The hotel is a true family hotel, the right choice for a pleasant holiday with your family. The dishes are much higher than the precedent hotels, the flavor and presentations are really great. The interest of the staff was very good but they had a little inexperienced staff but they do not stand out. The daytime activities were adequate but the alternative options for the evening activities were a bit poor, so you might get bored in the evening but other than that it was a perfect holiday.

The Rixos group is very nice in a premium style hotel

The meals are very varied and delicious ... waiters are very friendly they do their best to end up ... in the restaurant get very interested in the restaurant ... alacarte restaurants, I would definitely recommend the Italian cuisine. Nice place.. but they have problem with room not clean and bad smell.. food is good..have good location

First of all, I have stayed at tekirova rikos for about seven or eight years since I was a fan of rixos. First of all at the reception, Mr. Adem Bey and our pool chefs, Gamze Han m and Adnan are boundless, their energies and interests cannot be explained. The holiday would be a fourfold. However, r xos solves small problems. Our preference will be rixos. Thanks to all those who contributed.

There s an issue with taking bottles of wine to your room which wasn t easy when you have kids and want to relax and have a few glasses at night but they will let you take glasses. The room service isn t included in the all inclusive extra, except between 3 and 6am.

We had a rocky start with a few issues but by the second day everything had been sorted. Thanks to Arthur, they really went the extra mile to make up for it which I thought was a nice touch. Some of the staff were better than others as can be expected but some tried their best to make sure you had everything you needed, especially the breakfast staff upstairs. The food and selection of drinks was brilliant.

At our bar Zana was brilliant and overall the issues were small in comparison to the beautiful place and atmosphere. There is babies and children s areas, and a free bus to a theme park. The kids entertainment was pretty good and was followed by adults entertainment every night.
The outside bar was excellent and the staff waited on you as you relaxed by the pool.

I would recommend Rixos to all, we had an awesome time with our 11month old and 4year old.

With the Rixos Premium Belek sugary is what you are looking for ... an absolutely gorgeous resort!

Hotel and food was great. You need to try their hamburgers! However guests are generally rude, inconsiderate, impolite.

we had a great time with my family and children .. staff, sea, food, everything was very nice. Cennet Hanim and other friends from the patisserie floor where I bought coffee were especially very friendly and very polite :)

Loving and uninterested rixos family, the last day of our holiday, as if you feel like people who have to look for a place in the public beach, endless thanks are infinite thanks to your money. Rixsos was my quality to carry. It never came to me like that ....

The most fantastic place! You are perfect! We were on our honeymoon at this hotel in 2014. It was unforgettable every minute. We absolutely impressed with the place, the food, the pools, the service, the programs, the staff! Here one can feel really special! Like in a fairy-tale. It was the best couple of days of our lives! Since then, we have no desire for anything but Turkey! Thank you !!

Covid-19 precautions have been taken and therefore it is an absolutely perfect hotel, despite all the restrictions. Do not assume that you will benefit from each section, there are closed areas, but if you evaluate the open areas well, you can be sure that you will have a holiday. Thanks Rixos Team ...

Loved staying there,, everything is awesome the service, staff, the shows at night, and the food. Also, the Yoga class by the beach in the morning is a must ,, I recommend this place, it has everything you don t need to go outside of the resort you have almost everything.

Most of the seaside hotels in Antalya are far better than the best hotels in the world, and the world does not know or want to accept it. Rixos is one of the top class ones of these hotels. I advise

We came as a honeymoon couple and had a perfect holiday experience. We were very happy to be greeted upon arrival at the hotel, the interest and attention of all staff and their friendliness. As we are a honeymoon couple, the room was decorated very well. Attention is paid to hygiene at the hotel, everywhere is clean. Everyone is doing their job well. Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, night buffet; it was incredibly delicious. There was not a single dish that we can say we did not like the taste of this. Staff was friendly and friendly. The far eastern cook who made sushi for dinner was very kind and interested. It was so delicious in sushi. Restaurant manager Zuhri Bey and his team left us with a sincerity that we will always remember well from the first day of our holiday to the last day. People who do their job perfectly. We would also like to thank Mrs. Muserref, who is interested in us in the patisserie department, for being interested and smiling. You can drink the most delicious coffees in the coffee shop. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks prepared in the lounge bar and beach bar were great, the staff were friendly and competent. The worst hotel ever. So bad service, the staff are sooo rude,unfriendly and unwelcoming.From the first day to the last day I didn't see anyone smiling except one lady.Many bad things happen to us No one guide us to our room when we check in and we lost and keep asking people. Even the guest relations didn't explain everything thing clearly. The restaurant staff prefer watching you rather than serving you. you must ask 3-4 times to get a glass of water. We set on a table there is no forks and knifes and they just watching us until we asked them to bring. Keep in mind that you will eat the salad, the main dish and the dessert with the same knife and fork. Also your dishes will stay in your table until you leave, they will not clean it. Swimming pool bar staff are the worst ever they are disrespectful and they give a bad idea about the hotel. And sooooo on !!
