Rixos Review

I wanted to change my room because I already paid extra charge to have better view but the Receptionist was so roud with me and clear fraud for not giving me the room that i paid for in the beginning. Go for any hotel but not Rixos

The meals were delicious, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. You can go free of charge from the hotel with a shuttle to land of legends. You need to register at the reception for this. We recommend

A 5 star resort is not worth the attention of Antalya's impressive resorts despite its high price

After a very bad business meeting, I came to the hotel. When I saw the friendly employees at the entrance, I was starting to feel good. I went to my room and looked at the view from the balcony I did not feel so relaxed. After taking a great breakfast in the morning and so much positive energy, I joined the 2nd stage of the meeting and got the job. The place I've been staying at has been very important again.

I'm guessing it's one of the least groomed hotels in Rixos. There's smell on the floor. The main restaurant has a glass section. The staff are friendly and concerned but the building has structural problems. The advantage of being central but some parts need urgently to be renovated.

Clean hotel with the most beautiful view to Antalya

We went to see the halls for the prom, but the halls were not satisfactory. Would not recommend.

Self service waiters you know in the restaurant do not look at your face

The place itself is beautiful. All spoils only service at the hotel and on the beach.

The rooms are clean and elegant with good lighting.
Two days of breakfast and dinner buffets were used continuously. Compared with other Turkish restaurants, the options are more suitable for Taiwanese. In addition to the indoor seating, there is a semi-open seat to choose from.

There is a Turkish bath (not recommended) and a swimming pool in the hotel. You can also take the stairs from the exit behind the pool to the Mediterranean Sea. In the afternoon, many people swim, picnic, and ride bicycles.

After leaving the hotel, turn left and the Kemal statue has a large shopping mall: Migros 5M (Turkish Supermarket), Zara (cheap) mango, Starbucks (cheap coffee), etc., you can also exchange money (beside Mango)

You can directly ask the hotel counter to call you a taxi to the old city area about 15 lira (there is a matching taxi at the entrance of the hotel, it will be very safe to jump table)

The worst of all rixos I know is looking at sungate rixos premium and this hotel does not suit Fettah.

There is no seafood, the exception is bony fish (sometimes there are mussels (according to reviews). <br/> Fruits: watermelon, melon, peach, apple, grapes. <br/> Drinks at the very beginning of the restaurant, it s very inconvenient to run for tea or coffee , one bartender, cocktails, even though they are all-inclusive in the system, cannot do it. <br/> Beach - stones, clean water, paid food. <br/> Elevator works (descent to the sea). <br/> Entertainments no, there is tennis and a pool, but we knew it when we were driving. <br/> Communication in English, mostly a couple of managers speak Russian.

I knew there was a difference in quality also on good weekends.

The RIXOS DOWNTOWN is fantastic for getting around Antalya. The hotel in my opinion has the feeling of times gone by when a person was made to feel very special . Where you could spend your mornings and afternoon sitting in comfort . The grounds of the hotel lead out to the magnificent Konyaalti areas of Antalya giving the opportunity for wonderful walking or just sitting taking in the view. Food is plentiful and enjoyable catering for the different cultures that stay at the hotel. But I cannot end without talking about the PERSONAL. You couldn't find BETTER the service is 5 star from start to finish of your stay .SO FROM ME May i say thank you to everyone of you that has for the last 5 days looked after myself and friends and looking forward to seeing you again.

Wonderful hotel ... the staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating, extremely service minded. The ladies from the room cleaning are very friendly and make sure that everything in the rooms is clean and the guest has everything he needs ... every day the bed is freshly made and there are fresh towels and bathrobe ... the minibar was refilled every day fresh and the whole area was hygienically cleaned overnight ... no matter what time I and my husband had a wish, the staff did it without ifs and buts. The hotel has both a restaurant that opens its doors from 19:00 (unfortunately only with a reservation the day before) as well as a buffet. However, if you once tried the food from the buffet does not want to eat anywhere else .. there are several stations which are also very large ... a biscuit station, a bread station, a ice cream station, a cheese station a salad and Fruit bar, a cake station an antipasti station a baklava station and a 15 meter long hot bar ... in front of the guests are relocated dishes cooked and filled up ... the hotel grounds are huge there is a small fountain park and three pools Like a shishabar, a cocktail bar and a small pool restaurant. The hotel was very nice. Staff, waiters were always with a smile and never intrusive. The food is great and the bars too. The location is very central you can get to the city or to the beach. I would rather recommend it to families or couples, there are not so many things for teens.

Even though I am a fitness member, I am treated as if I am entering illegally in every development, the employees have insufficient information and interest about membership information, we come to relax, we get nervous, I don't take my step here as soon as my membership ends, the hotel reception is inadequate especially the staff and reception staff are constantly changing. members would be happier if everyone works, a little smiling good welcome and knowledge of your business, do not make up different things every time we come, our money is officially garbage.

We had a really nice holiday. Everyone is interested and the staff is smiling. The brakes were uneven, it was good that I wasn't fast. The food is nice but a little weak in flavor ... the soups are hot but it doesn't taste like ... Desserts must be changed ...

There are no activities related to service disgrace hotel, there is separate pricing for each application and no value is given to customers, and services are provided for guests from abroad.

Beautiful layout and easy access to beach. Excellent breakfast range and service. Rooms could do with updating. The biggest drawback is the air conditioning which is centrally controlled. Room thermostat is disabled (to save energy maybe??). Really hot in early April! Helpful and friendly staff and ok in general.

Comparing to the price i book was good but the main problem i faced was in air conditioning which is central controlled and the room was very hot, i have tried to call relation guest to solve the problem but they didn t answer me back .after that i go to them and they told me about central controlling of AC which is not acceptable reason

Excellent location for relaxation and shopping! Tropical resort like garden. The beach is close but stoney. May be in need for some renovation but everything is working well. Yummy food!
