunately we had the housemaid Ms. Tu ba Only on the last day for our room. She had not only cleaned our tummies but everything around us was super folded and put away, which was the best service in this facility, and uncommonly The service in the restaurant was also very good and friendly but sometimes we had to wait long for our drinks.

I was invited to this hotel to attend a conference. A luxury hotel, all inclusive (including pastry!) The buffet restaurant is very rich, but at the end it is a bit repetitive ... a very inviting swimming pool and beach even if it is not the right season yet. Beautiful Spa, fantastic saunas and turkish bath (I found one and not three as indicated on the site) ... I would have liked some whirlpool in the pool. Very large room equipped with everything you need! I would return with my family and with small children but I fear it is a bit 'out of reach !!

I would go every year again we spent 2 weeks with the fam enjoyed our stay with the best activities and night life.And the swiming area is huge with a bar house connecting the pool and beach together. Luxury at its highest quality when it comes to staying in the room. The food was great enjoying breakfast lunch dinner with international foods. The most thing i enjoyed having at lunch was pizzas, steak,the duck was amazing too mmmm.So as the raw salmon and suchi yumm. All the sweets were new to me and tasted beautifuly.I loved when they did this one day the macaroons all the flavors youd love to taste. We enjoyed playing activities like darts and shooting with the coaches had so much fun with them.you feel so comfy and if u loose something there youll always find it back.Yes one of the best hotels in antalya and i would definitely go next year and stay for a month.
