An excellent all-included facility. ts location and well maintained beach, pool and spa areas were upscale.

It has potential to be all year round travel destination, but the managment need to offer the same service before summer. Even a basic seevice like in room air conditioning was not avaiable, and we are told that they are still in winter mode so they are warming the rooms instead of cooling under 30 degrees celcius. We had to sleep the balcony door open, and had to listen to all kind of noises from loud guests to lawn moawers. Unfortunately that invited few mosquitoes to the room.

Also, the indoor activity areas specially the bowling and the cinema was smelling due to lack of air conditioning.

While the beach and pool areas have a great design with a perfect summer holiday in mind, the loud filtering system of the pools were distracting the relaxing environment. There are simple solutions like filter caps that can decrease the noise.

Overall we did enjoy our time, and had a good vacation. When the few problems mentioned here is taken care of Rixos will be an all star choice for visitors in Antalya.
