Rixos Premium Belek Review

I'm not looking for another place for life for the beach, though. A hotel that deserves your star. You can go without hesitation.

Everything was perfect. Entertainment, shows, live music, services, food, drinks were great ... Only the sea was blurred and wavy. The special interest was truly wonderful. When we just went to the hotel to use the sea with our suitcases our suitcases in the suitcase of the sea did not come again. We looked at the suitcase room. There was also not found. Then the security guard and the camera can be looked at, but we did not want to deal with. Because we wanted to enjoy the pool and the sea ... A hotel that deserves the money paid for the tastes of the food, the smiling face of the employees and the great entertainment.

Nice resort and kind stuff it was a great experience but bed need to new mattress s and brand of shampoo need to replace with good quality

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. From staff who cannot do enough, to great food and facilities for adults, amazing facilities for children and great variation in food for both old and young. Deserves 6 stars

We made reservation for three nights. But, unfortunately my wife had health issues. Thats way, we had to leave 1 night early. When we asked for the refound for 1 night we coudnt stay, they said that we should call call center. We called rixos call center and after talked with at least six person. They did not give refound for 1 night we could not stay. Why we paid for night we did not stay!

Very great hotel, very family friendly there is nothing that does not exist. On the beach you are served by inliners driving service, unique. However the evening buffet was very noisy and very crowded. There was daily changing dinner always very tastefully, the desserts buffet a dream. You could swim in the heated pool, great hotel

Not only the rooms were so clean and comfortable but also every single corner at this hotel was so clean, tidy and neat.
you can have a cup of coffee or tea in many places, so you don t get bored from having it in one place every morning
Everything was just amazing but the only problem was that the staff don t speak English at all.

1-Room for two: 2.750 TL / night for the price they sell.
2-The customer stacked on top of each other like a flock of sheep.
3-Clean disgrace.Restaurants, the training of this work on the beach have not completed the Russian and Uzbek 'waiters I think they filled the waiters are working in the snow toughness.Turkish waiters are very few.
4- Dining in restaurants, self-service water, tea, or soft drinks orders are supposed to take waiters, food is still going to be finished.
The 5-beds are extremely deformed so you can't sleep comfortably.
6-My wife and I went on the occasion of 12-17 / June / 2018 through ETS TOUR and we left the hotel on 14 June.
7-This type of hotels, Tourism, Labor and Finance ministries are required to regularly check.
8-I will notify B MER and C MER in the act of these ministries.

The hotel is very luxurious, very clean. All staff are very concerned and fulfill your requests in a very short time. The temperature of the indoor pool is so well adjusted that you can swim for hours without chilling with your children. To tell the beauty and quality of their meals is a separate subject matter. We thought about this family's winter holiday. I can't imagine the fun of summer. They had free tours on the land of legendsa day where the children could have fun. We couldn't leave because of the rain, but it was an excuse to come in the summer. Thanks to all rixos employees for being a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Would have given 5 starts hadn't the pools were kind of dirty most of the time, they needed thorough vaccuming of their bottom floors which wasn't done daily. And also handn't there been a few miscommunications about our reservations. It is understood that such things may happen due to the huge amount of guests, but still, such things count when you are rating. I did not take into account a disgruntled lady employee which was giving a hard time to guests and moking them in local language at the pastry shop, given that the vast majority of other employees were excellent.

Good hotel with excellent service and quality food.

Strange changes have been made. From a super amphitheater came a mound of grass with grass. From a super pool were made 2 smaller without design. On the green area with loungers a bar was built. A large part of the staff dealing with sports and tourist entertainment has disappeared. The main restaurant has undergone major changes both in product quality and design.

Awesome, day at beach with the best cabana and views, if your planning on going to Land of Legends, cancel that hotel and stay at Rixos, better staff, service and professionalism and u get free daily entry to land of legends. Land of legends hotel was a horrible horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Rixos absolutley amazing and Land of legends need to take a page out of Rixos hospitality book. Land of legends only allow you to have free air, rest they beg you for money and felt like they just want your money...TRAMPS

Very disrespectful and insulting behaviors against the captains of the tourism vehicles that bring guests to the hotel.

It doesn't suit us. WHAT A PITY

The hotel is lovely surrounded by olive trees and the staff treated it very well but my reservation was a room with sea view and was given a side room and no refunds were made. The amount was requested by the employee and sent to them by the parking location of Buchenk but was not answered with regret.

Premium 5* all-inclusive hotel, too unpersonal for me. Excellent breakfast, attentive staff.

Friends who work at the hotel greet you and greet you all

Everything is at the highest level, service, food, everyone is very polite and friendly and, most importantly, they speak Russian, so we are easily and not forced. Great spa salon massages etc. We advise everyone!

Even a child friendly hotel, even if you need to enter into this evening, my husband wanted to wrap the sheets, although the hotel is very crowded Kenan Bey 10 minutes even though the menu was not prepared even though. Kenan Bey acted as if preparing his own son. A very good hotel in every way: a business with future employees. After working as Kenan Bey, the Rixos family continued to grow for many years.

A terrible hotel. So the concept of the hotel after the maxxroyal, regnum, does not even deserve a single star. Both the buildings and the applications are very bad. Would never recommend.

Putin aside all the of the hotell facilities, amazing structure and their amaizing entertainment activities, this is the only place at which I feel at home. Absoloutly love this place

The staff were very warm, bloody and helpful. The meals were delicious and the facilities very good. Rixy club is perfect for kids

In one and all it is ok. But premium has nothing to do with that. Price comparison with similar hotels nearby I would prefer.

Be prepared for a beautiful and serene experience! Yet there are considerable activities to keep you busy! Customer service is exceptional.

We have booked 4 rooms between 15-17 March. I also thank the Sevil lady in the reception, especially in the hotel, who was trying to be polite and helpful, also the staff was kind and comfortable in every sense. he did his best to make us comfortable. we were very satisfied, especially a very nice hotel that I can recommend to families with children :)

Rixos Premium Belek is a luxurious hotel. I had a great time there because all the facilities were great. Pools and restaurants were large so I did not have any problems during pandemic. They follow all the necessary rules ans regulations so I did not worry about the pandemic when I was there. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a relaxing and amazing holiday.

I went last year and it is a very nice and active hotel. actually I had a plan to go again this year. prices were incredible. maybe a discount comes certain :)

Everything was perfect. The food was amazing, it takes 30 minutes just to see all the food. Rooms very nice and clean. Very nice beach perfect for families with kids. Every one speaks english. And the best thing was that we had free transport and free entrance to THE LAND OF LEGENDS. rixos is the best. See you next year

You can always see good comments, ignoring that they need to be educated and educate staff and teach some kindness. I think you are one-time customer enough mind.

lovely place and good service, a little over crowded but hotel is large and does not look like being too busy. There are few things needs improving but for sure lovely hotel and we would go back there again.

The hotel is great but needs more Turkish employees. I felt foreign in my own country.

The location is great especially the meals are great.

to me this is the best resort! it is luxurious and lots to do for all the family. the kids have an outdoor kids zone that will take them all day to go through. also indoor kids area is a plenty. the pool is amazing and the beach as well.
the variety of restaurants and food is big, you can find all sorts of food there. lots of bars scattered all over the place. we visit every year

Still staying at Rixos and I met mr massot th manger of the reception. He is a great and helped me taking care of my family for best arrangement.
My cheek out is tomorrow for rixos belek and I have 3 night in the land of legends starting 18th of June
I hope someone like massot meet me there to make arrangement for the staying
