Only 1word to describe this hotel is outstanding x every member of staff went above and beyond to make our 2 week stay amazing x food x bar service and everything was totally outstanding x have booked up for next year and cant wait to return x i have been promised a sea view by Mesut KILIC x lol x and i hope you keep your promise lol x to each and every staff member thank you xx

My dissatisfaction with Rixos Lares in 2014; I have been previously experienced (restoration) and more experienced and "morning coffee with fresh orange juice self-disaster" 10 Number 5 Star service showed the difference of Rixos Premium ... Also Rixos Premium Belek, GM sn. Levent Akkiraz'in thank you very much for the delicacy. Amazing. Food is good although a little repetitive. Pools are great, kids club is amazing. Rooms a great size and supee classy.

God place and god rooms with anything you need for a good holiday .

Spectacular place that gives you peace of mind and relaxation. Every thing in this place is excellent.

First of all I would like to thank Mehmet. He served great service and delicious food. The staff was generally great. We relaxed in the wellness area. The room was nicely decorated and always very clean. What I found good was that you didn't have to show your wallet to be served, which is unfortunately the case in many all-inclusive hotels. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the kids' club was closed to older children. Since it was otherwise great there, I did not deduct a star.

Great for families and kids. Evening shows are really entertaining and world class. Access to Land of Legends is a perfect addition. Food and drinks are plentiful.

THE PERSONNEL WAS VERY POOR AS WELL BUT THE FACILITY IS BECAUSE. A HUGE H LETTER. A WALKDAY WAS AVAILABLE FOR EATING THE DINNER There is a distant location between the hotel and the sea. FIRST WARRANTY UNDER THE SEA BEFORE GOING TO SEA. ALSO THE SEA IS VERY VERY QUALIFYING AND STONE. I LIKE TO LIKE THAT THE SEMINS ARE UNLIMITED WITHOUT SUN. LAZIM IN BRIEF. IF THE ROOM ISE NOT A NORMAL HOTEL THAT IS MUCH MORE. I DON'T TAKE IT TO THE PICTURES. WHERE ISE WAS IN THE PALACE. GETTING THE GAME AREA. WE HAVE DOWNLOADED OUR CUSTOMERS WHICH WE DONE FROM THE HOTEL AND WE TAKE OUR CAR FROM THE GARAGE. A VERY EXPENSIVE HOTEL IN THESE REQUIREMENTS. THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS IN THE SAME CONDITIONS.

A boring hotel for the winter. The only possibility of keeping the hotel standing in winter is the excellent front desk and the wonderful service team.

It was a place I took a long time to go again. Everything was very nice health to your labor.

The resort in general was great. Very welcoming staff. The resort as a whole is huge. A lot of activities for all ages. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were very friendly, we just had to communicate mostly using hand gestures. The food was good and plentiful. The resort in general was clean, esp for the number of people there. The rixy club for children was good and for many different ages. The waitors service was mostly good except during meal times in the main restaurant. Finding a table at dinner time was also frustrating, it was just really full.. The rooms were modern, though not the cleanest, they felt a bit used and becoming worn out. The house keeping wasnt good either, maybe from all the work load.. they just emptied the two of the three trash cans and made the beds, after being asked to more than three times.The staff REALLY needs to learn english.. what kind of a 5 star resort doesnt have a requirement of their staff to know english, there was also a receptionist that didnt know turkish.. we are in Turkey. It was also crowded, but i guess all good resorts are, esp. In season. Also the pools were all freezing, including the childrens pools.

Stayed there 4 years ago and it has definitely gone down hill with there service

Turkey's most valuable Rixos hotel's location is excellent but the service here as everywhere in all locations except one remaining corn is rapidly developing towards becoming a super brand we have a great service More

A huge area, an incredibly large selection of food, desserts, sushi, fruit, whatever! And all of the highest quality and very tasty!

All types of saunas, gym, yoga, group classes for every taste.

The staff is very friendly and will always go to the meeting, if to be polite and beautiful to behave, because the trash was there and the attitude to them was appropriate. And by the way, more Turks than Russians did not behave beautifully)
